One Tool for everything we do

  • August 11, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, the best thing is the peace of mind it gives our team. Before Notion, there was always this anxiety about where to find things or if you had the right version of a document. Now, everything has a home. It’s become our 'go-to' spot for answers, which means my team feels more empowered to solve problems on their own without having to ask me for everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app is my only real issue. It's fine for simple things like looking up a note, but it's too slow and clunky for anything complex like editing a database. I always have to switch back to my computer for serious tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've found Notion to be a great tool for bringing all my work into one central place. I can use it to gather all my reports, projects, and team documents, so nothing gets lost.

This helps me save a lot of time because it reduces manual tasks and the need for constant reminders. With everything organized in one spot, I can focus more on coaching my team and making decisions, and it makes things much clearer for everyone.

Notion Makes Organizing Work

  • August 11, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use it constantly, multiple times a day, for everything from quick notes and to-do lists to more complex project tracking. There’s an impressive number of features built right in — templates, databases, kanban boards, calendar views — and they all integrate seamlessly with each other. I also love how easy it is to connect Notion with other tools I already use, so I’m not bouncing between apps all day.
On the rare occasion I’ve needed help, their customer support team has been quick to respond and genuinely helpful, which makes me feel confident relying on it for important work. Overall, it’s a tool that’s easy to pick up, powerful enough to grow with you, and flexible enough to fit into almost any workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes pages with lots of content or databases can feel a bit slow to load, especially when I’m working on a weaker internet connection. I also wish there were more built-in offline capabilities so I could work seamlessly without worrying about syncing later.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion brings all my notes, tasks, and project tracking into one place, so I don’t have to juggle multiple apps. This saves me time, keeps my work organized, and makes it easier to stay focused on priorities

What do you like best about the product?
I use it primarily for account management and funnel tracking, and it's very effective for organizing client information, tracking deal stages, and managing follow-ups, i can say all in one unified workspace.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike about notion as of now
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of scattered information and disconnected tools in account management. Before using Notion, I had to rely on multiple apps such as spreadsheets, CRMs, and note taking tools to track client interactions, deal progress, and follow-ups. It was time-consuming and easy to lose track of details.

Notion is the best product I've ever come across.

  • August 07, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The activities I do most at work are writing and project management, and Notion’s greatest strength is that it lets me handle both in a single product. Both tasks require creating and organizing lots of output, and Notion’s block-based editing, effortless switching between features, and eye-friendly interface all help reduce fatigue. Whenever I begin a new task, opening Notion is the first thing I do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don’t have any major complaints, but as my usage grows a few shortcomings have surfaced. When a database holds many pages—or a single page gets especially heavy—performance slows noticeably, making it hard to manage sophisticated projects and forcing me to rely on other tools. When I draft long pieces, the formatting sometimes breaks. Frequent UI changes—like hiding the external link-sharing option as new features appear—also create confusion. And although Notion’s AI features seem full of potential, their current performance is still underwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It supports almost every task that involves writing and ideation—it’s practically an indispensable app.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how flexible Notion is - I can use it for notes, task lists, projects tracking, or even personal stuff like habit tracking. The drag-and-drop blocks make it really easy to build pages the way i want. I also like how everything stays synced across devices, so i can pick up where i left off anytime.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels a bit slow to load, especially with large pages. Offline access could also be better - it's not always reliable when i don't have internet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me keep everything organized in one place - notes, tasks, and projects. It saves me from switching between multiple tools and makes it easier to stay focused and on track.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about the Notion is that it is flexible in use. Integration and implementation is also easy. It adapts to your needs without forcing you into rigid structure. Customer supports are excellent. Its features like Database & relations, all in one workspace, templets and community etc. makes it wonderful product.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Notion is its performance as it is slow on large complex page. For most real time editting it requires internet connection
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly core problems are solved by Notion. It is beneficial in tools consolidation as we do not need other apps for notes, wikies, calendars, database. It support both free-from ideations and organized execution.

Our digital Swiss army knife

What do you like best about the product?
Versatility. We have managed to centralize documentation, processes, and even the company's key databases in one space. Additionally, the user experience is smooth and very visual, which facilitates teamwork and adoption by the different departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes a greater depth in some database functionalities (complex filters, dynamic relationships) is missed. We have also noticed that, with a lot of content or embeds, it can slow down a bit. More advanced permission management could improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before implementing Notion, the information was spread across different formats and tools, which led to duplications, time losses, and lack of traceability. Thanks to Notion, we now have a centralized system that allows us to have order and immediate access to all the company's knowledge, improve collaboration between departments, and optimize internal processes.

The only data management app you need

  • August 03, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It not only has the functionallty of multipe apps (Tasks, Notes, Database, CRM), it's very intuitive and easy to use. You don't need to invest a lot of time (though some people do) in setting things up to start using right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a huge deal, but it's a little limited in text formatting. When pasting from emails or documents for example, it won' t always look the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have found Notion incredibly useful for both personal and business purposes. I used it daily. For business, I use it for CRM and project management. The database management is deeply customizable in terms of creating fields, views, and even automations and forms. I can set it up to work exactly the way I want for managing accounts, orders, opportunities, vendors, projects, tasks, etc. And I can easily create and modify database structures and views on the fly while I'm entering data. No need to go to a special "Settings" or "Set up" area to make changes. Literally as I'm creating or editing a record, I can simultaneously add/edit/remove fields, views, etc. For personal use it's valuable for travel planning, home projects, managing medical information, etc.

Notion brilliantly combines the functionality of multiple apps (notes, tasks, CRM, database) into one very flexible solution. One of the most powerful, but seemingly simple, aspects of Notion is it's hybrid database/notes structure. For simple note-taking purposes, you can create "pages" on which you can add or embed different types of content. But when you create a database, each record is itself also a page. That is, besides a record containing the fields you create (dates, dropdowns, numbers, etc.) it's also a page in which you can add free-form information, as well as sub-pages or even other databases. And all data can be easily related to each other, so it's simple to keep track of info and jump to exactly what you need. Features like templates, automations, and AI, make workflows even smoother and more efficient. It's a powerhouse app that I don't know what I would do without.
