What do you dislike about the product?
It's not quite powerful enough in some areas, especially around email automations and rollups. They could use a lot of work in that area. I also dislike the lack of integration between notion and notion mail.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion at work and in my personal life. I project manage my life through notion and since everything goes into my notion database, i am able to leverage notion's AI and search functionalities. I tell everyone I have my own life wiki thanks to Notion.
Notion AI helps me think and work faster every day.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the AI gets stuck with longer or more technical prompts. Also, mobile experience could be smoother when using AI tools inside pages.

the everything app
What do you like best about the product?
I can't say enough about Notion. People ask me about my tech stack and Notion is always the first app I talk about. And having Notion AI has been a game-changer for searchability across multiple locations. We have a pretty structured setup in Notion, plus integrating GDrive, so now we can search all files and documentation really easily with Notion AI.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be overwhelming at first because it is truly a blank slate. But there are a ton of templates to help you with your imagination to build out your Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A one source of truth for all our documentation. We're less scatter-shot now with our documentation since everything goes into Notion now.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been using Notion for over a year now, both personally and professionally, and it's completely changed how I manage information, projects, and goals. What I love most is how flexible it is — it can be a simple to-do list one moment and a full project management dashboard the next. The templates are incredibly helpful, and the ability to customize databases, link pages, and embed content makes it powerful without feeling overwhelming.
AI Writing Assistant is amazing
What do you like best about the product?
The AI Writing Assistant in Notion becomes useful when you figure out how to use it. It helped me put together course plans by gathering outlines key topics, and advice from both my school website and online resources. This saved me a lot of time. I also think it’s great that it can rewrite text, adjust the tone, or turn content into checklists. It gives me a good place to start when I don’t know how to begin.
What do you dislike about the product?
I needed a bit of time to learn how to use it. It doesn’t always remember where you stopped, so if it asks something like “Should I finish the rest?” and you just reply “yes,” it often messes up or leaves the task incomplete. When that happens, you have to start over or word things, which can get annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion keeps all my stuff in one spot. I organize notes, plans, templates, schedules, and even random thoughts there. Before, I juggled too many apps and sticky notes just to keep track of things, but now I can create whatever setup fits me best. The AI assistant also helps when I feel stuck and need a starting point. It really helps me stay on top of things and feel less stressed with grad school and everything else going on in life.

A Truly Versatile Powerhouse for Organising Work and Thinking Clearly
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is, hands down, the most versatile tool I’ve ever used. It’s a true blank canvas that can adapt to whatever I need—project management, wikis, documentation, internal communication, or structured databases. It gives me one unified space to organise work, ideas, and teams without enforcing a rigid structure. The new AI features take it up another level: I can keep all my client notes, documents, and tickets in one place and then ask Notion to generate new content or answer questions with full context already loaded. It’s clean, focused, and free from unnecessary UI clutter like font options or locked-in workflows. It just gets out of the way and lets you think.
What do you dislike about the product?
The formula system in Notion is a bit of a learning curve—it doesn’t follow the same logic or syntax as Excel or Google Sheets, which can be frustrating at first if you’re used to those tools. Also, for new users, the sheer flexibility of Notion can feel overwhelming. It takes a bit of time and intentional setup to really unlock its potential. But once you’re past that, it’s incredibly powerful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion has solved the problem of scattered tools and siloed information. Instead of juggling separate apps for project management, note-taking, internal documentation, and client records, I now have everything in one place. This means less context-switching, better collaboration, and a much clearer overview of both the big picture and the granular details. The AI features are also saving me time by helping generate content, summarise discussions, and surface key insights—all within the same workspace that already holds the relevant information. It’s massively improved our team’s organisation, speed, and clarity.
