  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I love about Notion is how it keeps everything in one place, my notes, docs, and daily tasks are always organized. It’s super flexible, so I can set it up exactly how I want, whether that’s tracking tasks, planning projects, or even storing random ideas. It also looks really clean and is easy to use once you get the hang of it. I love it's mobile app which help me to manage everything on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Notion can run a bit slow, especially with bigger pages or lots of content. It can also feel a little overwhelming when you’re just starting out since there are so many features and ways to set things up. And if you need offline access, it doesn’t always work as smoothly as other apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion really helps me by bringing all my work into one place. I use it to manage projects, take notes during meetings, and keep a personal knowledge base that I can easily search whenever I need info. It saves me a ton of time switching between different apps and helps me stay organized, whether I’m planning a project, jotting down quick ideas, or looking up something I wrote a while ago. Everything’s easy to update and share with my team, so we all stay on the same page.

One App to Rule Them All - Notion Game Changer

What do you like best about the product?
he clean interface makes it simple to create pages, manage tasks, or write notes without needing any technical skills. Implementation was smooth—I didn’t need long tutorials to get going. The number of features is honestly impressive: from task boards and databases to wikis and to-do lists, it replaces multiple tools in one app. I use it every day, whether for personal planning or team collaboration. It also integrates easily with tools like Slack, Google Drive, and calendar apps, making everything more connected. The customer support is responsive, and the help docs are genuinely useful. Whether you're a solo user or working with a team, Notion adapts to your needs. It’s a flexible, all-in-one workspace that keeps everything in one place—without being overwhelming.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Notion offers a lot, its performance can be disappointing at times. Pages take too long to load, and working offline feels like an afterthought. The mobile app is clunky and not ideal for quick edits or viewing large content. Features like databases and formulas can get confusing without proper guidance, making it less beginner-friendly than it seems. Integration options are limited unless you're using third-party tools or workarounds. For a tool that markets itself as "all-in-one," it still feels like it’s figuring things out in key areas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me solve the problem of scattered information and tool overload. Instead of using separate apps for notes, task management, documentation, and collaboration, I now have everything in one organized place. It keeps my personal and work life structured, with custom pages for each project. The ability to create wikis, track tasks, manage content calendars, and store documents in one workspace saves time and reduces stress. It also improves team collaboration by keeping everyone on the same page.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion makes it super easy to keep all my class notes, to-do lists, and study plans in one place. I love how flexible it is. I can use templates, link pages, and add checklists to stay on top of everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sharing and collaborating with others is limited in the free version, which can be a hassle for group projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of having notes, tasks, and resources scattered across different apps and notebooks. By putting everything in one place, it helps me stay organized, plan my assignments, and find my study material easily, which saves me time and keeps me less stressed during college. Also I have recently graduated and started my career and it's equally useful in the corporate as well.

All in one workspace

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Notion is its incredible flexibility and customizability. It's an all-in-one workspace that lets you build and organize almost anything, from powerful databases to detailed notes, all tailored precisely to your needs. This makes it perfect for consolidating diverse information and workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its immense flexibility makes it overwhelming for new users.
It can become slow and laggy when dealing with extensive information.
It heavily relies on an internet connection, hindering work in offline environments.
Native data visualization is quite limited, often requiring external tools for advanced analysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion provides a central, interconnected hub where all your company's or project's knowledge can reside. You can link pages, embed files, and create a hierarchical structure that mirrors how your information is best organized.
When everyone knows where to go for the most up-to-date information, discrepancies are reduced, and consistency improves.
You can create detailed task databases, assign tasks to team members, set deadlines, add properties like status and priority, and track progress using various views. Sub-tasks and dependencies help break down larger tasks and show interconnections.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion combines notes, tasks, databases, and collaboration tools into one clean and customizable interface. I love how flexible it is—I can use it as a knowledge base, a personal planner, or even to manage complex team projects. The ability to link pages and create your own workflows makes it very powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can feel a bit overwhelming for new users because of the wide range of features. Also, while offline access has improved, it's still not as reliable as I'd like. Performance can lag a bit when working with very large databases or pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps solve the problem of having multiple disconnected tools for notes, tasks, project management, and documentation. Instead of switching between apps like Trello, Google Docs, and Evernote, I can manage everything in one place. This has streamlined my workflow, reduced clutter, and improved how I organize both personal and team work. It also saves time and helps me stay more focused because everything is centralized and customizable.

