What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for knowledge management and it really helps with organization. I like the user interface because it's simple and fast. It supports creating knowledge bases which is beneficial for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the text elements in Notion too rigid and they don't support long text well. It treats each new paragraph as a new entry, which can be frustrating. Also, the initial setup of Notion was hard for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for organization and managing knowledge bases. It helps with knowledge management and simplifies organization with its simple and fast user interface.

Superlative Knowledge Management, Seamless Integration

  • April 09, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love Notion for its exceptional knowledge management capabilities. It's a central, searchable repository that makes knowledge transfer so much easier, and it's crucial for our RevOps success. The AI Writing Assistant is a big time-saver, allowing me to focus more on workflows instead of formatting. Creating documentation and managing knowledge can feel like a chore, but Notion minimizes fatigue with its ease of document creation and navigation, and the ability to link both between Notion documents and to external sources. Notion was very easy to set up—I just opened a tab, logged in, and created a space. Simple as that. I'm really impressed with how well it integrates with Google Drive and Slack. We're even deprecating Glean because Notion works so well.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I create a new document, it defaults to Private. I would like to have a default other than Private.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion serves as a central, searchable repository for knowledge transfer, making documents easy to create and update. Its AI Writing Assistant saves time and reduces context switching fatigue while linking documents seamlessly, enhancing our RevOps success and workflows.

Intuitive Interface, Boosts Productivity

  • April 09, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion super useful for documentation, organizing work, and logging meeting notes. The fact that I can edit from anywhere is great, and I love the simple yet powerful markdown system. The ability to use the slash (/) at the beginning of a line for formatting is really convenient because it allows me to modify lines quickly without using the mouse. The beautiful UI is another feature I appreciate. I can type stuff quicker, which enhances my productivity. It's also super good for managing PCB reworks and noting down wanted features. The initial setup was super quick, and the default template served as a good example. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the current version of Notion. The Ai search saved me from not finding the page more than I would like to admit.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not easy to do multiple pages in the same desktop window.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion's markdown system and ability to edit from anywhere support my documentation and project management tasks. The slash command for formatting and beautiful UI make organizing work and logging meeting notes more efficient, allowing me to type quicker without a mouse.

In the future, I'm excited for more Notion to become more integrated with other tools and softwares that my team uses.

Notion’s Flow Makes Everything Feel Effortless

  • April 09, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Notion is the flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Notion is that there’s a learning curve. Once you get past that, though, it becomes a seamless tool to use. You do have to learn quite a bit before you can really figure out how to make your own process smoother and more seamless. Overall, I feel like I’m getting my money’s worth, and the investment is worth it. I also love the shareability of Notion and how much information it can hold.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For my work, it helps me create playbooks for my team that I can share quickly and seamlessly across multiple departments. That way, new people who join our team, or anyone who needs support with events they haven’t worked on before, can rely on Notion playbooks to guide them throughout their onboarding and overall new-job experience. The AI is helpful tool as well, I usually brain dump and then AI will refine what I am hoping to say in a cohesive and concise way.

Transformative AI Integration with Powerful Productivity Boost

  • April 09, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the integration with AI in Notion. It transforms the AI from a series of disconnected events to a continuation of events, which provides a level of continuity in my tasks. This integration really helps eliminate a lot of the meta work in my day-to-day activities, making me more productive. I spend less time accomplishing tasks and enhance my impact on what I can do, communicate, and focus on each day. The structured and retrievable data that AI can work with is a significant advantage, allowing me to share my goals verbally and have the AI use past data to create meaningful new data, saving me hours or even weeks of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the logical progression with Notion, as well as AI, is trying to create this interconnected interaction amongst many systems and continuity of interaction, and to do that, that structured data is going to have to bleed into different areas of the industry. Approaches towards data structure need to move from simplistic to more advanced structures. Being able to make those relationships and having AI do it in a proactive way would be advantageous. Initially, the setup was a little confusing, especially from a business background, even though I had some tech education and interest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to structure and retrieve data for business and personal tasks. It integrates with AI, creating a hub for managing data, which saves me significant time and enhances productivity by reducing meta work.

Great Product Overall

  • April 09, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use and how easy it is for the team to collaborate together
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to find the features I need to organize docs. For example, the other day it took me a bit longer than expected to find colomns to break the doc into.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping to put everything in one place - company wise. This way things don't get lost in the sauce and now we have a clear structure of company polices, organized by department

Powerful databases but limited template management

  • April 09, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love the connection of databases in Notion because it prevents isolating documents and information. Everything works like a single brain with its neural connections. Moreover, being able to create a single source of truth that is easily maintained and shareable is valuable to me. I also appreciate relying on Notion's AI to synthesize data or retrieve other information, as well as organizing my tasks and tracking my career plan.
What do you dislike about the product?
Layouts are time-consuming and lack flexibility. Managing templates is annoying: I would like to be able to create templates based on an already existing page, and also have access to my template database. I find that too many things are done from scratch. I don't like the marketplace templates that don't meet the need or are really basic and ugly. It's like being on those sites where you download bad PowerPoint presentation templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- The sharing of knowledge. I create a single source of truth with Notion, supported by AI to synthesize and retrieve data. Database connections prevent information isolation, organizing them like a single brain. - Organization within the team and other departments of the company. This allows for structuring processes.
