Super helpful when my brain is fried
What do you like best about the product?
The AI writing assistant, especially as someone who has brain fog.. it can help me get out the ideas I have in mind. Or when it comes to planning trips it helps me really organize everything

I don’t like how I can’t used fonts for things, but not 100% important lol but would be nice to have

Not business problem but travel planning is what helps me the most

I love Notion AI, it's made a tremendous effect in how i work.

Things can get a bit messy, but it's more to do with personal learning

I love Notion, I organize my entire business there! Content creation, notes, client portals, planning, offers, etc.
I use AI to summarize certain pages, correct my texts, and add emojis! I find it very practical!!

What do you dislike about the product?
There are sometimes bugs, which can make it impossible to use Notion for several hours.
And I find the price of the AI a bit high. I also use Chat GPT in parallel, and the free version is very efficient; if Notion's AI could be as efficient, the price would be fair.

It allows me to organize everything in one place while customizing my workspace! Which I find great because I love using color codes.

What do you like best about the product?
Organizing my thoughts in different modalities helps my ADHD and different learning styles,. It is easy to use, AI helps create and implement plans. I use Notion daily. As a matter of fact, I wrote my dissertation on Notion!

I wish I could work in a native document (like google docs) on the Notion landing page

taking projects from ideating to the implementation stage. Notion helps keep complex ideas and notes organized in one, self-referring place.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Notion AI's ability to pull comprehensive, context-aware answers from a variety of integrated tools—including Notion, Slack, and Google drive. This integration streamlines information retrieval by surfacing insights from across our knowledge base, project boards, and team conversations. It means that instead of switching between different platforms, I can get well-synthesized answers to complex questions right where I’m working.
Equally valuable is the capability to create, collaborate, and edit content in a single location. I can edit on one page in a hub and distribute the same information across multiple pages - I love the version control this has for a single source of truth.
I've saved so much time utilizing Notion AI to be the first draft of enablement documentation when kicking off new projects.

What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I wish was easier was the ability to understand and duplicate templates & databases. I think I am creating a template that folks can duplicate which sometimes leads to folks editing the "template"

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Notion integrates AI seamlessly from the start, making it feel like a core part of the product rather than an afterthought. The setup process is incredibly easy, allowing for added complexity and more features without becoming overwhelming. Notion serves as a centralized source for collaboration, helping my workflow by allowing easy sharing and management of resources. I am excited about the new UI features and find the recurring databases and connections very useful. I also appreciate how Notion integrates well with other tools like GitHub, Figma, and Obsidian, allowing for embedding and integration. Its simplicity and constant improvements, especially in AI, make it a product I'd buy again. My recommendation rating for Notion is a 10 out of 10.

I find Notion centralizes resource management, enhancing collaboration and streamlining communication, while the ease of setup and expanding features reduce complexity and improve workflow.

Notion helps me organize information but more importantly find templates that help me show that info in a more meaningful way.

Sometimes the AI has problems pulling information from graphs/tables or some of its other templates

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the sleek interface! Notion is an easy place to collaborate and search.
