Flexible Yet Challenging for Database Management
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion as a single source of truth for organizing tasks, projects, and information, which helps solve the problem of scattered information. I like the flexibility of Notion; it allows me to shape the workspace around how I work. I also appreciate the AI integrations through MCP, which add valuable functionality to my workflow.

Highly Customizable, AI-Integrated Workspace
What do you like best about the product?
I like how customizable Notion is. I'm still learning all the features, but it seems like I can do everything I need to do with it. I've created a resource page with very little effort by giving the AI feature a slide deck of training materials I put together. It seems like the AI features will save a lot of time, and I love that it's integrated with Claude, which I have also enjoyed using. The initial setup was pretty easy, my team leaders have done most of the heavy lifting, but it seems pretty seamless.

The meeting notes aspect is very helpful when I have meetings all day and cannot keep up. The summaries are perfect for high level overviews, but I love referring back to the actual transcription for context. Notion helps keep my schedule on track!

Intuitive and Flexible, But AI Integration Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion's flexibility and the fact that it's halfway between writing commands and using shortcuts. It's very intuitive, and the user interaction is clear. I find it quite easy to set up, and I'm pretty much satisfied with the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more easy collaboration with AI. I know that Notion is working on AI now, but I don't find it that intuitive to use, and it's not fully blending into the workflow to provide the highest product producibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me deliver ideas and reports across teams by providing a good platform to write and share documents. It has clear structures, unlike isolated documents in Google Docs, allowing us to create more structured documents.
