Helps keep my notes organized
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that there is little to no learning curve and that it makes it easy to organize information including pdfs, images, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI software could use some help sometimes. Can bring up incorrect information or answer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps all of my notes in an easy to access, organized manner that is much better than most other apps.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion makes it incredibly easy to stay organized across projects, notes, and tasks. The interface is clean and flexible, and the search function is fast and reliable—even across large amounts of content. Notion AI has been a game changer for me; it’s especially helpful for generating summaries and saving time on content review.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve when getting started. While it’s generally intuitive, some features and workflows take a bit of time to fully grasp, especially if you’re not used to modular, drag-and-drop style tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps manage and organize large amounts of information in a way that’s both structured and flexible. It serves as a centralized knowledge base for our organization, making it easy to document, access, and maintain everything from processes to project updates. The search functionality is excellent—much faster and more accurate than what we’ve experienced with tools like Google Drive. Overall, it reduces friction in finding and sharing information, which has improved team efficiency and transparency.

What do you dislike about the product?
Wish I could make it look "prettier." Im a visual person and I don't feel like the platform is there yet where it really looks like something I want to be on all day.

Some of the AI features get in the way. I don't need the AI bot hovering over every move

What do you like best about the product?
It's literally my second brain! Well, actually my second and third, since I use it in my personal life, and I convinced my team at work to start using it as well. We've never looked back. It's a one-stop shop for all your data, and the best part is that you can simply ask the AI something specific to your company or team, and it will use your data to produce answers. It's honestly amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm a very visual person, and I often face limitations regarding aesthetic customizations. I prefer a specific look, but I am restricted to the designs and color schemes offered by Notion
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a smart knowledge base and they've delivered! It can be frustrating sometimes when I simply ask the Ai a question like, whats the password to ***** (just a random website that I intentionally saved in notion) and it wont spit it out. that should be adjusted and should give you the personal info. Maybe use an authenticator like touchID built into MacOS but its something that would greatly benefit my every day use

We are huge fans of Notion internally, and the connectors make it a really powerful tool for integrating with other tools we use and querying across the platforms we use today.
More specifically, Notion makes it EASY to work cross-functionally, keep on track with things going on across teams. We use it daily around here!

What do you dislike about the product?
The major thing is being able to expand the number of systems it already connects to out of the box so we can integrate more tools. Additionally, when it comes to writing specifically, it feels a little stiff at times in terms of tone output and requirres some tweaking.

Notion allows us to organize information, historical knowledge, and context from across the organization and collaborate easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can offload most anything into the product so I don't have to keep up with it in my head or in many different locations, software products, or services. I can then use AI integrations to access, distill, or refine that information.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't always the easiest user interface to use with various forms of media. I would like more graphic features added so that I have more flexibility with the way I record data or interact with the user interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unlike other AI writing assistants, I can keep my files organized in a traditional way. Other tools don't have an organized way of storing the files that are being worked on. They mostly just do the processing. I can store and edit my files easily in one place with no compromises.

As it is cloud based, it is not always smooth to operate.

I like the structure and the way it is organized, and the ease of use when I need to find things that I know that exist there (somewhere) and things that I don't know and need to read or learn for the first time.

Exporting content to pdf/email/docx is not well done
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Two main use-cases: (1) when I don't know something about the company or the product - Notion is the first place to search for pages and knowledge. with the new AI functionality, it can summarize multiple pages into one brief response that can easily solve the knowledge gap.

What I love most about Notion is its incredible versatility—whether I need to keep things simple with a clean task list or build a complex database system for a client, Notion handles it all. The built-in AI assistant has become an essential part of my workflow, helping me brainstorm, summarize, and draft content quickly across both personal projects and client deliverables. I onboard every new client onto Notion, and the process is always smooth. They find it intuitive and enjoy the ability to collaborate in real-time with all documentation and processes centralized in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I appreciate the vast capabilities, the flexibility can be a double-edged sword—new users can sometimes feel overwhelmed by the open-ended nature of the platform without guidance or templates. I would love for there to be an offline mode - enabling me to edit . Lastly, I’d love to see even deeper integrations with external tools like Google Drive, Slack, and QuickBooks without needing workarounds or third-party automation tools.

Notion is solving a major problem I’ve faced for years—scattered tools and fragmented information. Instead of jumping between separate apps for project management, documentation, note-taking, CRM, and content planning, I now manage everything within a single, unified workspace. This has significantly improved my operational efficiency, reduced context-switching, and helped me stay organized both personally and professionally. For my clients, it streamlines onboarding, centralizes SOPs and assets, and enables transparent collaboration. The ability to customize every workspace to match the client’s needs—whether for marketing, operations, or creative workflows—adds tremendous value. The AI tools enhance this further by saving time on writing, summarizing meetings, and creating content drafts, allowing me to focus more on high-impact work.
