Seamless Experience
What do you like best about the product?

Bynder is solving the problem of providing global access to stakeholders across the company without relying on Marketing.

Excellent Onboard process
What do you like best about the product?
Bynder provided us with excellent support in terms of our contact (Ben) and the resources that made taxonomy & implementation a breeze! We are still in the process of fully implementing our assets but the entire process has been relatvely smooth sailing and we are excited for all that the platform has to offer.

We do not have any complaints so far with Bynder.

Bynder is the Modern Day DAM
What do you like best about the product?
One of my reponsibilities as Delivery Operations Manager, is to manage the paid media team which includes social media. My team is responsible for collecting creative and copy assets in order to publish social ads. There are a lot of steps and moving parts between ideation and delivery. We needed a tool that would simplify our process so we can increase speed to market.
Bynder makes it easy to upload, download and manage images and copy decks. The AI feature also helps with tagging and adding Meta data. It's super easy to search for any asset by simply using the search bar.
Version control saves a ton of time by making sure our users are using the latest version of your creative assets and copy decks. We can easily track changes and compare different versions of an asset to see how it has changed.
Brand consistency is fundamental to our business. We created a wonderful online Brand Guidelines page that informs our staff on how to use our brand whether they want to use our logos, fonts, photos and other assets.

What do you dislike about the product?
Bynder's pricing can be high, especially for smaller businesses or teams with limited budgets. Additionally, some third-party integrations may come with additional monthly fees. That being said, they are an industry leader so if your company can afford it, I recommend the investment.
We also found the onboarding took long. It took about 5 months with weekly 1 hour meetings. The onboarding team does go through a lot of details and they are very knowledgable. I recommend to book two meetings per week to speed up the process.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As Delivery Operations Manager, one of my key responsibilities is to make sure our processes more agile. This means adding a tool in our tech stack that will play well with our other tools and speed up our delivery to market without affecting our accuracy and quality. One of the biggest issues we faced was having our digital assets live in mutlitple places: One Drive, Teams, AssetBank and peoples laptop harddrives. This cause duplications and use of expired assets. Sometimes outdated assets would go to market by accident. Not good!
With Bynder, all of our digital assets live in one place securely. We even started using Bynder to house some of our important documents. This makes it easy to find and access the assets you need, when you need them, without having to search through multiple folders or cloudl drives. Most DAMs have a complicated folder structure which is daunting to use. Bynder is driven by a search bar just like Google.
Adding Bynder to Wrike has really helped streamline our processes and workflows. No more downloading assets to your desktop! Simply grab from Bynder from within Wrike! Also, the advanced search and filtering has made it easier for our employees to find the assets they are looking for, quickly. We used to use AssetBank which is very outdated and cumbersome. Positive Experience with Bynder - Great Tool with Some Integration Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
Nick, our onboarding specialist, was great. He was always there to answer our many questions and solve problems. His ability to listen, understand our needs, and provide clear answers really helped us get through the onboarding process easily. The tool met our expectations; it has an intuitive interface that's easy for users, and setting it up was straightforward. We had some initial struggles with organizing our assets, but Nick was particularly helpful in overcoming those challenges.
What do you dislike about the product?
We encountered one main gap between what was promised by sales and the actual integration capabilities, especially concerning our CMS. It seems there were some misunderstandings or on priorities in onboarding particularly regarding the integration for our specific CMS, which led we have yet to integrate. Integration with CMS was a key aspect in decision making, and despite raising the issue several times, it was always put on the back burner.

Bynder helped us find a place for our assets to live while making it easy for stakeholders to self serve. User experience and value are what we felt differentiated Bynder.
Exceptional service and a great product
What do you like best about the product?
Tyler, our Bynder Onboarding Manager, helped make our setup experience very convenient and straightforward. I could not thank the onboarding team enough. It has drastically reduced our search time for assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a decent amount of setup, even once you finish onboarding. However, the customer success team and our onboarding manager made ongoing setup more straightforward to manage and implement.

Ease of implementation, the vast array of options and customization, and the overall support you receive in setting up, and on-going.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much - I guess bulk uploading is limited to a certain amount (250?) and it can occassionally timeout, but not sure if that is internet-related.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidating our digital assets into one easy to use/access location. Keeping them organized and sharing throughout our international organization, both for internal and external use.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility of the taxonomy and the searching/filtering. It is so easy to upload and make changes as needed. The duplicate finder is very helpful too. I've used that several times already to check for dupes. Nick was so helpful throughout the onboarding process and always willing to answer questions and explain features as many times as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating links for the News section on the homepage can be tedious.

Bynder is bringing all digital assets to one location instead of having them stored in multiple folders on internal drives. The search function makes life so much easier!

What do you dislike about the product?
The administration of the home page would need to be optimized with an UX.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a very decentralized organisation where content is created and stored by many, sometimes in the most remote place of the information system. As a Brand Content Department, we needed to provide a solution accessible by all our content creators to share the value of their work and insure a consistent and clear organisation of the assets to insure good use and control the life cycle of the assets.
