What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate using Notion for its note-taking capabilities and organizational aspects. These features help manage my tasks efficiently during client calls and in creating organized recaps and executive reviews. I also find the integrations with tools like HubSpot, Google Drive, and Google Calendar valuable for my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the initial setup experience with Notion a bit challenging as it crashed a few times. However, I managed to get it working with no major issues after that.

I use Notion to organize client problems, take notes effectively, and conduct executive reviews, improving task management and enhancing my professional workflow.

I find Notion incredibly easy and simple to use, which makes navigating through different tabs effortless. The AI feature impresses me with its neatness, and the search function is exceptionally well done, making it easier to find information. I value its ability to answer questions about projects and internal company matters, making it a vital tool in my routine.

What I enjoy most about Notion is the freedom in what you can create and share, creating databases for all that are effective and beneficial

Sometimes the formatting of various graphics and tables. I find that Notion is very text focused when working with numbers I'd prefer to have a bit more cabability
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving the difficulty of finding sources of information. having such a huge database on a shared folder can make it difficult looking for key word searches and otherwise. However Notion's search software make that so easy to find what I need with relative ease and lack of unnecessary time investment

What I like most is the flexibility, I can customize pages and databases exactly the way I need. My wife and I can update information in real time, even from different locations, which keeps everything organized and saves a lot of time.

Sometimes Notion feels a bit slow when there are many databases or attachments. Offline access is limited, which can be inconvenient when the internet is not reliable. For small clinics or solo dieticians, it can take some time to get used to all the features since there’s a lot to learn. Also, some advanced options are only available in the paid plans.

Notion brings all my work into one place. For the clinic, I use it to record patient history, track prescribed remedies, and update follow-ups. As a dietician, I create and store diet plans, monitor client progress, and keep quick notes ready. This means I don’t need to juggle papers or switch between apps. It saves time, keeps patient care more professional, and makes sure nothing is missed in daily workflow. I also use it to schedule appointments, plan content ideas, and maintain a knowledge base of remedies and nutrition tips. Overall, it helps me stay organized, focus more on patients, and run both clinic and diet work smoothly.

I like the markdown support of notion, and also site publishing feature provided by notion which can be used as static site, forms, etc.

i guess meetings feature in notion is least helpful

notion provides collaborative space to manage and plan things with the team. I use notion to plan my ideas and collaboratively discuss with my team members and publish the site for future usage.
