All-in-One Workspace That Boosts Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how flexible Notion is. With this app, I can take notes, manage projects, build databases, and even organize my personal life—all within a single platform. It truly feels like Notion adapts to my workflow, instead of forcing me to adjust to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the app can feel a bit sluggish when a page contains a lot of content, and offline access is somewhat restricted. I also found that learning to use the advanced features required some trial and error, but once I became familiar with them, the experience was fantastic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before I started using Notion, I was constantly switching between different apps—one for taking notes, another for managing tasks, and yet another for handling projects. This often led to things getting lost or becoming disorganized. Notion has resolved this issue by bringing everything together in a single platform. Now, I can take notes, keep track of tasks, manage various projects, and collaborate effortlessly with teammates. It helps me save time, stay organized, and maintain a clear overview of all my work, both personal and professional.
Notion is a great all-in-one workspace, especially if you like customizing .

A Quick Review On My Experience with Notion
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is especially well suited for organizations looking for fast, secure and reliable unified space project workflows, notes and documents. I like the layout, everything is so easy to locate and execute actions.
In my opinion, the team real time team collaboration is the most important function as it saves a plenty of time and we are able to complete certain projects in time, which otherwise wouldn't have been possible.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is incredibly versatile in the way it brings together knowledge management and project management into a single workspace.
For Knowledge Management, I love how easy it is to centralize and organize information. The flexibility of pages, databases, and linked views makes it simple to document processes, create living knowledge bases, and ensure that information is searchable and accessible to everyone. Features like backlinks and nested pages make cross-referencing effortless, which is a big step up from static documentation tools.
For Project Management, Notion shines because it adapts to different workflows. Whether you want Kanban boards, timelines, or task lists, you can set it up in the format that works best for your team. The ability to connect tasks directly to project documentation and knowledge pages keeps everything context-rich and avoids information silos. I also appreciate how customizable it is—you can build light project trackers or scale up to more complex portfolio management, all in one place.
Overall, Notion’s strength lies in unifying project execution with documentation, so teams don’t have to bounce between multiple disconnected tools.

What do you dislike about the product?
While Notion is powerful and flexible, there are a few areas that can be challenging. Performance sometimes lags when working with very large databases or heavily nested pages, which can slow down workflows. Its offline support is also limited—if connectivity is poor, access to information isn’t always seamless.
From a project management perspective, Notion doesn’t yet offer the same level of advanced features (like Gantt chart dependencies, workload management, or deep reporting dashboards) that more specialized tools provide.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps us solve the challenge of keeping knowledge and projects scattered across multiple tools. By centralizing knowledge management, we’ve been able to build living documentation, playbooks, and wikis that are searchable and accessible to everyone—reducing duplicate work and speeding up onboarding for new team members.
On the project management side, Notion has replaced a patchwork of spreadsheets and task trackers. Having Kanban boards, timelines, and task lists all tied directly to our documentation means project context isn’t lost, and teams can collaborate more effectively.
The biggest benefit is alignment—everyone works from a single source of truth, which improves transparency, accountability, and overall productivity. We link all the workstream of different quarters to knowledgebase and hence we constantly grow the knowledge base.

A DIY todo app rolled into an more connected google drive
What do you like best about the product?
Having access to a customizable relational database enables me to organize my thoughts and projects with much greater care than I could otherwise. I find it extremely useful for research, project planning, building checklists, and collaborating on complex tasks. Notion excels at providing users with the flexibility they need, while also establishing helpful guardrails to prevent too many errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would want more customizable layouts for database pages and a view where you can see a page layout on one side and the other rows in the database on another side (similar to coda). The formula feature often needs some fine tuning, but it's more powerful than you often expect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personal projects, inventory organization, todo tracking
Notion is simply excellent!
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for my study notes, organizing them with easily tagged headlines so I can quickly reference important information whenever I need it. Notion has truly changed the way I set goals. I’ve been using it to structure my study plan for a professional exam I have coming up in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the buttons on the mobile app difficult to understand, or rather, to navigate, at least until I figure them out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for most of my project management tasks, study plans, journals, notes, and for creating flashcards. It serves as my main tool for organizing all of these activities.
