  • April 21, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that I can control who can see what and what activity I want to give to other people. I also like that whenever I add an update, it sends automatic notifications to everyone who has access to the file, so they revisit the document and keep their information up-to-date.
What do you dislike about the product?
So many features, specially on paid versions. One can get overwhelmed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion centralizes our team's process updates, SOPs, and documents under one roof, resolving scattered information across emails and verbal updates.

Intuitive AI-Powered Workspace with Room to Grow

  • April 21, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The UI/UX is intuitive and smooth. It feels really easy to use, whether I'm linking docs, building a workspace, or navigating between pages. Everything feels neat and intentional.
I'm also a big fan of Notion Calendar. It's become my number one productivity calendar. The integration with my workspace means I can jump from a calendar event directly into the relevant project page without friction.
What really stands out is how AI-native Notion is. They're miles ahead of the competition here. Notion AI agents make me incredibly productive. I give it a first pass on something, it picks up my context, and outputs exactly what I want. It feels less like using an AI feature bolted onto a product and more like the AI actually understands how I work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is steep. Despite the UI feeling intuitive once you're up and running, getting to that point takes time. Understanding databases, relations, and how to structure workspaces properly isn't obvious at first. I spent longer than I'd like to admit figuring out best practices that should probably be surfaced better during onboarding.
The lack of offline functionality is frustrating. If I lose internet connection, I'm essentially locked out of my workspace. For a productivity tool I rely on daily, that's a significant limitation.
The mobile app performance is also poor. It's slow to load, clunky to navigate, and doesn't handle complex pages well. I avoid using Notion on my phone unless absolutely necessary, which defeats the purpose of having mobile access in the first place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of fragmented information and tool overload by providing an all-in-one workspace. It replaces separate apps for note-taking, project management, databases, and document sharing.
The biggest benefit is eliminating context switching. Before Notion, I was constantly jumping between tools to find information. Now everything lives in one place. I can link a meeting note to a project database to a strategic doc without leaving the workspace.
It also solves the problem of unstructured data. The flexibility to organize information however I need (databases, kanban boards, simple pages, wikis) means I'm not fighting against rigid templates. I can structure things the way my brain works.
Collaboration friction is gone too. Instead of emailing documents back and forth or managing version control across tools, my team works in the same workspace in real time. Everyone sees updates immediately.
The AI integration makes this even more powerful. Notion is truly the only AI-native productivity tool out there. The agents don't just autocomplete text, they understand my workspace context and help me work faster within the system I've already built.

Efficient Workflow Management with Excellent AI Integration

  • April 21, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion throughout the organization to store images, creatives, and other things while maintaining workflows and ensuring everyone is aligned with deadlines. Notion solves the big issue of maintaining everything on one base while efficiently managing workflows. I love that multiple people can collaborate in the same space and store various files while accessing automation at the same time. Hands down, the user experience is great, and I find the most efficient part how effectively they have integrated AI. Notion makes finding files easy with its AI software and serves as a one-stop shop for tools, reducing the number of apps we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it can be quite overwhelming at the beginning. A more effective introduction would be really helpful. The initial setup was a difficult part and they definitely need more introduction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for storing images and creatives, maintaining workflows, and ensuring team alignment. It solves the problem of managing everything on a single platform, enabling efficient collaboration and automation. It also simplifies finding files and reduces the number of apps needed.

Effortless Organization with Flexibility

  • April 21, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I mainly use Notion for maintaining my to-do tasks, study notes, code snippets, and as a notepad. The feature I appreciate the most about Notion is its templates, which are really well organized, making it easier for me to not have to manually organize my notes, snippets, and other stuff. I love how I can save my data in multiple formats, like making tables or nested pages and creating multiple views to organize my media neatly. The ability to add entire databases, media, PDFs, embedded links, charts, forms, and import different types of files into my pages is excellent. I also enjoy Notion's clean interface and ease of use, which makes organizing information feel effortless. The flexibility to customize pages and workflows exactly how I want is a huge advantage, and I love the fact it works really well on my phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of Notion is that it can sometimes feel slow, especially with large or complex pages. Also, the learning curve can be a bit steep when trying to fully utilize the advanced features like databases and relations. Notion could be improved with better performance on large pages and a simpler learning curve for advanced features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to avoid manual organization with its well-organized templates and versatile formats, saving time and effort.

Team Notion a great reference

What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can update each page and tag someone if a page needs attention. Its a great reference tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be overwhelming if you are new to Notion. All of the pages. And sometimes the pages are not up to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any question I may have I use this as a reference. Usually it solves issues that I’m not familiar with.

Organizing personal life and client projects has become smoother and collaboration is more efficient

  • April 21, 2026
  • Review provided by PeerSpot

What is our primary use case?

I use Notion for both personal and professional purposes. Personally, I manage my daily life and professionally I manage my projects. In the professional sphere, I gather all the client information in Notion along with the phases of each project in order to assign next steps to the participants of the specific project.

How has it helped my organization?

There has been an increase in productivity since I started using Notion. Since Notion is an easy-to-use tool, it is easier for teams to use it and move forward more quickly with pending work. I have improved in efficiency since I started using Notion.

What is most valuable?

I consider the best features that Notion offers to be the variety of things that can be done, especially with the databases. I think they are very useful for relating concepts in the workspace.

Regarding the databases, I appreciate them because you can transform the databases into different views. You can have the same information in tables, in lists, in boards, which is quite visual and helps to better organize a project.

I also value that you can share different Notion pages with different people and with different permissions, which is useful when one part of the team is focused on one part of the project or when clients only see the pages that are designated for them.

What needs improvement?

I think Notion is now overcomplicating things, as there are too many features and for a user who starts from scratch, it can be difficult to learn everything. I give it an eight in particular because I think it is a very useful tool, but as I mentioned before, it can be complicated when someone starts from scratch using the tool.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been working in my sector for four years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

I consider Notion to be a stable platform.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

I think Notion has good scalability and adapts well to the growth of the team or projects.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

Before using Notion, I used several tools that help with project management, such as Jira, and I use them in addition to Notion.

How was the initial setup?

The initial implementation of Notion in my team was quite easy because I have been using Notion for two years now. At the beginning it was simpler than it is now.

What about the implementation team?

I manage the training of new team members by having a call and providing a guide on how to use Notion inside Notion itself.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

My experience with the price, setup cost, and licensing of Notion has been normal, and I have nothing to comment.

What other advice do I have?

Notion helps me both to make my work easier and organize my day-to-day tasks, and to distinguish the tasks for each project and assign them to the corresponding team. I would advise other people who are considering implementing Notion to start little by little with basic things and to use it a lot because the more you use it is when you learn the most. I rate this product an eight out of ten.

Intuitive Interface, Needs Better Gantt Chart Features

  • April 21, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion's interface and the ability to quickly reference other documents, especially when I'm writing complex features. This makes it really accessible for other users. The initial setup is very easy with good templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the ability when creating a Gantt chart to have dependencies inside of it. Also, I'd like the ability to link tasks together and then create subtasks from that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion allows me to clearly articulate my problem generation to the development team and makes writing complex features accessible with the ability to reference other documents.
