The UI part is a bit complicated, so managing it using the UI is a bit complicated. It took some time to understand the best way to use it because it was a new tool.

Flexible, Clean, and Powerful—Notion Keeps Everything Organized in One Place
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Notion is how flexible it is for organizing information in a way that actually matches how I work. It is useful for keeping notes, reference material, internal resources, and ongoing information all in one place instead of spread across multiple documents or platforms. I also like the interface because it is clean, visually appealing, and easy to navigate once things are set up well. In day-to-day use, it helps make information feel more structured, searchable, and accessible, which is especially valuable when I need to keep track of a lot of details and return to them quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Notion is that its flexibility can sometimes become a downside. It is powerful, but without consistent structure, pages and databases can start to feel cluttered or harder to navigate over time. I also think there can be a bit of a learning curve when setting up more detailed systems, especially if multiple people are using a workspace differently. In practice, that means it works best when there is already some organization in place. Overall, I find it very useful, but it can require more maintenance and intentional structure than simpler note-taking tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving the problem of information being scattered across too many places. Instead of relying on separate notes, documents, and reference pages, it gives one central space where information can be organized, updated, and searched more easily. In practice, that benefits me by making it faster to find what I need, keep ongoing information structured, and return to important resources without wasting time. I also find the interface helps with that because it is visually clean and flexible enough to organize content in a way that matches how I work. Overall, it improves day-to-day efficiency by making information management more consistent and accessible.
Highly effective tool for managing daily operations and tasks
What do you like best about the product?
In my role as a Branch Operations Manager, I use Notion to manage my daily work tasks. I created a simple checklist to track activities like client follow ups, policy document work, and team coordination. It helps me keep everything in one place and makes it easier to see what is completed and what is still pending. The layout is clean and easy to understand, which makes daily work more organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the beginning, it takes some time to understand how to create pages and set up tasks properly. Also, sometimes it feels slightly slow when working with multiple entries. However, once everything is set up, it works well for daily use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my role as a Branch Operations Manager, I handle multiple responsibilities throughout the day, including tracking client follow ups, managing policy-related work, coordinating with team members, and preparing reports. Earlier, managing these tasks across different notes and tools often led to confusion and missed follow ups. Notion helps solve this problem by providing a single platform where I can organize all my tasks in a structured way. By using a checklist and status tracking, I am able to clearly see what work is pending, in progress, or completed. This improves my overall workflow and helps me stay more organized during busy working hours. It also reduces the chances of missing important tasks and improves coordination within the team. Overall, it helps me manage my daily operations more efficiently, saves time, and brings better clarity to my work, which directly supports my productivity and performance.

Structured ideas have accelerated collaboration and direct publication for specialized topics
What is our primary use case?
My main use case for Notion is ideas structuring and direct publication to interest groups.
A quick specific example of how I use Notion for structuring ideas and publishing to my interest group was related to the NIS2 directive in Europe, where I collected data, structured it, and it was possible to publish it right away.
This was my main use case at that moment.
What is most valuable?
The best features Notion offers, in my opinion, include its user-friendliness, and while I think you can accomplish much more, I did not have the time to explore all the possibilities. You create something from something, and then you think about what is possible, doing the next steps. The idea of publication, from structured to unstructured and then back to structured, especially some kind of multi-content wiki pages, was the greatest benefit for me.
Notion has positively impacted my organization by helping us to see that it is a very interesting tool to be explored in the future for a more thorough number of use cases.
A specific outcome or benefit I noticed after using Notion is that it saves time and helps collaboration. Collaboration always, in my opinion, saves time if you use the right tool.
What needs improvement?
I do not know how Notion can be improved at this moment because I use other tools like ClickUp for task management and collaboration, and that is also a very wonderful tool.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have used Notion for around four months.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
Notion was stable for me during my use.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
I have no idea about Notion's scalability as I have not scaled it to multiple users.
How are customer service and support?
I have no idea how Notion's customer support is because if you are using it, it is almost intuitive.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
I did not really switch from a different solution; I just explored another tool because normally I use different tools, and Notion came on the internet as a good tool, so I used it. I used it by the way, as a tryout.
Before choosing Notion, I evaluated other options, and while I tested some options, Notion came out as a modern tool. Other options I tested were classic, like Evernote and things of that nature, but they are closed systems, and I prefer an open system. Notion is an open system.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
My experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing indicates that the licensing could be expensive if you continue with all the features; that is something that should be checked for my future case, so it could be an issue.
What other advice do I have?
My advice to others looking into using Notion is to try it, use a trial license, scale it up with multiple users, and share the experiences. That is my advice.
Highly Customizable but Room for UI Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can configure Notion how I want to. The MyAI agent is particularly helpful as it assists me in building out my interface and keeps everything up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the interface looked better, and was more spacious. Everything seems to be clumped together a little bit too much. I'd like to be able to adjust the size of fields and have different colors and change the actual way that the interface looks. It was a little challenging to set up, and I'm still trying to figure my way around it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for a sales and marketing tool and project management.
