Easy to Use and Covers All My Project Management Needs
What do you like best about the product?
It’s very easy to use and works well for all of my project management needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Connecting the data boards across different pages can be a bit confusing at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a tool for my designer and me that would let us collaborate and keep expanding to cover all of our marketing needs. I wanted one place where I could share outlines with her, store assets, and use a management board to track and manage all our tasks.
Intuitive and Scalable Task Management
What do you like best about the product?
I typically use Notion for task management, notes, documentation, and everything productivity-related. It's been great for keeping things organized, whether it's meeting notes or to-do's/action items. The AI has been super helpful recently. I love how clean it is despite its complexity. It's super intuitive to use and scales really well. The to-do list is definitely a favorite, and the database tables, along with integrating AI to make databases, have been a game changer. The initial setup of Notion was ultra easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the AI agents don't do things as I asked. I think it would be helpful if I could speak to the AI in a more human way and it could help 'auto-fix' solutions based on my prompts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me keep things organized with task management, notes, and documentation, while its AI feature has been super helpful.
Perfect for Project Management with Seamless Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Notion for project management because it helps me be organized and track project tasks efficiently. I enjoy that everything about Notion looks perfect to me. The initial setup was super easy, which I appreciated. I love using Notion AI because it makes the minutes of my meetings easier to manage. I use it all the time for my work, and with about 100 people in my company, it has proven to be highly effective.

AI-Powered Productivity with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion's AI feature because I can ask Notion AI something, and it will pull from the data that's stored within Notion. It feels a lot easier to find things using the AI to help me, and the AI is able to pull different pieces together. I can ask it to think about social media content and use different hooks that I have installed and use my content strategy. The AI can pull from the intellectual property that I've put in Notion and the instructions that I have for how to create content, creating something unique for my brand company. The AI also made it easier at times where I could just describe to it the page that I wanted, and it could create it, which I found a lot easier than trying to create it myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the AI could be improved. I would like for it to do more without taking shortcuts or assumptions. It should process all instructions I give it and use them as standard rather than taking shortcuts to be faster. Also, it took some time to understand how to use the interface, though AI helped by letting me describe the page I wanted. I found inputting all the information and data into Notion was a big time sink, which was more of a moving-in process than a learning curve. I also wish there were more free templates available in the store.

I use Notion to organize my projects, centralize knowledge, and pull together thoughts from various sources. It helps keep me organized.

What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly and easy to use. It helps me manage all my professional and personal to-do lists inside Notion.

For my use case, there’s really nothing to dislike. Notion is the best.

I use Notion as my primary project management tool. It helps me maintain and track all my to-dos, along with their progress, in one place. It also works well for team collaboration, making it easier for us to stay aligned and work together.
Customizable and Engaging Note Management
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how customizable everything in Notion is, such as how easy it is to embed stuff and insert images. I enjoy using different types of bullet points like toggles to hide things and be able to expand them. I also like highlighting things and changing font colors—it's all very appealing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think having additional font options would probably be really nice. If you hit enter after typing in something where you've changed the font color, it should stay that color, but it doesn't currently. Instead of staying brown, it defaults back to black text. Then I have to manually change it back to brown. I think that could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves my disorganization, making task management enjoyable with its customizability. I look forward to using it because my Notion page is visually appealing.
Notion’s Flexible Databases Keep Everything Organized in One Clean Workspace
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Notion is how flexible it is. It’s not a one-size-fits-all tool...you can build exactly what you need. I use it to manage content planning, organize travel, and keep my day-to-day workflow tight, all in one place. The database functionality is what really sets it apart. Once you understand how to structure things, you can create systems that actually mirror how you think and work. It also looks clean, which makes me want to stay consistent using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is the learning curve. If you’re new, it can feel overwhelming because there’s no real structure unless you create one. It’s easy to build something messy if you don’t think through your setup upfront. Also, the mobile experience isn’t as strong as desktop, and sometimes things take extra clicks to get where you need to go. Integrations are decent, but not as seamless as some other tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me centralize everything so I’m not jumping between multiple tools. Before, I had notes in one place, content ideas somewhere else, and tasks scattered across apps. Now, everything lives in one system: content calendar, daily planner, travel plans, and project tracking. That’s helped me stay more organized, move faster, and actually follow through on things. It also makes it easier to see the bigger picture instead of just reacting day to day.
Versatile Organization, but Image Handling Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion's versatile yet clean look, and how well it works to have everything in one place and integrate it into my everyday life. The structure works better for my team, making it easy to keep track of goals and tasks. Setting it up was easy for me since I've been using it for years.

Images in general could be better

Onboarding Made Easy—Find Answers Independently from Day One
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it has helped me immensely with my onboarding without having to ask my colleagues constant questions. I am able to find things on my own!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of yet! I am only on my 3rd day.

It is helping me quickly access resources, documentation and answers that otherwise would have taken me more time.
