Great DAM and workflow software
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of searching through the assets
What do you dislike about the product?
Maintaining the users can be a pain; the request for a new account, when you approve that account you are being redirected to another screen (not in the screen you came from).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have within the organization gazillions SharePoint sites, emails, folders on the network or on personal computers containing branded assets and Bynder is helping us consolidating this into one global repository.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Really a great tool; the flaws are there but the good stuff largely compensate for them.

What do you like best about the product?
Bart, Helena and Grant: they are super-professional and act as exceptional customer and project managers, brainstorming with us ways to improve the Trinity platform and our user experience. They react fast to our requests, offer standard and out-of-the-box solutions, and help us keep the speed of our project.
I also like the simplicity of Bynder's DAM: in general terms is very easy to understand for the standard computer user and solves the core problem it targets. It is a "no-brainer" solution.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have the feeling that, as a rapidly escalating start-up, Bynder is finding customers faster than it increases its capacity to support them. We would wish faster response to technical issues sometimes (not response from the project managers, who are exceptional, but in terms of upload speeds, bug resolution...).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have four clear KPI groups:

Bynder: The Best Digital Asset management Software
What do you like best about the product?
-Very user friendly system
-The customer care are very supportive and ready to always customize the system based on customers need and recommendations

What do you dislike about the product?
I personally like this system and i don't have anything i dont like about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been using Bynder for the past year and i beleive that its a great tool that really facilitated our internal communication and external one with other stakeholders and strategic partners.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I Strongly recommend Bynder as its the better way to work with and manage your digital content files.
The best solution for our Marketing automation operation!
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is really intuitive and for us as OS X user feels at home. Next to the interface the workflow and extensions are the USP's for us. Bynder seems like the product that can grow on our pace.
What do you dislike about the product?
We're moving towards more clients that want in depth brand information. The announced Brand Pages will definitely help us with that. Not a big dislike but the roadmap can always go faster if you ask us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We where looking for a DAM that could also help us with automating a lot of our processes. Bynder is now our primary workflow for everything around marketing and we even get the application and communication team on board.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
To really see and feel the system you have to setup a demo and work with it. We tried Bynder and we can never go back, it's an important part of our workflow.
Great tool for inter-office information management
What do you like best about the product?
What makes Bynder different from most other DAM tools is its intuitive user interface, which renders long trainings or trouble-shooting (almost) obsolete. We can easily share information between our network of international offices, and help them access vital information on the spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the asset management feature in itself was quickly set up and running, the Guidelines tool took way longer than expected. It has only very basic layout options and does not match the excellence of the DAM component.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With offices around the world it is quite time-consuming to share information between offices. Bynder has offered the best way to make our assets accessible, searchable, and downloadable with a minimum effort of time.
A Digital Asset Management System to get Excited About
What do you like best about the product?
I have to say that my first point of contact with Bynder sold me on the software immediately. Having dealt with other DAM system sales people, her enthusiasm, pitch, and in-depth knowledge of the software she was selling was contagious and immediately catapulted Bynder to the top of our list.
They are great to work with! Our implementation team were diligent in guiding us towards creating our customized version of their software. Some of my favorite features are related assets and automatically created versions. For example, when we upload an Illustrator file, it creates a high resolution PDF, JPG, PNG, and GIF. Which saves me and the other members of our team time.

What do you dislike about the product?
I really couldn't be happier as this is a much improved system than what we had been working with before. The only thing I would ask for is more best-use practices and visual examples in their help section and during the implementation process to help people visualize and structure their assets in the best way possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small in-house marketing team for an international company. We have over 20 brands, companies, and subsidiaries, which creates a large amount of assets that we were having trouble keeping organized and easily accessible. Working with Bynder created the perfect way for us to quickly upload and share assets, categorize them under a common language, and archive them for reference.

You can't go wrong working with Bynder! Super-helpful and willing to work with you to create the best asset management system for your company.
Very modern interface, easy to use, self explanatory, reliable and lots of useful features.

The resize and crop features make it easy for users to get exactly the image they need in the right size without the need to have an image editing solution at hand.
Also, having an interface that uses modern web technologies saves so many clicks and makes working with bynder very intuitive.

Sometimes, the uploader seems to "forget" some of the info already entered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having one common solution to provide marketing assets to multiple country organizations is extremely helpful and keeps everyone up-to-date.
Easy-to-use for managing and sharing images, designs and other assets internally and for clients
What do you like best about the product?
Next to the quick drop-and-send feature of Bynder, once inside the portal it's very easy for us to manage images, mockups, designs and other digital assets. Best of all is that it works good for internal use, but more importantly also for clients. With the Workflow feature, we're able to take to our clients in our design journey and collaborate better during the design process by gaining direct, contextual feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's quite hard to think of a feature or anything that we really dislike, but as we are heavy users of the collections feature within Bynder, it would make our workflow even better if the sharing capabilities of collections would become better over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bynder gave us a smarter and faster workflow during and after the design process. And that's a win without even fully using all of the powerful possibilities that Bynder has to offer.
A huge user interface with a lot of helpful functions
What do you like best about the product?
The easy way of uploading and managing your entire digital database and share it with other users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Between the initialization phase and the operational workflow the communication between Bynder and our project management team was bit difficult, especially because Bynder is such a elaborate system and it was a big challenge for us, to understand all the functions that we get in a first step.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We searched for a long time for a solution to support our retailers and also the internal stakeholders with digital marketing and communication material in an easy way. With Bynder we found a solution who allows us in future to save time and ressources and strongen our market position in front of our clients and partners.
