Bynder/PB Portal Review
What do you like best about the product?
The added features like the Digital Templates. Plus, our onboarding process with Anne and Christina was so smooth. They're great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is a bit more on the expensive side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving files organization and searchability while making the most up-to-date files accessible to the whole company or specific teams. This will be key to the growth of the compnany. Also, with the digital template feature, we're allowing other team members to build their own branded assets which allow the designer to be freed up of these projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
No advice, just dive in. Our onboarding managers, Anne and Christina, were amazing and walked us through every step of the way.
The entire experience was great. The Bynder team is very nice and patient.
What do you like best about the product?
How you can search for anything in many different ways so it's easy for everyone to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not love that people cannot edit collections unless they're an admin and you have to transfer the ownership.

Bynder has become essential to our agency.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and intuitive interface. There are tons of digital asset management capabilities. The comprehensive training and support seems top-notch. Bynder was the best of 3 DAM software providers we looked into. Previously we used Extensis Portfolio, and Bynder is incredibly more useful (by far).
What do you dislike about the product?
Noting bad to speak of yet. It's really deep, but we're able to customize things for just our immediate purposes. Some inconsequential result customization features weren't possible, and the duplicate finder feature wasn't available yet (but it was promised in the near future).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Photo cataloging/archiving in a more controlled manner. Our taxonomy is well-defined, thanks to great training and technical support. Our users can search and find things much more easily and logically. We can share, collaborate, and take submissions much more efficiently.

The upload process is easy and quick. Very easy to understand too.

Having to download images when needed can be a bit of a pain.

Tagging images makes it easier to find them.

Good if you have a lot of photography to store.
Onboarding was streamlined, efficient, and so helpful! Our end users are thrilled with the outcome!
What do you like best about the product?
It's rare to encounter a product that is as easy to use as advertised, but Bynder has designed a system that works really well for users and it's easy for admins to manage! Austin Zeliff was our onboarding manager. He was very knowledgeable, responsive, and a pleasure to work with!
What do you dislike about the product?
Dislike is perhaps a bit strong, but the mass uploader was a little more complicated than expected. And there are some upgrades that we would recommend for the future: such as being able to add a pop-up survey for our users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our asset libraries are siloed and scattered across several different platforms. Bynder is helping us create a central repository and "source of truth" for the organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
One of the main reasons we chose to work with Bynder is because of the extensive onboarding package they offer. It's thorough and worth going through to work out all of the details that will ensure the best setup for your company's needs.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about the Bynder environment is the easy and intuitive interface. It is easy for users to find an asset that fits their requirements, regardless of their habits. They can either use smart filters, search, or a combination of both.
Set up was also excellent. So thankful for our Onboarding Manager, Connor Miles. Connor is extremely knowledgeable and his training sessions were informative and easy to follow. He did an excellent job of supporting our questions and making sure we felt confident in navigating the environment.

What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that I can identify at the moment that is a dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The creative team at Lake Trust can more easily access our creative assets and leverage them. We invest a lot of resources into capturing these authentic and unique creative assets and in the past, it has been difficult to see everything we have. Bynder allows us to quickly and efficiently filter the assets, and select the most appropriate photo, video, or brand element for our project. I would like to also highlight the word QUICKLY. In the past, it was a huge pull on time resources to find photos. This makes it MUCH faster.

What do you like best about the product?
The most beneficial aspect of Bynder is being able to easily search through assets using keywords.
What do you dislike about the product?
My least favorite part is since it has so many features it can be overwhelming at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem we are solving is the organization of our assets, and being able to easily send images to our other offices and vendors.

a bit slow to download files, i tried in diffrent browser but it was the same result.

To get pictures in high quality that i need for my project with my partner
After completing onboarding, I'm excited to get to work with this new, innovative tool.
What do you like best about the product?
The filtering and searchability will allow us to find, present, and use assets in a more organized and easy way.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of a folder structure makes some aspects of our work difficult on Bynder. We will still have to utilize other tools for organization. If there were more ways to group things, like collections, it might be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The searchability has helped cut down on time searching through countless folders. Our designers used to come to our photographer looking for specific assets. Now it is easy for them to find exactly what they are looking for on thier own.
Unrivalled usability and functionality, very intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simple setup and great design of the tool - I can find what I need in seconds and easily create content from pre-made branded templates if I need to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of - I can't find any major faults the way I use it

Finding and distributing content to my teams, creating and using branded content and sharing content with external parties when I need to.
