It's so flexible to become any company's HQ. Don't need to know how to develop to customize workflows and tables for your specific use cases

Sometimes the lack of structure can make things disorganized and messy -- like my own mind!

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is incredibly flexible and allows me to manage everything from notes and tasks to project databases and team documentation in one place. The AI Writing Assistant has been surprisingly helpful in speeding up my writing and improving clarity. I also really value the Knowledge Management features—it’s easy to create structured, searchable spaces that actually grow with my workflow. And the Enterprise Search is a lifesaver when I need to find something buried in an old page or database.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Notion is powerful, it can be a bit overwhelming at first for new users due to the sheer number of features. The learning curve is real if you're not already comfortable with flexible systems. Also, it can occasionally feel slow with very large databases or lots of embedded content. I’d love to see further improvements in performance speed and offline functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me stay organised by centralising all my notes, ideas, and to-do lists in one place. Before using it, I was juggling between multiple apps for note-taking, writing, and project tracking. Now, everything is integrated into a single system that’s easy to customise. The AI Writing Assistant also helps me save time when drafting emails, documents, or brainstorming content. Overall, it boosts my productivity, reduces clutter, and makes information much easier to retrieve when I need it.
Elegant Organization
What do you like best about the product?
Multifunctionality in terms of keeping track of personal task items, but also being able to cooperate with other individuals on the same agendas
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of excel like function for tables. this makes it necessary to use more than just one interface (e.g. having to use notion for more qualitative data, but needing to switch to excel for quantitative data that requires tables, functions, equations, etc.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to have a central hub for collaboration within a team provides transparency across team function and allows us to stay organized and on track

The amohnt of features!! The different table layouts, the ability to have as many pages as necessary, the customisability.. its all great
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like how using it offline is very difficult and you cant open pages usually

It’s an all in one workspace that I can dump my brain into.

AI features are spread sporadically and I feel like I’m not able to find and perfect my use cases.

Notion allows me to reduce decision and task fatigue by having a workspace for all different areas in my life I can integrate similar systems for work projects, personal projects and as a heavy AI power user I find it really valuable to have AI built in, especially when I’m searching my knowledge base and trying to collect information for many different resources and notes
