User-Friendly and Resourceful—A Valuable Asset for Our Business

Notion is very user-friendly and provides a broad selection of resources that have proven valuable for our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, we are quite satisfied with Notion and do not have any additional feedback or suggestions for improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion simplifies the process of explaining complex topics to our clients, especially those who may not be familiar with the details of real estate and mortgages. This has helped us streamline our workflow and cut down on the time needed to move files toward closing.
Highly Customizable, But Requires Time to Learn
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to customize my pages and databases to my needs in different areas. I use Notion daily for work, personal development, and at home so having everything in one place is important. Once I have my databases set up I am easily able to pull in the information I need. There is a lot of information available to support and troubleshoot issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve because the advanced capability and various functions the platform has.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the use of Notion AI I am able to ask a question and recevie an answer based on the information I have available on the platform. Also having those pages referenced in the answer as well as the summary has been extremly helpful on cutting down on time spent looking for information.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is the best tool I've used for knowledge management. Its design is sleek, intuitive, and modern, making it especially appealing for employees and new joiners. I use it every day and often encourage others to try it, as the improvements in productivity and efficiency, along with its fun atmosphere, are truly impressive. I also really appreciate the new AI assistant, which helps automate database creation and answers questions effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it frustrating that in some of the boxing features, movement is restricted to only certain directions. Additionally, the databases are so lengthy that it's easy to miss something when scrolling sideways. I would prefer if it were simpler to create tasks directly within the databases to help break down the data, rather than having to use a separate task tracker that then connects to the project tracker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool helps bring our team together by providing visibility into project tracking and making it easier to keep our knowledge organised and current. I also appreciate the new verification feature for the pages, which adds an extra layer of reliability.
All-in-One Organization with Powerful AI, Minor Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Notion brings everything together in a single, organized space. Whether I need to review product information or search for client testimonials, Notion keeps it all neatly stored and easily accessible. I also really like the AI feature, which allows me to quickly ask where something is. It searches across all of my organization's pages to provide the answer, which saves me a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t much I dislike about Notion. The only issue I encountered was with ease of use at the start. However, I think that was more due to my own inexperience and needing to take the time to fully explore its features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool has been very helpful in addressing my needs. I frequently rely on the AI chatbot to improve the messages I send out. Moreover, it organizes all of the organization's knowledge, so whenever I need to find something, I can do so quickly. This not only saves me time but also makes my work much more efficient.

I have been using Notion for about five years, and I find it to be a very valuable tool for my work. The setup was incredibly easy, as everything was already configured by the company. The intuitive user interface makes it simple to navigate, allowing me to get the most out of the platform effortlessly. I particularly appreciate the AI capabilities in tracking voice calls, which helps me manage numerous calls by providing feedback and notes post-call. This feature is very useful and simplifies my workload significantly. Additionally, Notion serves as an excellent resource for storing and accessing all internal employee and company documents, keeping everything organized in one place. I am a loyal user of Notion, having never switched from it, and I genuinely believe that every company should incorporate Notion into their operations. I am highly satisfied with the product, as there is nothing I would change about it. This satisfaction is reflected in my readiness to recommend it to others, to the extent of giving it a recommendation score of 10 out of 10.

Efficient Organization and Scheduling, But Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
There are features like putting things in a order, tracking them efficiently or scheduling them. Overall it helps in organising things in a better way. Also the customization part is too good, you can customize things according to you.

So many features to use and so much of functionality, I think that wastes a bit of time or makes things a bit complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a single, centralized workspace for notes, tasks, and databases. It addresses inefficient workflows by allowing users to build custom, interconnected systems for project management, risk assessment, and content creation, rather than using multiple, disconnected tools.
I use for my corporate work as well for my preparation of competitive exams where I can track my progress in an efficient way.
