Centralizes Everything with Custom Workspaces and Linked Databases

  • April 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Notation is its ability to centralize everything. Instead of jumping between different platforms for notes, tasks, tracking, and documentation, I can build a custom workspace that brings it all together. The linked databases and custom views make it incredibly easy to stay organized and keep everything in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The steep learning curve makes initial setup time-consuming, and performance often lags when navigating large, complex database or when using mobile application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of information fermentation by consolidating disparate noted, project guidance, and task tracking into one central hub. This benefits me by providing a customisable “single source of truth” that streamlines my freelance workflow and keeps complex technical documentation organised in one place.

Notion: A Flexible All-in-One Productivity Tool

  • April 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Notion stands out for its flexibility and all-in-one structure. It combines notes, databases, task management, and collaboration in a single workspace. Its clean interface, customization options, and seamless organization make it ideal for both personal productivity and team workflows, adapting easily to different needs without feeling cluttered or overwhelming.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion can feel slow and cluttered as projects grow, especially with large databases. Its offline functionality is limited, and performance may lag on mobile devices. The flexibility, while powerful, can overwhelm new users, making setup time-consuming instead of immediately productive. Collaboration features, though useful, aren’t always as smooth as expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the chaos of scattered tools by bringing notes, tasks, databases, and planning into one place. It reduces context switching and keeps everything organized and searchable. For me, it means clearer workflows, better focus, and less time wasted jumping between apps, turning messy ideas into structured, actionable systems.

Seamless AI Integration, Minimal Manual Effort

  • April 11, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Notion made a complex project possible by enabling a live Q&A format and documenting findings in a beautifully structured coursebook format. The Notion AI agent stands out because it can read and amend pages on the fly. I also like the talk-and-note seamless integration, which requires minimal manual interaction with notes editing. Additionally, the initial setup was relatively easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
as the conversation becomes longer, it becomes unresponsive over time and eventually breaks. Would benefit from having an audio chat function in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion made a complex project possible with its AI agent that reads and amends pages on the fly. The seamless talk-and-note integration minimizes manual interaction with notes editing.

Game-Changer with Stellar AI and Flexibility

  • April 10, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how flexible and simple Notion is, yet incredibly powerful. The AI writing assistant has been incredibly helpful, especially as a non-native speaker, in making my language clearer and more concise in a professional environment. It really helps me manage my tasks and knowledge effectively. I appreciate the project management tools like tables, grids, and databases for consolidating and organizing my information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how intrusive it is on calls when it says it's recording. Then, maybe having a little bit less than just like, a very loud voice interrupting people talking. I don't know. Some sort of a blip or beep or something else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me manage tasks and knowledge, and its writing assistant is incredibly helpful as a non-native speaker. It aids in conveying clearer, more concise language for professional communication.

Highly Customizable, Perfect for Real Estate

  • April 10, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Notion to build custom pages and documents for my real estate business as it has saved me countless hours and allowed me to do things I didn't know I was capable of. It's great for developing and linking all my business documents like Google Docs and PDFs within Notion. I appreciate how it keeps everything in one place, solving time issues and making it easy to remember where everything is kept, which is invaluable for linking tenant and unit data to properties. This central database is a huge benefit, especially with a growing team, as they can access all necessary information without having to ask me. I love the ability to customize Notion; anything can be tailored to my specific needs, and it helps me avoid paying for unnecessary features. It's easy to set up, though there's a learning curve, and overall, I haven't found anything else quite like it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more options of viewing things that aren't just in set tables. I know you can do cards and other things, but I wish there was more ability to customize the interface or design aspect of it to be more user-friendly and customizable from a design standpoint. Just a learning curve to get used to how Notion operates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to keep everything in one place, saving time and effort. It holds all tenant data, links properties and units, and makes information readily accessible to my team.
