What do you like best about the product?
The organization, the tasks, all of the Toggle options
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the layouts are difficult inside of a new page, but all in all, super great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company relies heavily on the task feature and AI writing assistant. We create tons of social posts for clients and the prompts and WA work so perfectly together.
My favorite all-in-one tool—I truly couldn't imagine life without it!

What do you dislike about the product?
Can feel overwhelming at first due to so many possibilities
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion has completely transformed the way I organize my work and ideas. I use it for everything—from content creation and project workflow dashboards to collaboration and full-scale project management. I no longer need to juggle multiple apps, and the intuitive interface makes it easy to build exactly what I need without a steep learning curve.
And now, Notion AI has helped me move from ideation to execution faster—whether I’m brainstorming ideas, structuring projects, or collaborating with others. I've used it in my work, for side hustles, and for my personal projects (like planning vacations or preparing for a move). It's my favorite tool.
If you’re looking for a flexible, powerful, and enjoyable tool, Notion is it.

AI Notes
What do you like best about the product?
Fantastic note organization for medical school. AI notes quickly summarize my page for easy studying and referencing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Calendar linking and reminders within notion pages. Unable to use multiple emails and unable to sync school account
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly summarizing my notes
All documentation easy to find!
What do you like best about the product?
The AI tool, gives me all the documents I need
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI agent sometimes doesn't pull the most relevant info. It's not that good yet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to easily find the documents I need
One of few AI add-ons that's not vaporware
What do you like best about the product?
I've used and loved Notion for years, both professionally and personally. Notion AI has been excellent addition to the tool. I mainly use Notion AI to help me find and summarize documents. My company has a LOT of documentation in Notion, only some of which is up to date and well organized. Notion AI makes it much easier to search for what I need, including reminding me of things I wrote and misplaced in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion databases and tables are still bare-bones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps my business solve many problems. Other teams use Notion AI heavily for writing. I do sometimes, but the main problem Notion AI solves for me is enterprise search: digging into Notion docs to summarize and explain existing documentation.
Love notion overall, but still needs offline mode and faster loading database!!!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can structure things exactly how I need them. There’s so much flexibility, and I can use templates to help me. Get there or completely create it myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really would love off-line mode. It does not have to be every page or database, but certain databases I need off-line. I hate that I have to make a copies on GOOGLE when I go to remote locations where I don’t have service where I can’t access my Notes.
And sometimes it takes way too long to load, even when I have good service.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s amazing at being able to track my daily routines from journaling to workouts to keeping track of all of my notes about my projects, as well as my research.
Simply the best
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is one of those everlasting apps now where I put in all my thoughts, projects, life content and more. There's very little it can't do if you spend the time customising it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be time consuming to setup, that's really it. The rest of it just comes with time. It does do some weird UI issues ones in awhile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It centralises all my documentation and allows me to get what I want in terms of info quite quickly.
AI-Powered Notion Transforms Information Access
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to create helpful documents in Notion. The feature that allows me to ask questions and get answers swiftly is incredibly beneficial. It simplifies my workflow by reducing the time I spend on research. The AI functionality is particularly useful. I also find the integration with Google Drive, Slack, and internal documents enhances my experience significantly, as it provides quick answers. Notion’s ability to connect to our company-related documents is a standout feature for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the ability to switch between various large language models to get better answers for questions that are not strictly related to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the product to quickly find answers to questions embedded in Slack or company documents, saving time on research and enhancing productivity.
Complete but Overwhelming
What do you like best about the product?
The sheer breadth of options and capabilities makes Notion incredibly powerful. While I know it started as a note-taking app, it's evolved into something much more comprehensive - essentially an all-in-one workspace. Whether I need to create simple notes, build complex databases, manage projects, or organize my thoughts, all the tools are right there and genuinely helpful. The flexibility to customize pages exactly how I want them, combine different content types seamlessly, and create interconnected systems for my workflow is something you just don't get with most other apps. I use both for work and also for personal notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ironically, it's that same abundance of options that can be frustrating. With so many features and customization possibilities, the interface can feel overwhelming, especially when you're trying to find a specific tool or setting. For new users, this can be particularly intimidating - when you first open Notion, you're faced with this vast array of possibilities and it's not immediately clear where to even begin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion serves as my external brain, solving organization and planning challenges both professionally and personally.
On the work side, while my team uses Asana for tracking releases and project management, I maintain my own personal TODO database in Notion that gives me much more granular control over my individual tasks. As a developer, this is incredibly valuable because I can easily embed code snippets directly into my notes, create interconnected pages that link different projects and databases together, and build a comprehensive knowledge base of solutions and references. It's like having a personalized wiki where everything connects. This interconnected approach helps me stay organized in a way that traditional task managers simply can't match.
For personal use, Notion becomes my planning headquarters. I use it extensively for trip planning, where I can create detailed itineraries, budget trackers, and research pages all linked together in one cohesive system. It truly feels like having my brain's organizational system digitized and enhanced.

Notion is the Best for an ADHD Brain
What do you like best about the product?
The templates are incredible! I love being able to find other ways that people have organized their lives and try them out to see if they work for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I utilize Notion, it's primarily on my desktop. I love being able to use it regardless of my operating system, but I do wish there were more specifics concerning widgets on iPhone. The interface is great, but I'd love to have easier access to the specific things I utilize in my Notion (tables, charts, checklists, etc.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me get my thoughts together into cohesive, professional language when I'm sending sensitive emails to specific people. The utilization of AI in my management has allowed me to streamline my work - asking the AI to write an email with a few details takes less time than drafting 3 versions of an email before I send it.
