New Bynder Users
What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Bynder for a couple of months now. We are in the process of uploading all of our content. The tool is easy to use and adopt. The onboarding team is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features are limited, such as the cropping and resizing capabilities. You don't get a lot of analytics about users and performance with the basic program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is giving us an easy. searchable library for our assets.
Bringing operational efficiency and organization to our team
What do you like best about the product?
I've used a few different DAM systems over the years, and Bynder is easily the most user-friendly, both in the admin setup and the overall user experience. This goes a long way toward adoption and overall success. Because Bynder is powerful with lots of features, their initial onboarding is designed to provide bite-sized pieces in a manageable way. I appreciated this, because it helped our team be more effiencient: we didn't need to spend our time in meetings re-discussing past topics.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything we can dislike at this point. We are entering our relationship with Bynder at a pivotal time for our company, and they've been great partners to help show us solutions and alternatives that are specific to our needs, specific to our unique situations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder's platform is helping us improve our internal user-experience by making internal assets easier to locate and use. Bynder is streamlineing our brand and marketing assets by eliminating duplicates inherent to our legacy workflow & organization, and reducing time spent managing assets.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to store images with different tags for easy search and sharing
From the start, the team was incredibly organized, responsive, and supportive.
What do you like best about the product?
The search functionality is extremely helpful. Our team currently relies on a folder structure to organize assets, which can sometimes make it difficult to remember exactly where everything is stored.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of right now I do not have anything negative to say about Bynder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the key business problems Bynder is helping us solve is the challenge of efficiently handing over assets to our distributors. In the past, this process has been inconsistent. The Collections feature in Bynder is a game-changer.
Great Tool - Could Improve Communication
What do you like best about the product?
Bynder is great for having the most up-to-date content available to the appropriate parties. They have a lot of cool features to make the DAM really customized for the customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Communication has not been as easy as I would have liked or expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are much more organized with Bynder, we can find our assets a lot more easily, and designating what assets are available to individuals has been wonderful.

I like the ability to search easily and the AI face recognition is helpful.

It is a lot of work upfront with uploading and manually tagging photos.

It is solving the issue of searching for products on google drive.
Great onboarding experience
What do you like best about the product?
We have really liked implementing Bynder in our stack. The onboarding experience and communication was great, and the platform is very simple to use and make the most of. Integration went smoothly, and any troubleshooting we needed to work through was always responded to quickly and clearly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations with the amount of integrations that can be used at the same time dependent on your plan.

Bynder has been helpful in consolidating and simplifying where the company's digital assets are hosted and distributed.
Bynder Onboarding is a Great Experience!
What do you like best about the product?
It is incredibly intuitive for user, making it easy to encourage adoption.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does require uploaders to select every option that is applicable (there is no way around this and when done successfully, why I LOVE bynder).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to use Brand Folder which was only usable by some individuals. Bynder is accessible to all and we can still limit it with collections as needed!

Ease of use, knowledgeable team with full support, solves all our needs and a very detailed and organized implementation process.

Would like more ability to customize homepage

Difficulty searching for and sharing assets across the organization

Everyone from Bynder that we have been in contact with has been knowledgable, friendly and a joy to work with

We have run into a couple snags but as we are still in early stages we are working through them. The Sometimes uploads are very slow.
