Still getting used to the platform but I see the potential for a great DAM system
What do you like best about the product?
I like the UX compatibility and the potential that it has to store a large amount of information with a useful tracking and search system
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still adjusting to the fact that there are no folders and the asset management itself is something that will take time for me and my team to get used to overall
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder is helping my agency gather all of our assets for a variety of clients in one place which will, overall, contribute to a more organized system when sending and receiving assets

Great DAM Tool with Wonderful Support
What do you like best about the product?
Bynder is a great DAM system that works really well by itself but also has infinite potential with integrations. The staff are also amazing. I have always enjoyed every intereaction with anyone I have spoken to from Bynder. Their support team is wonderful and always quick to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, there is little flexibility in collections and how they are organized. This is one feature that could be improved, however any time I have had feedback, Bynder has been very receptive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder is solving many things for us. We have integrations that are used by our website and PIM, just to name a couple. We consider Bynder our "one source of truth," so all of our marketing content is stored there.

What do you like best about the product?
GatherContent offers revolutionized the way I approach content management and collaboration, offering a user-friendly and extensive program that makes easier all the content creation process. As a content creator, I have found GatherContent to be an excellent application that improves performance, communication, and the overall quality of the content We create
What do you dislike about the product?
Although GatherContent provides a number of benefits, there are some areas that could benefit from further processing. The initial learning curve could be a little bit difficult for new people, specifically for those people who are unfamiliar with content management programs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GatherContent has successfully handled problems related to content creation and collaboration. It's removed the chaos of handling content throughout various platforms, emails, and documents by giving a central hub where all content-related activities take place. It has resulted in increased accountability, streamlined feedback loops, and a more organized approach to content creation, creating a high-quality product.
Friendly and efficient onboarding experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Bynder has been to set up, and how great Jakob and Adam in the onboarding team have been in helping us with everything. Bynder is going to be great for our company to include everything in one place, for approving assets uploaded by other people and for integrating it's uses onto our website.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some places there are a few too many options which can make things a bit confusing, for example the option to tag assets as well as categorise them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder is helping us by putting all of our assets in one place, and making it easy for us to share, approve and upload. I especially like the option to make specific folders in Bynder to share with certain brands and people.
Bynder & Doximity
What do you like best about the product?
Knowledgeable team with lots of support for getting the experience up and running like we envisioned. Simple upload process and user interface. The web experience is pretty high end looking.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are running into problems with some of our new business sales team that prefer the Clearslide experience because of the more advanced insight into when decks are opened/how they are viewed. We were hoping to keep them 100% on Bynder for all resources being sent but prob not likely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used the Google drive to date and have no info about what pieces the team is actually using the most. We also have an issue with the team using outdated materials that find by searching in the Google drive.
Bynder organizes our assets well. Print Brand Templates is challenging
What do you like best about the product?
Bynder organizes our assets well. The Bynder onboarding team really helped us think through how we should best organize assets for 3 divisions and sub-divisions and 50 brands. We worked through setting up our system in a way that works specifically for our needs. It's not a cookie-cutter system. I was glad we could customize it based on the needs of our team of users. I also appreciate how it can be customized to show and hide certain assets based on the permissions level of users. The Bynder team worked with us weekly to define taxonomy, set up permissions, discuss how to migrate files from our previous system and answer all of the questions that arose from our team. Bynder really has a strong support and onboarding team to help launch the system well.
We have mostly photos store but also have consent forms, PDFs and videos. Bynder allows us to relate all assets of one story or group together so it is easier to find different assets that tell a story.
I like how our end-users can pull photos from the DAM into print brand templates.

What do you dislike about the product?
Our team was really excited about the Print Brand Templates. We have a lot of fast-turnaround, one-off projects and we hope to use this system to get them off our plates. Our design team is well versed in InDesign. Despite guidance and training, we all found the set up of the templating system complicated and not as end user-friendly as we hoped. I've made adjustments to files, tested, failed, reworked, retested, parts of the file works, contacted Bynder, got feedback, reworked, retested files, thought I got it right then the end user found a text box moved in an unexpected way and I'm back to reworking. It's been a long haul to get the print brand templates working correctly. We have simple layouts for templates that shouldn't be that hard to get to work. We did not have a sense of how complicated it would be to get them to work in this system. Having overlapping photos created even more complication so we won't be doing that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder helps us organize our photo assets and patient success stories so they can be accessed by a broad ranc=ge of people accross the company.
Bynder DAM System setup process
What do you like best about the product?
We had to setup a new DAM system and decided to use Bynder given their numerous positive reviews and other constructive reports. The entire process was easy and straight forward, led by a great team that made the transition from our old system to the new one seemless and hassle-free. They answered all quesrtions quickly and took the time to describe every step in the process. The new system looks great!
What do you dislike about the product?
There was nothing that I found to be troublesome about the new Bynder system. The Bynder team and fantatsic communication and weer very quick with answering any questions that were communicated with them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our old system was no longer be supported since the company was sold, so we have to find a new provide. We choose Bynder because of their reputation and the positive feedback from users. The system works just as it was advertising and though we have just barely scraped the surface of its uses, we look forward to unlocking all of its functionality and add-ons in the future.
Why would I ever use Google Drive again?
What do you like best about the product?
It makes finding creative assets so much easier, there's automated (AI) tagging, highly customisable filters and metaproperties. It's worth a try!
What do you dislike about the product?
I just want more out-of-the-box integrations. The data side of Bynder is probably its biggest weakness (at the moment).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accessibility and transparency: Bynder is significantly simplifying our creative paper trail and democratising access to creative components, final ads and winning creatives that can then be used for iteration and rollouts.
Contracts: Bynder gives us better control over assets. When actor contracts expire we can set Archive dates to prevent those assets from being used in future.

Great and professional service
What do you like best about the product?
Our onboarding and set up team were very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Because of this Bynder set up was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bynder taxonomy was a bit hard to complie, but got help from onboarding team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving managing digital assets.
Great product, even better customer service
What do you like best about the product?
The functionality is the most important thing to me, and on this, Bynder delivers. A clean product, that's easy to use and easy to explain to others who haven't used a DAM before.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI isn't the most beautiful, I wish that the design was a bit more aesthetically pleasing, but overall I think that the functionality really makes up for this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder is solving for us the 'single source of truth' home for all of our digital assets, something we've been eager to implement for over a year. Our team is really helped by having a single place to send people for all assets.
