Review of Notion AI
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best about Notion is the flexibility it offers for doing pretty much anything - from daily life, school & education, work, and others. I also have been enjoying Notion Calendar, which integrates seamlessly with my Google Calendar account and offers easy features that can help with scheduling.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it can sometimes be very complex to set up different databases, and the flexibility can be a negative (especially if you're a new user) because there are a lot of features that can be used in different ways. It is definitely a learning curve to use Notion effectively
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems Notion is solving for me is the following:
1. Help synthesize and rephrase information in a different way to provide multiple perspectives
2. Take notes in 1-1 meetings where it can be difficult to take notes while talking (and does this very effectively, with great action items)
3. Help rephrase my writing or give suggestions on how I can improve my writing when I feel it is insufficient

Creative organization wonderland
What do you like best about the product?
Notion helps me organize my creative world building notes and assists me in writing creative pieces.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the AI works well, sometimes I have to really break down what exactly I need, and sometimes the output formatting changes between requests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me build works and organize not for my organized dungeons and dragons campaigns. It also helped me write a play based on my campaign notes.
Notion is an amazing app
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it helps keep the company organized in many ways — such as creating a calendar, setting up a Kanban board, and tagging people in comments to notify them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how I can't go back if I accidentally delete something or want to go back on my changes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to have clear communication for the company all in one space
Chaos turned into effective management
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Notion for personal use for about 4-5 years now and recently been using it in my job as well. We have our entire product team (design + tech too) on notion along with other teams and notion is basically the bread and butter of how we work. All projects, doesn't matter how small or big it is, detailed out on notion. The AI assistant has also been super helpful in BAU activities. It is the single source of truth we have as a product team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI still seems nascent and the learning curve is pretty steep. For new users, it might be very confusing to navigate. You could say its almost a daunting task to get started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Effective project management and as a source of truth, notion has been truly redefining in the entire experience. Don't think it gets better than this once you get the hang of it.
Great way to share info with my team!
What do you like best about the product?
The way my team and I can interact and leave notes, assign items, keep track of who is doing what and when. Along with being able to track everything. Everything in one place. The AI meeting notes are amazing! Not only does it take notes for you during a meeting but it summarizes it and puts action items. Has helped our digital team to communicate and work closely together more seamlessly. Still figuring things out but pretty easy to use. And once you get the hang of it it is really simple (did not take to long for me to figure it out). Still finding new things to help. My team and I rely heavily on our hub and work on it all day long everyday. I highly recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to fill something out on a table or board and be able to link that line to a totally different page. I love how you can create different views but would like to have this function (ie I enter something that requires a coupon, billing and creatives. But it would be nice that if you could link certain lines to be able to fill out a totally new form with just the information provided (for instance our creatives associate takes that info and does different things and different tracking. Currently she is copying and pasting into her own database but if we could like that would be great). Also wish there was an outlook integration! Also the ability to highlight items to bring out importance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying organized in a nut shell. We were using Notion and while that was great and I thought easy, Notion is actually better and easier and has more capabilities.
Notion for 2nd brain
What do you like best about the product?
As someone balancing a demanding medical leadership career, family life, and ongoing projects, I needed more than a simple note-taking app — I needed a system that could think with me. Notion has become exactly that: my second brain.
It’s where I capture ideas before they slip away, track my personal and professional goals, and manage a constantly shifting schedule. The flexibility is unmatched — I can build anything from a quick to-do list to a complex project dashboard, all in one place.
What I love most is that Notion grows with me. When my schedule changes, my Notion setup changes with it. It’s intuitive enough for quick notes between meetings, but powerful enough to manage multi-month strategic projects.
If you’re juggling multiple roles and responsibilities, Notion isn’t just helpful — it’s essential. It’s the one place where all the moving pieces of my life finally connect.

What do you dislike about the product?
Steep learning curve, but once the basic building blocks are mastered then it’s a great tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem:
Switching between your roles as medical director, CMO candidate, consultant, and parent means constantly shifting priorities — and forgetting context.
How Notion Helps:
Keeps role-specific workspaces so you can quickly shift from “hospital strategy” to “personal projects” without losing momentum.