Notion stands out for its incredible flexibility and user-friendly interface. I love how it combines note-taking, task management, databases, calendars, and collaboration features all in one place. It’s highly customizable and allows me to build dashboards, trackers, and workspaces tailored to my personal and professional needs. The ability to integrate different content types (text, images, tables, etc.) and link pages effortlessly makes it a powerful knowledge management tool. Syncing across devices works seamlessly, which is crucial for staying productive on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Notion is feature-rich, it can be slightly overwhelming for new users. There’s a learning curve when setting up complex pages or databases. At times, the mobile experience feels slower compared to desktop. Offline access is limited, which can be inconvenient if I’m in an area with poor internet connectivity. Additionally, automation options are a bit limited compared to some other productivity tools unless you use third-party integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helping me manage multiple projects, teams, and personal tasks all in one platform. It eliminates the need for using separate tools for note-taking, project management, task tracking, and documentation. What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Notion is its flexibility as an all-in-one workspace. It effortlessly combines note-taking, task management, databases, wikis, and collaboration in a single intuitive interface. Its drag-and-drop simplicity, customizable templates, and dynamic content linking make it easy to organize both personal and professional workflows smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Notion is a powerful and versatile tool, one limitation I’ve noticed is performance lag when handling large databases or heavily content-rich pages, especially on lower-end devices or mobile. Additionally, offline functionality could be more robust—working without internet access is limited compared to some other tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without a tool like Notion, I often struggle to keep my things organized. Sometimes, I forget the ideas I was working on and where I left off. When I received the student pack through GitHub, I discovered Notion. It's not only helpful for taking notes and highlighting information, but it also assists me in managing my projects effectively.

Notion With Motion Productivity

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
best about Notion is its incredible flexibility and all-in-one functionality. It allows you to build your own system for managing tasks, notes, projects, and databases—all in one place. Whether you're organizing personal goals or managing a team, Notion adapts easily. Its drag-and-drop interface and intuitive layout make it easy to implement, even for beginners. You don’t need to be tech-savvy to get started, and there are plenty of templates to help. I also use Notion frequently—almost daily—because it fits so many needs without switching between apps. From journaling to project planning, everything lives in one workspace. Customer support, while mostly self-serve through guides and forums, is responsive when needed, and the community offers a lot of helpful resources. Overall, Notion combines power and ease of use, making it a go-to tool for both personal productivity and team collaboration. i can also intregate with other app and it work smoothly
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes be slow, especially when loading large pages or databases with lots of content. This can be frustrating when you’re trying to work quickly. Also, while its flexibility is a strength, it can feel overwhelming at first—there’s a learning curve, and setting up the perfect system takes time and experimentation. Offline functionality is another weak point; Notion relies heavily on an internet connection, and its offline mode is limited, which isn’t ideal for people who need constant access. Lastly, mobile performance isn’t as smooth or powerful as the desktop version, which can make it harder to use on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
solving the problem of scattered information and disorganized workflows by bringing everything into one centralized, customizable workspace. Instead of juggling between multiple apps for notes, task management, calendars, wikis, and collaboration, Notion combines all these functions into a single platform. This has benefited me by simplifying how I plan and manage both personal and professional tasks. I no longer need separate tools for writing, tracking projects, or storing important information—it’s all in Notion, neatly organized and easy to access. It saves time, reduces mental clutter, and helps me stay focused and productive.
