A note taking platform
What do you like best about the product?
Notion helps me a lot in completing the daily tasks which is very easy to use. It is a connected workspace where we can take notes ,manage and organize work in one place.The pages are easy to organize and the templates are useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any negative aspects in notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's keeping my files synced, which my previous local note taking was missing. I don't worry about losing access to my documents now, which saves me a lot of stress.
Great application for user researchers
What do you like best about the product?
It makes it easy to document my research work while it makes it appealing as well. I use it every day for my work and outside of it as well. When I firstly was introduced to Notion, it was very easy to get onboarded with it, it just made sense to pursue some features just by a few keyboard taps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it could integrate better with research focused applications such as Dovetail. In a way so I don't have to copy paste my Dovetail findings back to Notion. When it comes to Notion AI being currently integrated with Dovetail, it doesn’t pull insights from it (one of the most important tools for us, user researchers), meaning we have to manually copy and paste user insights into Notion (which isn’t a big concern, but it would lead to manual, tedious tasks for UXR team).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing our research projects, sprint tasks, note-taking from projects to meeting updates etc.

Simple, clean interface and easy to get started.

What do you dislike about the product?
I used Clickup before and decided to switch to Notion for a cleaner, simpler interface. So far, so good. Maybe the AI feature needs a bit more comparing to Clickup. Otherwise, all good for me.

What do you like best about the product?
My productivty has increased so much after using Notion, I can do multiple thing on one single platform, its made my life easy

Sometimes it can be overwhelming due to its numerous features and customization options but once you spend some time with it, it works as the best

I can now using 1 single platform to take notes and write down my tasks, it also gives us reminders.

What do you like best about the product?
It changes how you work, think, and the workflow best practices. The app offers multiple features, whether it's AI or traditional. Once you are over the learning curve, using it and implementing it in almost any workflow is a breeze. I find myself using it every day and integrating it in most of my workflows.

There is a bit of a learning curve with notion, and pitching it to people for the first time could be difficult.

Great tool with very handy features
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity and how easy it is to start, but at the same time a comprehensive set of features to go deeper. AI tools are particularly well-tuned
What do you dislike about the product?
How to delete stuff - the most frustraiting thing for me. Every now and then I select a bunch of paragraphs and press Del only to see how an entirely different title was removed from the page
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great tool to build a knowldge base and share it with people easily accessing it and editing where required. AI Tools are extremly useful to prepare templates, summaries or simply clarifying the text written by people with different native tongues
Great app for notes, organization, and project management
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is a great app for organization. I started using the app with a friend during the completion of our college thesis project for project management. The implementation between the two of us was simple, and with it, we were able to separate and distribute tasks, monitor each other's progress, and set deadlines for each stage, thus completing everything in a very organized and objective way.
Moreover, I also found the software to be a good option for taking notes. Whether at work or in studies, the ability to segment into folders, pages, and more gives me the freedom to create my mind maps and texts in the way I find most convenient. For a long time, I used Notion daily for studying new courses. The app also has good integration with Google and is easy to access from anywhere, both on the dedicated app on PC and smartphone and in the browser.

What do you dislike about the product?
All the functions and options of Notion, however, can cause some difficulties for first-time users. I imagine this is one of the main reasons people give up on the platform. Furthermore, there is no official video content with tutorials showing and teaching how to use the app's features. I even found a YouTube channel, but it hasn't been active for four years and I don't know if it's official. I think it could be a good way to support customers, even if indirectly. The positive point is that there are several other content creators who can help with this. Other than that, from my experience, I have nothing to complain about.

Notion helps me manage and organize my projects, as well as being a great app for taking notes on my studies.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to easy document and to make it easy on the eye. It makes being organised something to enjoy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search function isn't the best. Sometimes I spend much longer looking for pages than I'd expect.

Overall, Notion is a versatile all-in-one platform that offers a wide range of functionalities and can be tailored to meet users’ specific needs.

Because Notion offers numerous features and customization options, managing and organizing everything can become overwhelming. This complexity often leads me to leave the platform.

Notion aims to solve the challenge of consolidating everything in one place. However, as the platform has evolved, its increasing complexity has made managing tasks more overwhelming.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion with Notion AI makes collecting and collaborating on anything a breeze. Foundational having a platform to develop data in all the ways it comes is meaningful, especially when the ai can leverage the data to sort it into tables and enrich.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being tied into the Notion platform with little alternatives.
