What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion to be an incredibly valuable tool for organizing my projects and tracking my goals, which I have been using for over two years. It serves as an all-in-one platform, combining project management, note-taking, and collaboration features, which has eliminated the need for multiple applications and greatly simplified my workflows. I particularly appreciate the ability to create structured systems using databases and templates, enabling me to manage tasks, projects, and resources seamlessly. The drag-and-drop interface, along with the modular page structure, allows me to customize my workspace according to my needs, and I enjoy building my environment from scratch. The linked views and dynamic dashboards provide real-time overviews, enhancing my ability to stay organized and efficient. The integration of AI features also stands out, as they significantly aid in summarizing content and streamlining workloads, which enhances productivity. Additionally, Notion's integration capabilities are quite beneficial; being able to incorporate Google Drive and Figma directly into my workflow without switching apps is particularly convenient. Overall, Notion's flexibility, versatility, and ability to centralize workflow make it an indispensable tool in my daily activities.

This has made my workflow much more efficient and has taken the stress out of the process.

Notion is incredibly powerful, but its flexibility can sometimes feel overwhelming. Building the right structure or template takes time, especially for new users. Also, large or complex pages can occasionally lag, which slightly slows down the workflow during heavy use.

Notion has been invaluable in keeping me organized and efficient throughout my job search. It addresses the challenge of managing information that would otherwise be scattered across different places. I like how easy it is to ask Notion AI a question and get tasks done seamlessly, such as setting up a hub or creating a landing page. These tasks become incredibly straightforward, saving me a lot of time and effort. The task management feature stands out significantly, helping me streamline my business efficiently. I value how easy and streamlined Notion makes my work processes, making it a tool I'd consider purchasing again. Overall, its vast capabilities and user-friendliness are tremendous assets.

I have found that Notion's image management capabilities are lacking, particularly as an artist who would like to use it as an image database, which it currently does not support. Additionally, the formula function in Notion is not as intuitive as I would prefer. I have struggled with its complexity, leading to a reluctance in writing many formulas, which suggests it could be improved for better usability.

I have been using Notion for over a year and I love how I have adapted to it, especially compared to other tools like Obsidian. I discovered Notion through social media and influencers, and quickly realized it was perfect for organizing my projects. Notion's interface is quite intuitive and easy to use, which makes the initial setup painless and efficient. One of the features I value most is Notion's ability to automatically organize my schedule and add notifications, which is fantastic for keeping my focus throughout the day and ensuring all my tasks are completed as planned. I like Notion's integration with the tools I use on my computer, phone, and tablet, as well as the incredible artificial intelligence that offers a robust and optimized experience. Notion's ecosystem is impressive on its own, and support for multiple platforms, like Cloudi and Google Calendar, further increases its usefulness. Additionally, Notion's price is quite affordable, considering the features it offers, making it an exceptional choice. I wouldn't change anything about Notion, and I recommend it to everyone because I truly like it a lot. I even encourage my students to use it, as I believe it can help them with time management and managing their scientific projects.

Flexibilty to organize data in different ways. Notion AI is great for transcribing meetings spoken in Macedonian language.

This made it hard to start right away. Also, the inability to integrate Notion with my work email due to institutional restrictions is a limitation.

I find Notion’s format and AI features beneficial for my daily work, helping correct grammar mistakes, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively with its calendar and to-do list.
Notion AI Streamlines My Workflow, But Needs Audio and Calendar Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI generates transcripts for all my meetings and then provides summaries, key details, and action items. I also really appreciate being able to bring all my calendars into Notion so that I can view everything at a glance. Notion AI has helped me build my databases using natural language, and since I wasn't very familiar with the platform at first, this made it much easier to get started and learn quickly. Now, I use it for everything, both work and personal tasks, and even for managing my finances. I can simply ask Notion AI questions about any content in my workspace, making it incredibly fast and convenient to find important information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would appreciate an audio feature that lets me listen to my pages whenever I want. Additionally, I think it would be helpful to have the Notion calendar accessible directly within the Notion app.
