Packed with Features That Elevate Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
The vast amount of features, many of which I still haven't fully explored! The AI notetaking and writing assistant are so powerful. I also like the UI design.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit buggy. Pages jump around, dead zones on pages when trying to select pieces of text. It could be more intuative sometimes and share the same shortcuts as other applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My poor notetaking skills. The AI writing assistant and the AI notetaking feature for Zoom meetings are so valuable! I love the visual elements to Notion, like being able to use icons and different colours.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very organized and allows us to collaborate effectively as a team. The ability to create shared pages, link related projects, and customize workspaces makes it easy to keep everything in one place. I love how flexible it is — whether we’re tracking projects, sharing meeting notes, or building internal documentation, Notion adapts to our workflow seamlessly. It’s also visually clean and intuitive, which makes collaboration feel smooth and efficient. We also really appreciate the synced blocks.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Notion is incredibly flexible, that flexibility can also be its biggest drawback. It often requires a lot of setup and maintenance to get things running smoothly, and it’s easy to spend more time building systems than actually using them. It can also feel a bit slow or overwhelming for quick note-taking or simple task management. Sometimes I don't know where I should go in order to find the appropriate page.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of onboarding with Notion. It's a pretty open-ended and straightforward tool to use, which makes it highly adaptable for various purposes like knowledge management, building SOPs, and managing clients. I appreciate how easily I can organize my data, thoughts, and projects with it. Additionally, setting it up for the first time was very, very easy, which is a huge plus as it allowed me to get started without any hassles. The integration with other tools, like Claude and Perplexity for AI capabilities, as well as Airtable for planning and knowledge-based building, enhances its utility significantly. Overall, Notion provides a seamless experience in organizing and automating my work processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find organizing projects in Notion challenging due to the lack of better templates and guidance for my specific use cases. As someone who can be somewhat scatterbrained, having more structured guidance would help me use the software more effectively. Additionally, the ease of cleaning up my workspace, particularly the sidebar, could be improved to streamline my workflow.

I love using Notion due to its ability to combine all necessary tools like notes, tables, calendars, and creative images in one place. The aesthetic and organizational focus of Notion is something I personally adore, and it has greatly enhanced my experience both personally and professionally. The process of creating new assets within Notion's pages is effortless, making it feel like building a whole universe inside my work environment. Additionally, the AI feature is incredibly helpful, saving me a significant amount of time on day-to-day tasks and making my work much easier. The initial setup of Notion was super easy, and I would highly recommend it to others, giving it a rating of 10 out of 10 for recommendation.

I’d like if there could be more freedom for images. For example, a feature where it works as in a moodboard and you can just throw things in there like a chalkboard.

It can be a little tricky for new comers to understand and occasionally mistakes can be made and go unnoticed, like dragging and dropping elements by accident.

AI features allow me to edit my articles directly within Notion, such as translating and organizing tables, without needing to copy the content into ChatGPT.You can share and create pages without any restrictions.

No one but it is solving many problems nowdays for note taking, to-do list, database, even they started working on mails also. They made one product for many problems as a solution.

Even though there was an initial learning curve to adapt to its various features, the adaptation was quick, making the use natural and intuitive. I particularly like how Notion allows me to share information in real-time and in a synchronized manner with many people for free and effectively. Features like synchronized text blocks and attaching files in various formats, such as PDFs from Google Drive, are extremely useful for my needs. Additionally, the ability to quickly transform insights into free and highly functional websites was remarkable, giving a professional aspect to the content I create. The possibility of using Notion as a personal database or knowledge repository, acting almost like a 'second brain,' is extremely advantageous. The modern design and customization functionality, which allows the system to adjust to the professional needs I face daily, also impress me. The automatic synchronization and joint use with other tools, such as Google Drive and Evernote, stand out as strong points that significantly improve the organization and productivity of my professional work.

I think the main point that can be improved in Notion is the ability to customize and choose which features and resources we want to appear according to our goals. This could include the ability to save groups of features for different purposes, such as work or personal life.
