What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to create, share and organise documentation for the entire company. We use Notion to document everything inside our company, especially in Product & Engineering. I use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced features for filters are missing, like I cannot filter a DB view based on a value I insert in the containing view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Document organizer first of all, then simplicity of Doc creation

What do you like best about the product?
It is accessible by other team members on live, while it also allow you to create different categories with respective accesses depending on the team, and it recently allow the user to format the typing which in my opinion has been a game changer for better comprehension
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion, it is not very visibile the tools to understand potential problems while laying out the different tabs.
For example, I have a question on how I can set up the template with specific examples but customer service (or ai) is not very accesible

Notion has allowed us to coordinate in a better and user friendly way the lot of processes that involve different stakeholders from several teams

The possibility to do a lot of things with different templates and possibilities

Colours are not so strong and bold, highlithed test are not so evident.

Not at the moment, as Notion is adding new features day by day and we get the notification of it.

Useful for collaboration; okay for personal note-taking and organization

- Easy to use, especially within a team or among multiple people with different styles of note-taking.

- Google Calender connection isn't that useful; would like to see Notion-created events in my GCal.
- Automations cannot change emojis of pages when the page status is changed. adding this feature would be great.

- Collaboration is easier as we write down notes about the project instead of just talking about it verbally. This documentation is helpful
Its diverse features left a positive impact
What do you like best about the product?
I recently started using Notion and initially didn't had a good experience. However, I later discovered its diverse features, which significantly ease our documentation work and make the documentation itself more understandable.
What do you dislike about the product?
One feature I find missing in Notion is a draft mode, which would provide the flexibility to write documents in parts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is assisting us with various aspects of documentation, including PRDs, RFPs, and all technical documentation.

It's abilities, interface design and how it is easy to use.

- Very inconvinient to work with simple tables as it is done in Confluence (i am not about databases, they are great).

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me to keep track of all the work and notes on DOD basis.
It helps me to store all the important DOCs and meeting notes in one place.
I can segregate my tasks based on different level of status and level of complexity.

Sometimes seeing all the tasks listed in the dashboard makes me overwhelmed.

Helps to to keep track of all the important tasks and documents in one place, so I can look into it whenver needed.
