Easy to navigate, easy to manage access for the team
What do you dislike about the product?
Editing longer documents is slower / more awkward that e.g. Google Docs. E.g. setting the style of a line to Heading 2 requires clicking on abunch of tiny UI elements. I can't copy and paste markdown, I have to import a file instead.

Keeping complex documentation organized and shared with the team in a compliant way
Excellent AI assistant for an academic
What do you like best about the product?
Love notion to take care of my most hated tasks: taking notes during meetings. Keeps meeting notes well organized and allows me to tie them to specific projects or students. Works seamlessly with my other applications (ie: Zoom or Google Meet). Notion was easy to learn & integrate into my daily work flow-I use it multiple times a day!
What do you dislike about the product?
My only downside is the cost of a subscription! I wish my insitution would support a subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My most hated (but important!) task is taking notes during meetings. I find it difficult to truly listen to what someone is saying while trying to take notes- Notion has completely solved this problem for me! Its AI meeting notes are of high quality and better than other programs that I've tried (e.g. Otter.ai).
Best Note Taking app that i've used in recent years
What do you like best about the product?
I like that code snippets work well and the search funtion is good including the ability to use AI to search in very generic terms across your notes. I like that it is multiplatform and has good apps on all the platforms I use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Code snippets can be a little finky at times but overall Notion AI makes it easier to convert items by highting and entering a prompt.

Being a good note taking app that supports a lot of use cases.
Effortlessly Organizes Data, Love the Calendar Sync
What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion incredibly helpful for organizing my work, keeping everything in one place. I appreciate how easy it was to set up by simply following the prompts. The feature that allows me to keep files and pages together is highly beneficial. I also love the calendar feature, which syncs with my email and provides notifications for events and tasks, making it very practical for managing my schedule.

There are too many updates

What do you like best about the product?
Linking pages is a fantastic functionality that I use heavily. The user experience is great, and the AI Writing Assistant is effective. I love the AI note taking, too, and use it nearly daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to find pages without good page management structure. My company had difficulty finding various pages and hired a Notion Consultant to help build a sustainable system. Effectively infinite page nesting means information can get inadvertently hidden.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Information management, connecting numerous databases of information in a clear format, helping with notes and meeting documentation.
User-Friendly and Comprehensive, With Room for AI Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion incredibly easy to use and set up, making it very user-friendly. I love how it helps me keep track of my daily tasks efficiently. Notion AI is a great feature, and I appreciate having everything in one place with different pages for separate needs. This setup helps me manage my time better and benefit my daily tasks significantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would probably try and upgrade the Notion AI. Sometimes, it doesn't pick things up correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to keep on track with my eating disorder and improve time efficiency, benefiting my daily tasks.
As close to a second brain
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to organize all my thoughts in a table/database manner that lets me add a Markdown page for every detail. Also, the math/Latex support in pages is a lovely touch up. I do like the template ecosystem.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Notion gets too clunky, slow, and feels heavy on the computer. For a Markdown page, it shouldn't take that long to render.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me keep track of my projects, to-do lists, loads of references that are easily indexed and searched. It also helps me keep a knowledge base of not only my work, but also of my life including budgets, trips, goals. I frequently utilise Notion AI to prettify the pages and organize into neater details. It helps me defer the organization of my thoughts into a streamlined database.

It is the best way to make an idea or a concept highly presentable and easy to understand for a large group of people
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much that I don't like but it could have a more user friendly AI with more shortcuts.

Onboarding of new salespeople and making sure they understand industry, the product, and terminology.
