With You Every Step Of The Way
What do you like best about the product?
We appreciated the weekly phone calls and training sessions when setting up our DAM. Other DAM companies didn't offer this service. Bynder was extremely pleasant to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
As we are just starting, we haven't run into any issues as of yet. Everything has been great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder will help centralize all of our artwork, supporting files, and other brand items, including photography.

Implementation team was excellent with training and communication, interface is intuitive and easy to work with

URL generator, no access to HTML for customizing some features

Centralizing assets and integrating with tools the creative team uses to create collateral

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to filter, and adjust filter settings to everybodies liking.

We had some hickups with the mass uploader where filters were not applied to the images.
But it was all sorted in the end

What do you like best about the product?
What I liked the best about Bynder was the onboarding follow-up. Jade was always very helpful with Caroline as back-up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont really see anything I disliked about Bynder for now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all our assets in one place, accessible from anywhere. Brand guidelines helped us to organise these assets.

Bynder is incredibly user-friendly with a sleek, modern interface. Next to that, they have a dedicated support team readily available for assistance

We haven't experienced any issues or difficutlies untill now.

The most helpful thing about Bynder is how it is a single source of truth for all of our team's documents that can easily be shared and accessed across our organization.

What do you like best about the product?
I do like what Bynder can do and what are the modules.
Modules are tailor made for everything company needs to handle - digital asset management, brand guidelines, templates,..
You do not need to use plenty of sources to have documents, visuals, manuals etc. - you can use one single source of truth.
It is easy to use, easy to implement. Everything is managed with amazing onboarding team, that will help you set up everything.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing, really.
Product is still improving, there is a roadmap about new releases, so I guess it is on the right track.

Plenty of problems.
Lot of internal manuals, lot of internal assets everywhere.
Sometimes it is hard to find a proper asset, proper manual, if the manual is up to date etc. With Bynder, you do not have to deal with that.

Best DAM solution
What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of customizations. Ease of Use. We had great support from Björn and Jakob. Excellent and ease of integration

At this point, there is nothing to dislike

Unites all people from the team to use and to share all files. It will make the work very easy

What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding experience with the Bynder team was fantastic. Very tdetail oriented, responsive and thorough in their training.
Bynder's interface is very intuitive and easy to navigate from an administrator role and we expect it will be a much easier and more helpful tool for our end user partners acorss the organization to find and implement a variety of content.

What do you dislike about the product?
So far, nothing to dislike; we are just implementing Bynder so it's too early to tell.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently we have a lot of content in a lot of different places and did not have consistent naming conventions or revision control. Primarily, Byunder will help addres that - allowing various teams to more easily find what they're lkooking for and be confident that it's current and approved for use.
Having the flexibility to create custtom portals for each team also personalizes the experience and allows us to out the most useful collections front and center for specific end users.

The ease of use is great. Bynder will allow our marketing team to keep our brand consistent across all channels. I can see alot of our comapny utlizing Bynder as an asset hub.

Sometimes the Bynder portal run slowly...
