Senior Graphic Designer
What do you like best about the product?
Bynder staff was knowledgable, punctual and very responsive on all aspects of project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has been a pleasure working with Bynder. No negative experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Functionality of users finding the marketing assets they need.
Useful platform to store, overview and retrieve company's assets
What do you like best about the product?
The possibility to share with external partners allowing them to download files (subject to authorization). Very good customer support. Useful training videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few options (e.g. dependencies, automations) which are not immediately intuitive to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Securely storing all company's assets in a unique repository, instead of having the same file in several locations, with the risk of not knowing which is the final version. Allowing our local partners to have access to all assets and better plan and execute their local marketing activities.
New updates making the user journey more intuitive and engaging
What do you like best about the product?
I am particulary enjoying using the updated guidelines/landing pages module. We have created serveral comprehensive guides which are used accross our user base and were very simple to build. The landing pages are being linked to via tiles on the homepage to create an expanded user journey. This allows us to position users with the content they require before having to use search functions.
The speed of the support teams is always excellent and they work hard to maintain a good quality of service.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would always prefer to use folders, and referenced containers. It just makes more sense to me and allows more detailed permissions, but it harder to manage. I would really like to see preferred terms for metaproperty options and a taxonomy structure to the tags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping with brand guardianship by easily allowing us to manage access to assets and through the production of guidelines.
We are able to provide detailed rights/licencing infomation for assets which downloads in the applicable metadata. The notification centre also tells users when an asset they have downloaded is going to expire.
Risk reduction - by creating a single source of truth we can have confidence in our asset usage and release management.

Bynder is a user-friendly asset management solution with exceptional support
What do you like best about the product?
One of the standout features of Bynder is its intuitive interface, making it incredibly user-friendly for both our partners and staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides for using Bynder, although the initial planning required to launch Bynder can feel daunting, the onboarding team did an incredible job breaking down each task and guiding us step by step.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder excels at organizing and sharing assets efficiently, simplifying collaboration and ensuring everyone has access to the most up-to-date materials. Additionally, the software’s seamless integration with our existing systems made the transition smooth and hassle-free, further enhancing our workflow.
Good tool for creating branded templates for team use
What do you like best about the product?
Bynder is good for creating branded social media postcards which we can roll out across our team to ensure consistency across social media. I like that we can now use video templates as well - this makes it easy for our teams to create videos which allow more content than a static postcard. It also helps create efficiencies on our teams as we don't have to rely on our creative team to create videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bynder is quite rigid and not very user friendly. Particularly when setting up templates, we had a lot of issues where we couldn't set character limits in text boxes - this would definitely be something we'd like to see in the future.
We have also experienced quite a few glitches such as when removing an image in bynder, we export the postcard and the image we removed is still on there. Some times the changes you make in bynder do not update/pull through.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using bynder means we have a set of branded templates that all users can access and utilise. It helps ensure we stay on brand and it improves efficiency within the team.
Bynder helps us having all our key resources in 1 place, accessible to all

What do you dislike about the product?
Takes time to see new features developped
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything about Brand can be foudn in 1 place. Not having to use Drive.
Very efficient and user friendly way to handle all marketing assets
What do you like best about the product?
Its intuitive to use the tool. This makes it easy to onboard large groups of colleagues without too much effort. I really like the filters too. This makes it so much easier to find the asset you are looking for. The implementation of the tool was extremely well done by the team who helped us set the tool up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that the number of people being able to upload assets is limited. Now I sometimes have to revoke & regrand access when someone else needs to upload. It is probably possible to have more light admin seats but then you need to upgrade the subscription which will cost more money
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before the marketing team had to send pictures to differebnt departments via wetransfer. Now the tool is availble to everyone and they can find and download the assets themselves which saves us a lot of time
Bynder as hub for creative assets
What do you like best about the product?
Using Bynder as a hub for all creative assets, while monitoring the use and downloads of some branding elements. A centralized location that can be tailored for different groups of indivudals. Vastly customizable platform and easily searchable assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be overwhelming with how much customization can be done. Some things can be difficult to find, even after trainings and demos.
Studio design templates cannot be created with Illustrator files or Figma, which are our main applications.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder is helping our team create a hub for our branding assets for both our internal employees and external vendors to use. We are able to monitor and prohibit different assets from being downloaded, and archive assets that should no longer be used.
We have the Bynder Studio as well, we plan on using for templates for employees to make edits, and ask for permission to download once it's been reviewed by a designer.
Allowing us to scale content creation and allow the designers to focus more on creative projects.

What do you like best about the product?
The UX in beyond intuitive, rarely do i get stuck trying to do something. But if i do, they have some of the best help docuemntation ive seen, trying to learn new things or get up to speed on new features. Implementations went smooth for onbaording. Customer support is responsive and have solved any issue I have had (whihc generally has always been user error!)
What do you dislike about the product?
The sharing functions take a bit of effort to communicate to use all of the caveats to them with when and how to use them, as we use Bynder for alot of Sales Enablement inititiaves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting our digital assets to our websites, and also serving as a truth center and resources for sales teams for special programming
