I love the different abilities of Notion, especially in project management, article writing, etc.
What do you like best about the product?
Using NotionAI to create documentation, especially if it's based off information that's already existing somewhere else in a page or database.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful part of Notion is actually search, somehow. I'm not sure if that's a company thing (we need to name our pages better) or if the search is lacking. AI search is better than regular search.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating timely help desk articles based on new features or changing features. Project management for my multi-task projects, especially those that are initiated over slack usually.
AI Writing Assistant from Notion
What do you like best about the product?
I utilize this every single day to help me outline articles that I personally write. I use it for research and as a tool to help me be more efficient. The entire system is easy to use and integrate into my work flow on a daily basis and my notes are there for every single article. I have utilized the customer support a few times but mostly I have been happy figuring things out on my own.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a fan of the change in pricing that has been announced. I am a paid user but it seems like the pricing is going up, it is still at a rate I can stomach but I would prefer keeping my current level of pricing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides me an all in one tool that I can utilize every single day for all of my writing and content creation.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how friendly notion is. It is so easy to get a user onto the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like how the links are mentioned in the tables, it shows [open] but when I click on it, it starts to rename. I think default should be to open the link.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is acting as a knowledge base for the whole department. Our 1-1 have the project management suite at the centre.
With the right setup & practices, anything is possible.
What do you like best about the product?
1. Databases (particularly the relational and rollup features and the newly added AI elements) make organizing a lot of disparate data way easier.
2. The newly added AI integrations (particularly Slack search and smart tagging in databases) make life so much easier. Really smart use of AI in a practical way.
3. Flexible enough to do a lot while remaining tight in scope+UI.
4. Really enjoying the suite of apps around work they're developing. Notion Mail and calendar and forms are all excellent.
5. Smart AI direction and good value for the cost. They've made thoughtful designs of how folks (even less techy users) can actually use AI in their work.

1. Requires a strong culture of keeping with best practices, training, and data structure. Many folks simply don't know how to use Notion, so it can get messy fast.
2. Gates on certain customization block a lot of useful potential options. I'd love to be able to plug any analytics tool into Notion Sites instead of just Google Analytics.
3. No way to segment features to a subset of users. For any of us to get the advanced features, we're all having to pay the same price per head. It'd be great if pricing could be segmented by level and role.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using Notion as our product knowledge center, processes center, mini CMS, mini CRM, and notes software. It's great to have everything in a single comprehensive location, especially as we're organizing content better.

What do you like best about the product?
Their AI that's been added in has been a game changer for my job. It searches our slack, notion documents, related links, and more. And we're building in even more with their API. It's so easy to search, and I use it probably every day now. Highly recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their permission sets can be a bit hard to figure out with a large organization running on it. Needs more work!

Finding answers in our many different systems that store info! They are all interconnected and the AI piece can search through it all for us.

We use Notion as our primary source of information and it works flawlessly. Notion AI makes searching the entire database for any information quick and easy, and also helps you build your own pages and databases by simple explaining what it is that you need built and then it does it for you.
Notion saves me countless hours on a weekly basis by being so simple and easy to use and integrates with Slack to make everything even easier.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I don't like is that I do have some frequent crashes of the Mac app.

It helps me find information quickly and easily.

Makes it super easy to navigate for information regarding the company
What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI - It's a game changer when you're on customer calls and they ask for questions you may not know answers to, it's very advanced in it's response capabilities, the best feature for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to do formatting within pages. That can often take more time than expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the fact that I don't have to stress about knowing everything all the time. It's so easy to navigate on Notion and find information esp using Notion AI, that I don't even have to keep bookmarking pages anymore.
Huge addition to my productivity, now I spend time on things that actually matter in my role, than spending hours trying to fetch information in the knowledge base.

Notion provides ease to organize and be up to date in several platforms all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it provides the j correct feedback for the search you’re seeking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Searching for email templates and receiving feedback to questions. It also rewrites emails if needed.
Game-changing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
What do I not like about Notion might be a better question, because the answer is not much! Everything about this tool has been a game changer for my day to day work, and I'm starting to experience it's practical benefits in my personal life, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Copy and paste can be a bit of a bear, and the learning curve is steep without any help. Good news is there are plenty of videos to help you get going!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are streamlining our onboarding material to make training new hires much easier. Additionally, we have been able to create a company wiki and used Notion AI to generate our new internal FAQ page.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Notion is an all in one tool. We can use it as an Intranet and Project Management tool. It's so very easy and intuitive to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could be more advanced, chic, and updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps our small agency save money by needing less tools. We can use Notion in lieu of multiple platforms because it serves as a means to run HR, BD, Marketing, client communication, etc all in one.
