Notion is easy and powerful
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use. I was using Confluence at my last job, which is powerful but not simple. The best part about Notion is how easy it is to use. It just works the way you think it should. Super easy to rollout to a company if you're looking for a solution that is easy lift.
That said... it's powerful too. Especially with the AI. I've just recently discovered this and it has honestly blown me away. Compiling information for our leadership is so much easier now that I have discovered this. It's the kind of search you have always wanted (also can connect to slack to scrape info there).

What do you dislike about the product?
Like all software like this, it's tough to keep it cleaned up when things get outdated. Any sort of functionality to help there..or maybe a tagging system that is clear and simple to keep track of things that need updated as things change could be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows for one simple place to document and share work.
An Absolute Game-changer!
What do you like best about the product?
It supports me in organizing my ideas and writing easily and clearing all in one place. Also, Notion AI is such a life-saver when it comes to generating content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love it if the Gallery view would allow me to show more of the page contents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's cut my writing time by 50% at least. I can create content SOOO much faster.
Notion W/ AI is an actual game changer
What do you like best about the product?
When I first used Notion it was a few years back before openai, chatgpt, and notion ai were readily available or atleast popular. It was simple to use but I overcomplicated it. With the new AI feature it makes it way easier for me to create pages exactly how I want them to look as the AI will literally set up exactly what you tell it to. It helps me lay out my business and personal and I've been way more productive utilizing it than when I was utilizing a paper calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really no major downsides for me. I was utilizing Trainual and another platform and I was able to combine them into Notion at a much cheaper price and the added AI is really wild. I would highly recommend it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is my personal and business hub. I use it for personal goals and tracking as well as my business hub for all documented SOPs, key initiatives, and my whole business operating system.
Convenient Note-keeping and Productivity in one place with AI
What do you like best about the product?
I’m really impressed with Notion’s AI feature. I love being able to enhance and optimize my notes directly in the app using the AI writing tools. Having AI integrated into my workspace has added so much more life, clarity, and depth to my note-taking and writing process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback for me is the billing structure. As an individual user, not a business, I wish I had the option to bundle the Plus plan with AI without having to upgrade to a higher-tier business plan or pay for both separately. It would make the experience much more accessible for solo users like me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helping me solve the challenge of organizing my thoughts and turning rough notes into clear, meaningful content. The built-in AI writing feature allows me to quickly optimize my notes, including topics I want to explore in my industry, books I am reading, and ideation, making them feel more structured, thoughtful, and actionable, all without leaving the app. This has made my personal and professional note-taking much more efficient and impactful.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how many templates there are and the versatility of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel Notion AI has a way to come to compete with ChatGPT/ OpenAI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a knolwdge base and consolidatiing outside forms like google forms and placing it allin one place.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very good note manager and has a discount for students.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I cannot have tables with proper labels or figures diagrams with labels.

It is solving my unprofessional word structure and replacing it with a more professional tone.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is incredibly versatile and intuitive—it allows me to centralize docs, project tracking, and collaboration all in one place. I love how easy it is to create structured databases that still feel flexible and human. It keeps my team aligned without feeling overly rigid.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion can get bogged down with large or complex pages, and its performance sometimes lags when handling lots of embedded content. I also wish it had more robust timeline/calendar views and better support for multiple date fields in visualizations. Also no autopopulation like on spreadsheets
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of scattered information and tool overload by bringing docs, project management, wikis, and knowledge sharing into one cohesive workspace. It eliminates the need to jump between Google Docs, Trello, and Confluence by offering a single source of truth that’s easy to navigate and customize. This benefits me by saving time, reducing context switching, and making it easier to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a visually organized way. It’s also flexible enough to evolve with our workflows as they change.
Notion is an amazing productivity tool
What do you like best about the product?
I needed a tool to replace Apple Notes and got so much more. I find it easy to use and leveraging the AI feature has been a game changer for the work I do as a community-based membership platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything I currently dislike about Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First, I needed a place to organize my internal brands, my clients, my thoughts, and my stakeholders. Beyond that, I run a membership community, and every month we do 7 hours of live group training. I leverage the AI writer to create interactive checklists and workbooks 100% aligned with my training programs, which turns out to be A LOT!
Notion AI tool is amazing
What do you like best about the product?
I like using the Notion AI tool to find tasks and documents. It helps me draft diplomatic communications and is a whiz at creating SOP documents. Big win
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many notifications if team members don't use the tool property

Making document creation and creative execution a lot more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love about Notion is that the possibilities are endless. Whenever an app our organization uses or our CRM is lacking a feature I can use Notion to build the tool the way I want it to function. It's become the life force of our business and we're constantly finding new ways to use it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I love the AI Writing Assistant but when I use the AI writing feature in a property it's never formatted the way I need it to be and I don't know if it's able to format what it writes within a property so it creates an extra step. Not the end of the world but would love if they could fix it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps our business create a smooth work flow and create tools that would normally cost hundreds of dollars in subscription costs. It's our central hub now. I hope it continues to only grow and get better.
