Enhanced Organization with Notion's Intuitive Features
What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion incredibly useful for organizing all the details I need to remember and maintain a knowledge base that is easily accessible. I love how it organizes everything efficiently, allowing me to easily search for information. The ease of writing and the ability to use the forward slash to provide larger headlines or bulleted lists enhance my experience greatly. The AI search functionality is particularly helpful, making the process of finding information smooth and effective. It's also worth noting that the initial setup was very easy, largely because IT had already set it up for me. Overall, these features make Notion a valuable tool in my work, making tasks more manageable and organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it challenging to understand how to use Notion in a more advanced way. While there are templates available, I feel there's more I could get out of it, especially in creating advanced databases.

I love how Notion allows me to manage my notes, daily tasks, projects, and personal documentation all in one place. It serves as my hub for planning, writing, storing resources, and collaborating on short-term projects, making it an indispensable knowledge base. The high level of customization available for pages and database views, coupled with a clean, distraction-free interface, enhances my experience significantly. The use of templates is a huge time saver, especially for managing projects, planning content, and tracking habits. Linking pages and databases is intuitive and ensures information is easily accessible. Notion’s ability to replace multiple apps like documents, spreadsheets, task managers, and note-taking applications into a single workspace helps me stay organized and reduces the clutter, allowing me to maintain everything cohesively without the hassle of switching between different apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Notion can be overwhelming at first due to its many features. The application can become slow, especially when handling heavy pages on large databases. I also see room for improvement in the offline mode as not everything syncs properly, which affects usability. Formatting on the mobile version is more challenging compared to the desktop version, and the reminders and basic functionality feel quite limited compared to dedicated tools for those tasks.

Excellent All-in-One productive space for Project & Design Work
What do you like best about the product?
What I absolutely love about Notion is how ridiculously flexible it is. It's not just a note app; it's the one central place where I can also organise and develop from initial client brainstorms to final portfolio showcases. It seriously cuts down on bouncing between different apps and makes managing my creative workflow seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the core product is outstanding, its offline capabilities continue to be a significant drawback. Whenever I experience weak Wi-Fi or am traveling, trying to access or update important information becomes extremely slow or sometimes not possible at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Notion, I had separate apps for note-taking and project tracking. Now Notion provides me with a single, centralized source of truth. When I need to access project specifications, marketing briefs, or key meeting notes, I know exactly where to look. This drastically reduces context switching and ensures that all documentation is linked, making my intermittent access much more efficient and productive.
Versatile, Accessible, but UI Could Use a Splash of Color
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Notion simplifies my daily routine and keeps all my data in one place. It's incredibly convenient for managing my task lists, writing personal notes, and organizing a library of data along with my standard operating procedures (SOPs). I love how it centralizes everything, making it exceptionally easy to access various documents and tasks, keeping all information related to particular topics readily available. The ease of accessing information is a standout feature for me, and I find learning and navigating Notion to be straightforward. I particularly enjoy using specific features like tally notebooks and filling out forms, which enhance my productivity. The integration with Zapier is another aspect that I value, as it expands the functionality of Notion tremendously. Despite the initial setup being more challenging than Evernote, the rich capabilities and integration options with APIs in Notion make it far superior, justifying the transition. Overall, Notion is a powerful tool that streamlines my workflow efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the user interface in Notion could be improved to have a more visually appealing design. It's too minimalist for my taste and seems to cater to users who only use it for work-related purposes. To attract a broader audience, especially those who prefer a more vibrant and engaging design, the UI could be made more colorful and dynamic. Additionally, setting up Notion was more challenging compared to Evernote. Despite the added complexity during the initial setup, the extra effort was ultimately worth it due to Notion's superior functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to centralize my data, tasks, and documents, simplifying access and organization. It allows me to keep everything in one place, which enhances my productivity by making it easy to manage and retrieve information efficiently.
The Ultimate Flexible Organizer
What do you like best about the product?
I love how flexible Notion is. It truly allows me to build anything, from notes and task lists to project dashboards, documents, and databases, all in one platform. The ability to link pages and create customized workflows makes a significant impact, and it feels like the tool adapts to my needs rather than the other way around. The clean design of the templates and the ease of collaboration enhance the overall experience, making it incredibly enjoyable to use. Additionally, Notion effectively solves the problem of having information scattered across different platforms by consolidating everything into one clean workspace, where I can manage projects, track tasks, save ideas, and collaborate without needing to switch between different apps. This brings clarity and reduces confusion, helping me stay organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes large pages or databases in Notion feel slow to load, especially on mobile devices. This can impede quick access and reduce efficiency when handling extensive data. Additionally, the offline mode isn't consistently reliable, making it challenging to work without a stable internet connection. This is particularly problematic in areas with weak network signals. Although Notion's flexibility is a significant strength, it presents a steep learning curve for new users. The vast array of features can be overwhelming initially, requiring time and effort to become accustomed to its setup. Enhancing speed and offline capabilities would greatly improve the overall experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I appreciate Notion's flexibility in customization, which allows me to build databases, notes, and other structures in a way that suits my workflow. This flexibility means I can consolidate various functions like notes and task management into a single workspace, eliminating the need for multiple apps. This all-in-one approach significantly simplifies and streamlines my daily activities. The integration capabilities with other tools like Slack and Google help in centralizing work, making it more efficient. Additionally, Notion's strong template offerings make it effortless to get started, providing a helpful boost in setting up new projects or tasks. The platform's ability to clean up the user interface by combining notes, documents, and tasks into one location anticipates and responds to many organizational needs in a straightforward manner. Having such a comprehensive tool as my first choice speaks volumes about its commitment to user satisfaction and adaptability.

The setup process for Notion can be time-consuming. To fully benefit from Notion, I need to invest significant time in preparing my work schedule. Ultimate Flexibility and Customization in One Workspace
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Notion is how flexible it is. I can shape it exactly the way I want—whether it’s for planning projects, keeping track of tasks, or organizing notes. It’s simple on the surface, but once you start building pages and databases, it becomes a really powerful workspace. Everything stays in one place, and I don’t have to jump between different apps. That freedom to customize my workflow the way I prefer is the biggest advantage for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main thing I dislike about Notion is that it can feel slow when a page gets too large or has lots of elements. Sometimes it takes a moment to load, which breaks the flow when I’m trying to work quickly. The mobile app also isn’t as smooth as the desktop version, so making edits on the go can be a bit frustrating. Overall, it’s a great tool, but the performance issues show up at the wrong time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of having my work scattered across too many tools. Before using it, my notes, tasks, and project plans were all in different places. Now everything stays organized inside one workspace. It’s easier to track what I’m doing, set priorities, and keep important information within reach. The biggest benefit for me is clarity—I know exactly where things are, and I don’t waste time jumping between apps or searching for files. It keeps my work structured and helps me stay on top of everything.
