The most seamless and helpful team I have ever worked with.
What do you like best about the product?
The team we worked with was so incredibly helpful. We never felt pressured to complete anything that our business wasn't ready for. Their communication was top-notch!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there was not much that we disliked. I would say the only thing that was remotely uncomfortable, was that there was just so much information to take in it felt somewhat overwhelming. But the team at Bynder did a wonderful job breaking it down to palatable chunks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We did not have a single source of truth when it came to our assets. Bynder is solving that entirely, which increases our productivity and efficiency.
Bynder was great to work with and I was very satisfied with how quickly we were able to be onboarded

I liked working with Austin and he was super helpful with training our team and answering all questions.

There was nothing I disliked! Everything was perfect.

Our problem was that we didn't have on central place for all our company's assets.

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature of Bynder is the power behind the scenes. On the surface, and for most end users, it's a simple image library. For the custodians who manage the assets going into the system, it's a tool with many useful options and powerful ways to manage your content.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing to dislike. It's highly customisable, user-friendly and caters to teams of varying sizes. The onboarding process is thorough and helps newcomers on their journey to using Bynder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder is a digital asset management tool. For us, it is solving two problems. Firstly, we host our images on a shared server, which constantly runs out of space. Secondly, images are difficult to find on our server. Bynder allows for more robust metadata to give users an easier way to find the right image for their project.

What do you like best about the product?
Ta'quila and Claire provided amazing support throughout the process of Bynder, and were really good and timely about answering any and all questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The process of Bynder itself can be difficult to understand, such as print templates, but having the support helped to master uploading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing everyone in the company to access different assets. It's time-saving having people use and edit templates.
Seamless integration into our workflow with the help of our amazing onboarding team
What do you like best about the product?
Bynder's interface makes it easy to backup and share our design files with the team and stakeholders. The digital and print templates have streamlined our design production.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few UX/UI features that need updating when completing certain tasks (menu changing on certain pages). The print template interface is different than the digital template interface which is more intuitive to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The search functionality and the organization of our assets has solved previous issues we have had with our older design drive (lost, nonexistent, or mislabeled assets). Additionally, our digital marketing team often requests iterations on existing designs and by utilizing the templates the team can go in and make the necessary changes themselves. It has freed up production and research time for our design team.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Bynder for organizing our digital assets + creating templates. I'd say we love digital templates the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain technical capabilities not being available - but I'm sure Bynder will fine-tune these things as time goes on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us to be more efficient with our time - especially when it comes to locating assets.

The ease and intuitive nature of the dam.

Some of the products, like the mass uploader, are very cumbersome.

Access to assets. It's made it easy to share with multiple parties.

What do you like best about the product?
Before, we just stashed assets on the server. And since so many different people stashed assets in so many different places for so many years, we had chaos. Bynder is very helpful because now, our assets are organized in a logical structure and tagged with relevant keywords. All of a sudden, we can use common-sense terms to find assets. Bynder is definitely improving productivity and speed to market, but it's also alleviating bottlenecks and it's exposing a ton of asset that most people didn't even know existed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The asset upload and tagging process is clunky. We worked with a 3rd-party partner to custom build an interface where organizing and metatagging is more convenient, faster, and more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improved productivity. Faster speed to market. Fewer bottlenecks (certain individuals who had knowledge of certain asset locations can actually get work done now because they aren't tied up retrieving and distributing assets). Less time poking helplessly around looking for assets.
