Most Intuitive DAM Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I started using Bynder in June 2023 and have been loving it, I wish I had made the transition much sooner! It is such an efficient method in anyone's workflow and works cross functionally very well. Bynder is now universally used within my company, and my team uses it everyday. The tagging/filtering system is incredibly helpful, and everything on the platform remains super organized. Bynder also has a great team of reps that is there to help you through every step of the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some glitches in Bynder, like when needing to look up a different filter. Sometimes, there are very one off glitches like assets not updating for awhile, when you edit the metadata.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making our workflow so much more efficient!

It's nice to have everything in one place
What do you like best about the product?
The biggest upside of using bynder is that it allows me to say "It's on bynder" to anyone looking for our assets. Employees, dealers, distributors, vendors can navigate without any guidance from me.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about bynder is the taxonomy setup. It pays dividends later on, but the initial cost can be heavy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder is solving the drain on our creative resources by giving us a system anyone can use to find whatever asset they need.
Functionally sound solution backed by a great support team!
What do you like best about the product?
The people behind the product. Support team, account management, etc. Everyone we have interacted with has been super helpful and proactive. Keeping us up to date on the latest releases, and also providing assistance with ways to improve our use of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only because this field is required, but I think that there are some limitations in functionality and user interface around Taxonomy and Metaproperties management. It is quite difficult to visualize and configure these crucial parts of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing asset access to our retailer/B2B customer base and internal teams across the globe!

Bynder as a tool is a very user friendly solution, with strong customer service.

Developments can sometimes be more focused on new things rather than making existing things more robus.

What do you like best about the product?
Bynder is a very user friendly tool. And easy to use across all different departments in the organisation. It is a very intuitive tool. We use it for all our product assets, and sharing capabitities to retailers. It has become part of our daily use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not so much on Bynder, but internally. To have everyone aware of the criteria. "garbage in = garbage out"

Delivering assets to the retailers. And building more assets based upon 1 design. Different derivatives
Professional and Highly knowledgable
What do you like best about the product?
From start to finish all employees at Bynder are highly knowledgeable. They provided informed, hands-on training tailored to our requirements for the DAM, ensuring a personalized accommodating experience. Anytime we had questions the response time was within 12 hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
there was a learning curve, but once you learned how everythign works on the backend, it was smooth sailing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder will beable to hold all of our assets that we use for multiple projects at a time and sort and tag them, also allowing other to have access and to them. We will beable to search within the programs we use daily instead of a server. New hires will have an eaiser time finding assets, and we will be able to collaborate with vendors much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
We are now able to create an engaging and intuitive platform for users for all things relating to the Univerity's identity. A hub that centralises our digital assets and facilitates collaborative working, smothlines our processes and enables us to manage consistency across all content creation.
The analytical module will help to support an ongoing programme of continuous improvement.
The customer support from the onboarding team has been fantastic. Their communication has been readily available, clear and informative.

What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately we were mis-informed re. user licenses, and the requirement for all users to have a licence in order to access the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is no one central system for all digital assets, through a programme of internal engagement and enablement, Bynder will enable us to ensure all digital assets are available to all users of the system.

The best onboarding process of an system I have ever used.
What do you like best about the product?
Nicole and Brynlee are so knowledgable and quick to respond to any requests or questions. Onboarding was smooth and provide us the tools needed to start effectively using the tool before onboarding was completed. So impressed with the tools and resources available. The uploading without login and ability to create and share collections is huge for us, since we have so many locations. The API capabilities are superior to other DAM products we reviewed. Ryan England was also amazing to work with. No pressure, knowledgable, and clearly had our best interest at heart throughout the process.

Honestly, I have nothing to include here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to Bynder, we had assets stored in several different places. It was difficult to share and collect assets across our many markets. The control we have over use of assets is also very important. To have a single portal that we can share, yet control, has been the biggest benefit to our company.
The client experience was not oversold! Very pleased.
What do you like best about the product?
Bynder's portal was able to be customized for our company and our usage of assets. The On-Boarding Managers, Nicole and Nick, were excellent! They took us step by step through the setup and provided the best practices and guidance we needed. We have been incredibly pleased by the platform but, more specifically, by the client services.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not found any areas at this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have assets spread across teams and unreachable by other teams. We need the efficiency of a single-source of truth for our assets.
Just completed onboarding of Bynder as our DAM
What do you like best about the product?
One of the main reasons we picked Bynder as our DAM was that the project team seemed knowledgeable and hands on. It did not feel like a massive corporation that we would need to navigate with questions and issues. Their product is intuitive and new features are continuously being released. It met all of our business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't had any negative experiences so far
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a system that could serve as our golden source for all creative and content assets. We also needed this system to integrate with our downstream tech systems so we could automate manual processes of updating assets for our marketing materials.
