Notion AI Delivers Instant, Cross-Platform Insights for CSMs

  • March 05, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Notion is how quickly it pulls together information from different platforms. It gives me a bird’s-eye view of the accounts I support, along with the history and context that would otherwise take hours to dig up manually. I can type a short sentence and get hours’ worth of research done in seconds. The fact that it integrates across our tech stack works wonders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Manually digging through Notion to find the information I need is painful, but with Notion AI I almost never have to do it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m new to my role at my organization, and Notion is helping me ramp up faster than I ever imagined. It also lets me support our partners without them having to repeat themselves. The more I use it, the more it makes life infinitely easier.

Customizable Workspace with Room for Improvement

  • March 05, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how customizable Notion is. It can be a blank canvas for many conversations, projects, meetings, and more. I appreciate that it can function as a database and be used in so many different formats. I like the ability to have my list as bullet points or a toggle list that is expandable, allowing me to format notes however best suits the need in the moment. It's easy to reference other spaces, links, and outside sources. I like the ability to create simple workflows or buttons. The initial setup for Notion was pretty simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the sidebar with all my different spaces and pages can get a bit confusing. Perhaps a better UI. Better structuring of the folders and spaces.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion gives our team a space to brainstorm in private and shared formats. It's highly customizable, acting as a blank canvas for projects and meetings. I like creating workflows and referencing other spaces easily.

Flexible Page Creation, Seamless Team Collaboration

  • March 05, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion's flexibility in creating different types of pages and being able to adjust almost everything to make it my own. The templates library is a huge help for me because when I'm starting a new project and don't want to start from scratch, I can easily find a template. Usually, I find something that's exactly what I'm looking for. Using these features saves me time, as I don't have to figure out how to build a project management page and can rely on the prebuilt material and templates. This allows me to quickly get to work without spending too much time in the ideation process, which saves both time and money.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the adoption of the AI capabilities has been slow on my end, mainly because I don't really see how I can integrate them more into my day-to-day operations, or maybe I'm just very used to using Notion the way I have. So I haven't really found that the AI tools have become an integral part of my day-to-day. I know they're there. I've used them. I've tested them, but I feel the natural integration of the AI capabilities is a bit off for my personal use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me with organization, keeping everything on track, and doing project management effectively. It lets me share work with the broader company. The templates save me time by allowing me to start projects without building pages from scratch.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the price of the AI feature and the automatic @mentions in Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to organize character outlines, backgrounds, and develop ongoing plot threads for my DnD campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Notion for documentation and tracking my work because it keeps everything in one place. The user interface is very easy to use, which makes managing multiple datasets convenient. Notion helps me to create and manage my datasets and results, and it is easier to interconnect pages. The initial setup was quite easy as well.

Chart representation can be better. There are limited options right now; they could be increased with various charts.

Notion Keeps My Notes Organized and Accessible

  • March 05, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the design of a Notion page. It's very clean, with just enough customization options to personalize it without cluttering. I appreciate the many options for building a custom layout and data structure within each page. I often use the ability to publish a page as a webpage for personal use when I need to share event details or other external-facing information. As a knowledge base, I appreciate the hierarchy and sublinking
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can take a while for a page to load. Especially on mobile, I find it can be a little tedious to navigate through pages. Notion always seems to take a moment to fetch and display the content, even when I was just on the page a moment before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy for anyone in the organization to add new knowledge, without going through a more complex system. The note-taking app interface is intuitive for user who are not technically inclined. It's easy for other users to jump in and collaborate on those same docs, and simple to make updates and edits even if you're just fixing a typo.
