Functional and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
the platform is very intuitive and also funcitonal. It's easy to manage and personalize and adapt to your needs.
It's really solid when it comes to data and security.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when managing a lot of data the platform is slow and collapses. You cannot use several tabs doing different actions at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder is constantly improving and solving issues. The technical team is really helpful and the possibilities of Bynder are huge, every problem have differnet ways to offer a solution.

Bynder is simple to use and as a result our company keeps finding new ways for Bynder to help solve issues involving assets.

More easily accessible reporting tools would be helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Flexible and easy to organize; user-friendly interface.

I didn't use Bynder long enough to share what I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Branding consistency, collaboration.
A smooth transition from our existing DAM with all the features we needed from a system!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to include additional files has been an extremely helpful feature, being able to include artwork files, transcripts, model release forms and so on to the system and being able to download all these files, including the original asset in just one click has been extremely benefical.
The support we recieved for inplementation was exceptional, Adam Trebski and Jade Rubio have been great from the get go. Extremely responsive, we had weekly calls but they were also happy to jump on a call whenever we needed some extra support. They were able to work through our requests to come up with some brilliant solutions. A seemless transition from our existing tool to Bynder. A huge thank you to them!

What do you dislike about the product?
Being able to build out multiple pages would be helpful! We want a home landing page which is what we have and works great but being able to navigate to different pages for different brands would be hugely benefical
Saving and sharing filters is really helpful, it would be helpful to be able to save and share a filter within a collection also.
It would also be helpful to be able to take a url from the top of the page of the search you're on to share the current page (filters and all) similar to being able to take the url from the top of the page on a collection. Instead we have publish lots of filters and take the link from the email link.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to access assets from multiple different filters is extremely benefical. Previously we used a folder structure where assets couldn't sit in multiple places
Excellent Onboarding Crew
What do you like best about the product?
The customer support is top notch from day one. They are ready to answer any questions and guide you and your team step-by-step through this process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform seems a bit new and under development. I wish there were more customizations available to be made on the user side, or even some that aren't yet available on the Bynder support side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder is going to assist our end users gain access to a tool that is more self-serve which will increase our speed to market.

What do you like best about the product?
For such a complex and capable asset, it is quite easy to learn and navigate. I attribute a large portion of that to the knowledge and attention of Nicole and Collin.

So far I have not identified any downsides.

It is making templatizing a much easier task.
Good capabilities with customizable add-ons
What do you like best about the product?
Love the DAM. Has great search and find capabilities with integrated AI search functionality. I like being able to add modules for editing print and digital materials. That's a game changer for matrixed marketing orgs with limited design resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could definitely be improved. For example, it takes me multiple clicks to download an edited asset from Studio (I think 3-4 click total) when I'd prefer it take 1.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asset management and sharing + versioning and non-designer based editing (via Studio or the Print module)
Bynder On-boarding process
What do you like best about the product?
The on-boarding team was great. Structured and clear. Conner was excellent in his support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool seems a little underdeveloped. Big gaps in output file types, especially from the animation templates. Also the lack of integration with the print module was disappointing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A single source for the marketing and communications team for brand assets. Self-serve of for the social and digital marketing team using Studio for asset creation.
Bynder onboarding experience at TSG
What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding experience was great. Normally when you setup something new a lot of work is on you, but with Bynder their onboarding team setup the whole system for us based on our wishes and we just got the keys and moved in. Great shoutout to Bjorn and Adam from Bynder, they really helped us get everything up and running and they were incredibly patient with all our requests and chaotic timings. You could not wish for a better onboarding team. Now the system is up and running and it's working wonderfully, it's fast, easy, it just works.
What do you dislike about the product?
System is incredibly powerful but mainly build for larger companies that require more restrictions. I think for smaller companies, it would be even more useful if it could be adapted to a different way of working (small teams versus big companies), mainly in terms of user permissions (maybe smaller companies do not require such "corpo" structure for every feature). The system is wonderful, this would just make it even greater.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a gaming company we deal with big amounts of assets developed by various teams. This system allows us to centralise whole company's assets, give people from various teams better insights into what has already been done and what can be reused thus saving time and money.
Experienced and helpful onboarding team!
What do you like best about the product?
The customer support has been great - we truly feel supported and that we have had a true partnership throughout onboarding. The platform is also very flexible and we've been able to customize to our complex needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would really like to have Impersonate available at the admin level to make testing easier. Would also like to have features to mass update backend administrator tasks easier (metaproperty visability settings) and have ability to auto-show all assets in the DAM to admins (would save a lot of time).
