What do you like best about the product?
It provides most features that I meed to really consolidate my productivity tools into one space, and the aesthetic is clean and well thought out.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing tiers are vaguely defined, especially the AI add-on offered to students.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me consolidate my thoughts, tasks, and notes into one place and easily index and search across everything I have with the AI agent. I like where Notion is headed with agentic features.
Easy to use - intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Super efficient - great suggestions and really easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limit for usage is slightly annoying before you have to upgrade to a more expensive version.

The ability to access from anywhere. From my phone, tablet, or computer.

I find some difficulty in duplicating fields and inserting items into a template.

AI features are still lacking, rarely delivering solid information per request. Standard search is more reliable.

Quite a bit of a learning curve! It can get pretty complex. Also the fact there’s no Apple Pencil support is a huge loss for me (a student)

Makes my work go by a little bit faster but it’s far more organized. I have a database set up as well

It's intuitive and easy for the entire team to adopt, regardless of background.

The search function has improved slightly but overall is not great.

Notion acts as our internal wiki and we use it for a variety of applications. It is much better than some of the other options out there.

I appreciate the robust Knowledge Management and Enterprise Search tools that help me to complete my tasks a lot quicker and without the needless searches elsewhere.

Some of the searches do not give what I am looking for.

The app solution is a bit slow to load at times — the web version can be faster

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Notion has significantly improved our workflow by being a much better solution than Google Docs, enabling our company to work faster. It is extremely easy to use, with simple commands and an easy editing process, reducing the learning curve. Notion also enhances our communication by making it easy to document processes and create a communal database, which keeps the company running smoothly. I appreciate its sticky nature, serving as a single source of truth as our organization grows larger and more complex. Its ability to make building to-do lists and custom pages simple is something I find particularly useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be great if Notion could automatically suggest better ways to organize the content I create. For instance, offering different designs, templates, or structures could make it easier for people to read and understand, enhancing clarity.

I find Notion streamlines project management and team communication by documenting processes and creating a communal database, making operations run smoother and faster.
