Efficient Organizing, Needs Better Document Features
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Notion's capability to consolidate all documents into a single, easily accessible hub for my entire company. The platform solves the significant problem of having all documentation in one location, which facilitates easy access and review for everyone at any time. Additionally, I find the functionality that allows the creation of databases and varied viewing types highly valuable, as it enhances both presentation and organization of information, making it a boon for structured business processes. Also, I love the ease of use that Notion provides, as well as the myriad of ways it enables me to organize business activities. This versatility in performing different tasks is a major asset. Furthermore, the integration capabilities with tools like Slack and Google enhance productivity, allowing seamless workflow without needing to juggle multiple platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Notion's view-only access does not allow printing of documents, which can be limiting. Moreover, consolidating all information into Notion was tedious at first, indicating a learning curve when starting out. Additionally, I find the editing features lacking when compared to Google Documents, and feel that Notion could benefit from spreadsheet functionalities similar to Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to centralize documents, allowing our company easy access to policies and procedures anytime. It simplifies organization with databases and diverse viewing types.
Effective for Document Organization, Challenging Template Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Notion for about two years for both work and home life, such as bills tracking and clinical documentation. I like that Notion allows me to store my research in different files, which is incredibly helpful for organizing the documents I create through AI. The categorization feature for bills is fantastic as well; it not only organizes them by category but also calculates and provides templates, which makes managing my finances much easier. Additionally, I appreciate the assistant feature, which acts as a second brain in my business. If I want a template built, I can type my request, and it generates the idea, making the assistant an invaluable tool for my productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the initial setup with Notion to be somewhat difficult, particularly when it comes to using and managing templates. Understanding how to customize templates, especially the home page template, to fit my needs better was quite challenging, and I still struggle with some features. Additionally, I am disappointed that Notion AI does not support live Internet-based research, which limits its functionality for my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Notion organizes my billing with categorized templates and automatic calculations, and aids in curriculum building efficiently. It acts as a second brain with AI assistance for tasks, although it lacks internet-based research capability.
Super helpful and saves a lot of time
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ability to create charts and tables. The ability to customize pages and organize my thoughts and ideas. I also like that when they AI rewrites something for you, it does a strike through your original text and then shows you the suggestions and changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s a little costly, would love to see a less expensive option
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As someone with severe ADHD, it helps me stay focused and organized.
Great for Notion Users, But Needs Improvement with Complex Databases
What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI is super useful for someone already in the Notion ecosystem. The AI is still learning, but for th emost part can complete most tasks with about a 90% accuracy. The ability to customize your agent is nice, and I'm happy to be along right from the beginning.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion AI struggles with debugging tables with relations and rollups. It acts as though it understands but has broken many of my already buggy databases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is AI is helping me save time by collating things, it's ability to watch and summarize actions is accurate. It's saving me loads of time, and I'm sure as it gets better, it will save even more.
Flexible, Powerful, and User-Friendly—Notion Is My All-in-One Productivity Hub
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Notion is how flexible it is, I can use it for almost anything: project planning, note-taking, meeting summaries, and even personal organization.
I’ve built my own pages and databases to manage both work and side projects, and I love how easy it is to link everything together and keep context in one place.
The interface is clean and pleasant to use, and I really appreciate the mix of simplicity and structure: it lets me start quickly but also build complex systems when I need to.
Collaboration with teammates is smooth, we can comment, tag each other, and update content in real time without confusion.
It’s become the central hub for how I organize ideas, projects, and knowledge.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, honestly.
When I work with very large databases or pages full of content, it can feel a bit slower.
And while the mobile app is great, offline access could still be improved.
But overall, those are small trade-offs compared to how powerful and enjoyable the platform is.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me keep everything organized in one place, from project plans and meeting notes to documentation and personal tasks.
Before using it, I had information scattered across different tools and files, which made it hard to stay consistent and find things quickly.
Now, I can connect notes, tasks, and databases seamlessly, and collaborate with others without losing context.
It saves me time every day and makes my work much more structured, transparent, and easy to manage.

Organising my Life
What do you like best about the product?
The wide range of templates that are available. I currently love life OS
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be awesome if it had google tasks/calendar integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm really disorganised. As an example Notion has helped me build a habit to remember to take my medication
Effortless Form Creation, But Needs Better Text Section Options
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to create forms and custom CRMs. And i like how the AI helped me to work with the form customisations
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was possible to have description sections within forms, like between input boxes having things of text and not having to put the text within the descriptions of the form inputs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like how easy AI made it for me to create custom formulas for helping streamline the data taken from the form into my custom CRM
Flexible, Clean, and High-Performance Interface
What do you like best about the product?
Flexible, clean interface, very performant.
What do you dislike about the product?
AI hallucinates quite frequently, telling me that features are possible when they haven't been built. For example automations with constraints (do this IF this is true)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documenting company knowledge, shared note taking, project management. Also used for agile sprint management and other non-agile project management work.
Highly Customizable and User-Friendly, But Lacks Some Project Management Features
What do you like best about the product?
Notion has been an amazing AI Writing assistant and knowledge management platform. I utilize both for my personal life and club work as a student at my university. As a platform, Notion, is highly customizable and allows for users to define themselves.
The interface of Notion is easy to understand, and onboarding users was simple as Notion supports markdown which my team and most at my college are familiar with.

What do you dislike about the product?
The customizability does lead to some problems as well as I can get overwhelmed with it as well. By having a lot of customizability there are some key features that are lacking in project management and make Notion better at knowledge management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Note-taking for me is a bit problematic as my hands cannot type as fast as my colleagues and I end up missing some notes.
Effortless AI Notetaking, Though Notion Features Take Time to Master
What do you like best about the product?
Great AI notetaker that operates in the background during meetings. It does not join the meeting like other services.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of functions and it takes some time to get used to everything in Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For myself it is primarily a notetaking service. I tend to use it in meetings to jot down notes.
For others, they are using it as a file repository to store information, including policies and practices.
