Great, however sometimes frustrating.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly find assets with the tagging feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a problem every week and bynder goes down. Frustrating as it normally happens on Friday afternoon at our busiest times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Introduce filters within the search collections feature
Bynder is a comprehensive tool digital asset management tool that's great for my world.
What do you like best about the product?
Bynder is going to allow for great collaboration among teammates. The system is easy to use and fulfills all of the things we are looking for in a DAM.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there are many downsides yet because we haven't gotten deeply into integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder solves the problems of not having a centralized place for our assets and content. It's great for organization.
Flexible, supportive onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
I had a fantastic experience working with Bynder! The team was incredibly supportive and flexible throughout the entire onboarding process. They were quick to accommodate my availability, understanding that I was balancing a full-time role with multiple priorities. The onboarding was tailored to fit my schedule, allowing me to progress at a pace that worked for me without feeling overwhelmed. Overall, I’m impressed not only by the platform but by the team’s dedication to making our experience smooth and successful. Highly recommend their services.
What do you dislike about the product?
My experience with Bynder was generally positive, though there were a few areas where I feel there could be improvement. While the team was supportive and flexible with my schedule, there were moments where the onboarding process felt a bit rushed due to my competing priorities. It would have been helpful to have more tailored resources or checkpoints to ensure I was fully up-to-speed. That said, the team was very responsive to any questions I had, and I appreciate their commitment to making the process work for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder has become our single source of truth, making it so much easier to find and share images. Previously, our images were scattered across various folders, which made finding and sharing assets challenging. Now, everything is centralised and accessible, saving us time and streamlining our workflow!
Great DAM platform overall
What do you like best about the product?
The nice and userfriendly user interface. Great preview abiltities for most filetypes. Good performance when searching and filtering for content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functionalities that you would expect are currently not available.

Distribution of marketing content to internal staff and external partners.
Single source of truth
What do you like best about the product?
It is like the title explains, a single source of truth. In our organisation we work with thousands of highres images of our products/projects/materials. And before Bynder all these images were found all over our server. Sometimes 4/5 copies were found. Our IT departement was constantly upgrading their server space to keep up with all these gigabytes of data, and always the question was; which image is the newest and is there also a lowres or a highres image. Working with bynder, all our assets are in one place and its easy to maintain up2date. Now our website, our pricelist and a couple of other programs are having a integration with bynder. And so we know, that the product shown, is the right one and in the highest quality. A single source of truth!
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe i haven't found it and should i speak to our support manager. But I would like to see a easier external user shell/portal. Now all our seats/users we have and use are company related people. But we would like to share all our assets in a easier way with our customers. They don't need to login to bynder but if there was a possibility to view our assets through a shell on top of bynder. That would be great. And if they wanted to use something, they can add it through a shoppingcart system. Something just like shutterstock, were you can see all their assets even without loggin in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Distribution digital assets from our products to various digital systems, and always with a single source of truth.
Customizable, easy to use and great communication
What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, what I like best about Bynder is how flexible it is. The filtering system is super customizable, so we can set it up exactly how we need to find assets fast. Plus, there are tons of features we can tweak to fit our workflow, and their customer service is fantastic, always quick to respond and really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside of Bynder for me is that it can be a bit slow at times, which can disrupt the workflow when I need to access assets quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder solves a big issue we had with Google Drive, where files were buried in endless folders, and duplicates were everywhere. Now, we have one true source file for each asset, and the filtering system makes it super easy to find exactly what we need. It’s also a huge help for sharing assets both internally and externally—everything’s in one place, organized, and easy to access.

What do you like best about the product?
For our users, the Bynder DAM is very userfriendly and intuitive to use. As an admin it's getting easier and smoother with every update. Good cooperation with supporters, Success manager and others from Bynder.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love some more flexibility in setting an UI that fits our purposes - and for enhancements to go faster through the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now we have ONE DAM for all our global users. Sharing assets is a lot easier - saving both time and money. Bynder is also working well with our PIM and other integrations.
Convenient, but few contact after purchase

It's easy to find assets with the comprehensive filter structure
What do you dislike about the product?
After purchase we never heard from them for the first 2 years. When we got a question we had to send an email multiple times or wait 2 weeks for an answer.

Sharing assets with both employees and partners to share externally
I think Bynder gives a good overview of all your content
What do you like best about the product?
You can easily filter and tagging in Bynder. Also you can share your content internal and external.
What do you dislike about the product?
It only works very great when everyone from the company is working on the excact way.

It is connected to our PIM system so we can easily upload a lot of images which will directly goes into our pim and our website.
