Intuitive and Customizable, But Needs Better Navigation
What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy-to-use, intuitive, and clean look of Notion. It acts like a nice whiteboard for me to express ideas and layout things without getting bogged down in the details. I also appreciate the templates that help organize thoughts in ways that make sense, and I can customize them to fit my exact needs. It's a great app overall. The AI Writing Assistant is the best. Great for knowledge management!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was more innate how things were linked together. Like how to get to certain pages, I wish I could save tabs easily or have a bookmarks bar with pages to get to—sometimes I'm in a page and I feel like I'm on an island. There are a lot of challenges—importing all the data to start. They want it to be a central hub for everything for our company and I'm doing a lot of the lifting, so it's a lot of info to copy and paste.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion simplifies layout creation, making it easier than manually copying and pasting. Its templates organize my thoughts, allowing customization to suit my needs. The clean interface acts like a whiteboard, helping express ideas without getting lost in details. Project Management is how we use it mainly and its helped a lot.

I like how Notion serves as a GTM single source of truth, keeping everything in one easy-to-use place. I appreciate having the visual layout, which really helps. I find it easy to collaborate and connect with other solutions, which allows me to work faster and execute tasks more quickly. The initial setup was easy, making the onboarding process smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think having an overview call with a rep would be helpful as I'm still learning how to properly format

Flexible Projects and Great Meeting Notes
What do you like best about the product?
I love the note-taking for meetings, and I really appreciate all the flexibility when creating projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d like it to have better sidebar organization. Right now it turns into a long list of projects, which can be hard to scan. Something more like a desktop-style dashboard, where you can see all your projects at a glance, would be a big improvement.

I use it for taking notes, remembering tasks, and creating projects that I can share with others.

What do you like best about the product?
I think everything about Notion is great and I really like it. It's easy to use and user-friendly. I enjoy how I can import other files or anything from AI into it and start working on them, which is really useful. Setting it up was easy as well.

Effortless Note-Taking, Perfect Summaries
What do you like best about the product?
I love the way Notion summarizes crucial points from Teams calls and breaks them down into a bulleted list. It takes full notes from my meetings without having to notify the other party, capturing the key points and creating a list of action items. Notion has been perfect at not missing parts of the conversation, which was an issue with Chat GPT. The initial setup was so easy, with no difficult setup needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be useful if it could identify the individual people speaking on the call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for transcribing Teams calls. It keeps concise notes, saves missing crucial details, summarizes points into a bulleted list, and captures key action points. It's more reliable than Chat GPT, which missed lots of parts in the conversation.

Copying text isn’t as straightforward as it is in a word processor. It’s a minor issue, but it can be a bit inconvenient.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Notion has kept everything in one place, which is what I wanted for running my agency. It helps me keep track of my pipeline, customers, tasks, and organize my files and documents. I also use it for my calendar. I'm really into the new AI features; they mean I don't have to use other AI tools outside of Notion. They're all integrated now, which is super convenient. The initial setup was easy because I bought a template, making everything super quick.

Fantastic Features, Needs Better MS Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for its project management capabilities and AI features. I love the AI meeting notes because they let me organize all my meetings and find these notes quickly. They also allow me to engage more in meetings without worrying about jotting down important notes. Additionally, Notion solves organizational issues by letting me write notes and create tasks within projects in an organized manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Notion had better integration with Microsoft Apps, especially Outlook and its calendar.

Previously all of our project management tools were all spread out so this keeps it all in one dashboard.

What do you like best about the product?
AI Writing Assistant, the easy to organize and structure my business
What do you dislike about the product?
I create proposals in Notion, but when I download them as a PDF, the structure doesn’t stay the same. Also, there isn’t automated access for clients, so I have to add them one by one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to organize my business, build out my entire content plan, create portals for my clients, and transcribe my meetings. The meeting summaries are especially helpful and consistently well done.
