I use Notion for my customer service role and I am a huge fan!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any pieces of feedback for Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion AI has made finding information within our system easier than ever before.
Much easier to use than what I thought

It's very well achieved, it's fast, flexible. Many options to format text
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes does unexpected refresh on the page I'm writing, and looks like what I just typed is gone.. although if I wait a little bit the text returns. Now I know it's a glitch, so I don't panic.. but the first times I was upset and confused.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowledge organisation, note taking.. creating simple documents database, project management, and AI writing assistant.
Notion for Ideation and Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I love Notion's ability to do anything. I use it for ideation - a repository of ideas, and project management as my own personal Kanban board. Notion has genuinely transformed how I organize my scattered thoughts and ideas. It strikes that perfect balance between structure and flexibility—I can quickly jot down fleeting ideas during meetings or late-night bursts of inspiration, then easily reorganize them later into something coherent. The block system makes moving information between projects practically effortless. What I appreciate most is how naturally it adapts to my workflow rather than forcing me to adapt to it—whether I'm transferring information between my devices or pulling together research for a government proposal, it just works.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I do not like is I cannot choose my own flavor of LLM. I use different models for different tasks, so I would like the freedom to switch between models. For quick ideas and editing checks for writings, I'd use the native AI whatever is built into Notion. But, I may want to use my Claude account for generating long context content and workflow diagrams. Honestly the only thing I dislike is the choice of language models.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion allows me to capture my thoughts and organize them how I want. Google's Keep Notes is just a list or a messy text message format. With Notion I can quite literally write a white paper for a client while I am sitting in front of them or make a requirements document for their review before they sign a contract with me. Also, the file upload capability...I could not live without it. I use it for case management and editing so that's a huge thing for me. I really appreciate the file management aspect.
Notion - my business superpower!
What do you like best about the product?
Notion has empowered me to build a CRM for my financial advice business in the UK - and engage with thousands of automations to other services so I (and my clients) can easily benefit from wider services - all through the way Notion works. The AI is clever - making my daily tasks a doddle.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some additional features to make sites look slightly better would be great. I'm looking forward to the improvements of the Mail app (and iOS launch).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion records notes for all of my calls now - no matter what software I am using to communicate with clients. This means I can focus more on quality conversations with, and listening carefully to, my clients and their needs.
It helps me improve my recommendations, and carry out some calculations with ease. This is extremely useful in financial services.

An excellent assistant from day-to-day, to business critical information
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use
Ability to adapt how you see fit
Databases! These are honestly one of the best implementations I have seen. I'm a big proponent of tools such as Confluence, but relational databases are crucial to my way of working. I can still integrate these with Confluence, JIRA, Linear etc, but Notion is the best way to keep information in my personal view.

What do you dislike about the product?
Modularised pricing and when you are mid-cycle, pricing annually can be well over 12 months.

Relational database tables - I've said it once and I'll say it again. These are a game changer, especially when you can get Notion AI to create the tables for you.
I can easily share information with the team as required, or guests. AI writing blocks (to summarise notes, create actions) are key as well.

My general review
What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexible features to create what I want (lists, tables, buttons, etc.).
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike not being able to add bullet lists inside table cells.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business-wise, Notion solved a problem of summarizing documents that I write. Previously I would have to reread a document, which could take a long time, but now Notion AI can summarize it for me rather accurately.
Personal-wise, Notion solved my life organization problems. Because of it's flexibility and other features like the iPhone app widget, I'm able to have my "second brain" on Notion and easily find what I'm looking for.

What do you like best about the product?
As a user of Notion in a personal capacity since 2018, and in a professional one, since 2022, I have seen drastic growth, in what features are available. I love how it can be as simple or as complex as you want. Often, the way I view a project changes, and being able to rework my database without losing content or time is a life saver. I use Notion several times a day to keep every aspect of my life organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I was able to pick what projects get implemented next, I would choose: more functions for the databases, offline mode (but that's already in the works), and conservation of data when exporting. You can print database pages, but as a math nerd I would want more tools to play around with, and when I'm done, I want the printouts to look a bit better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work for a small laboratory, where we all "wear different hats" and have different roles. Since I have to be familiar with thousands of different processes (that may only come up once every 2+ years), it is easy to forget how I did things last time. With Notion, I can search for keywords and receive my answer, an informative summary, and a link to all relevant pages, in seconds. I went from not recording anything to using post-it notes, to having a supercharged personal assistant. This also have made it much easier for me to share methods with my colleagues. Tasks get done quickly and correctly, the first time.
Effortless and smart. Definitely recommended
What do you like best about the product?
Notion makes work feel lighter. It’s simple to use, flexible enough for anything from docs to team wikis, and honestly a no-brainer for keeping things organized at work. The built-in AI assistant has been a game changer super helpful without needing to switch tools or worry about sensitive company info getting out. It’s all right there, safe and seamless. Love how much smoother it’s made our workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a bit of a learning curve at the beginning, it took some time to really get the hang of how Notion works. The cursor can also feel a bit glitchy at times, especially when it randomly selects the whole page instead of just a block. Also, there are so many cool Notion hacks out there, but they’re not easy to discover unless you go digging. Would love to see more of those surfaced in-app or through official tips.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized documentation with high level safety and confidentiality.
