My experience with notion is fantastic and I love every aspect of it.
What do you like best about the product?
The minimal interface and easy to use UI of the notion and customisable template for every type of usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a beginner it fill a bit overwhelming and confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion I helping me manage all the project I am currently working and help in making a progress record.

I like how flexible Notion is—it lets me set up pages, databases, and task lists exactly the way I want. It feels like a mix between a note-taking app, project manager, and wiki all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The offline mode isn’t perfect. If you lose your internet connection, you might have trouble accessing or syncing some of your work.

It helps me keep track of projects and deadlines without needing separate tools for task management and documentation. Having everything connected in one workspace improves collaboration with my team and reduces confusion.

I love how customizable the interface is, with databases, linked pages, templates, and drag-and-drop features that make it easy to design a workspace that fits my specific workflow. It feels like a blend of a note-taking app, task manager, and lightweight project management tool, which reduces the need to juggle multiple apps
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Notion is its performance and offline limitations. While it's feature-rich, it can sometimes feel slow or laggy, especially when working with large databases or on mobile devices. Also, the lack of robust offline functionality can be frustrating if you need to access or edit content without an internet connection. There’s a learning curve too—new users may feel overwhelmed by the sheer number of features and customization options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of having to use multiple apps for different productivity tasks. Before Notion, I had separate tools for notes, to-do lists, calendars, wikis, and project management, which made everything feel fragmented. Now, I can centralize all that information in one place. That’s helped me save time, reduce context-switching, and maintain a more organized and consistent workflow. The ability to customize pages and create linked databases also allows me to tailor the system to my needs, which boosts both efficiency and clarity.

Theres not much i dislike about Notion. Theres alot of capabilities that notion offers that im able to use at work and personal use

Notion Makes It Easy to Manage Products and Campaigns Together
What do you like best about the product?
I love how flexible Notion is. I use it to manage product tasks and also store form responses from NoteForms. It keeps everything in one place, and it's easy to organize, update, and share. The database feature is especially helpful for tracking entries and planning my campaign.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion can be slow at times, especially with large pages or databases. It also lacks some automation features out of the box, so I had to rely on third-party tools to connect NoteForms and manage data flow. More advanced form handling and native integrations would make it even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me solve two big problems: staying organized and saving time. I use it for product management—tracking tasks, features, and timelines—and also for storing form responses from my Consult and Win campaign using NoteForms. Instead of switching between different apps, everything is in one place. This helps me move faster, stay focused, and easily review what’s happening in both the product and campaign side. The ability to link pages, create databases, and update content live makes it very powerful without needing any coding. It’s flexible enough to grow with my needs.

Very powerful, allows super complex flows. Is still super useful even using just 5% of it!

There’s definitely a learning curve, especially when trying to build more advanced setups. It can feel overwhelming at first, but the effort is absolutely worth it once you get the hang of it.

Notion helps centralize all my notes, ideas, and documentation in one place, making it easy to stay organized and focused. It replaces the need for multiple tools by acting as a knowledge base, task manager, and note-taking app all in one. This saves time, reduces context switching, and helps me and my team maintain a single source of truth for everything from project planning to quick notes.

The AI needs some work but it’s still really good.

Notion made it really easy to give company visibility to projects, create and store documents, and we even used it to review content.

What do you like best about the product?
I use it for my personal , business, and work. It is the first thing I open when I get onto my computer as it is where I organize everything. At my age, I need everything organized or I would not be able to function and this goes everywhere with me to keep me on track. Databases, calendars and everything in between. I embed videos, hyperlinks and files to keep everything together in one spot. My first database took a minute or two to create but after that I have never looked back. Now I have coworkers ask me to train them on it so they can stay organized too. In the several years I have been using this, I can only recall twice when it went offline and they had it up and running quickly.

What's to dislike? It is a super functional tool.

As a small business owner, I use it as a CRM as well as content organizer and for creating courses.
