Powerful All-in-One Workspace for Teams and Individuals

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Notion is its flexibility and ability to adapt to almost any workflow. Whether I'm managing projects, creating documentation, building dashboards, or just taking notes, Notion allows me to design custom pages and databases without needing to code.

Key highlights:

1. Drag-and-drop blocks for fast, intuitive page creation
2.Linked databases that power wikis, CRMs, or task boards
3. Built-in AI for summarizing content, generating ideas, and rewriting text
4. Real-time collaboration with comments and mentions
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike Notion because it can feel slow with large databases or heavy content pages, especially when working on weaker internet connections. Also:

1. Offline functionality is limited, which affects usability during travel or network issues

2. Steeper learning curve for new users trying to build complex workflows

3. Search can be inconsistent when dealing with large workspaces or nested pages
4. Third-party integrations are not as seamless as tools like Zapier or Airtable
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of tool overload by combining notes, tasks, wikis, and databases into one unified workspace. This means I no longer need to switch between apps for documentation, project management, and collaboration.

Here’s how that benefits me:
1. Centralized knowledge: Everything from team SOPs to meeting notes lives in one place

2. Streamlined project management: Task boards, calendars, and checklists are all customizable

4. Improved productivity: Fewer tools mean less context switching and more focus

5. Enhanced collaboration: Shared pages and comments make team coordination easy

Great way to centralise knowledge management

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, simple workflows, doesn't feel bloated. Really easy to implement as well, just add users and assign them the correct security permissions. Use pretty much every day all day long.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some menu customisation would be great as it's easy to get lost as the number of workspaces grow
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to cut down on the number of random processes we had floating around in Google docs. We were also able to consolidate a number of apps including Trello which has helped Notion to pay for itself.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I love about Notion is that you can manage and customise anything. Whether you have some raw ideas or proper plans, you can easily manage the items with multiple options. Implementation is good, customer support is also okay. I use it daily, and the integration side is also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The templates in Notion become confusing especially for beginners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving the problem of management. I can easily write my plans, edit it and also delete them. I can also get access to my documents and notes easily with just my device.

Notion: A Game Changer for Productivity and Organization

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Notion is how flexible it is. You can use it for everything—from taking simple notes to managing big projects. It’s really easy to customize, so I can set it up in a way that works perfectly for me. Plus, it keeps everything in one place, so I don’t have to jump between different apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don’t like about Notion is that it can be a bit overwhelming at first. There are so many features, and it can take time to learn how to use them all effectively. Also, while it’s great for organizing, it can sometimes feel slow, especially when you have a lot of pages or content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of having to use multiple apps to stay organized. Instead of switching between note-taking apps, task managers, and calendars, I can keep everything in one place. It helps me stay on top of projects, take quick notes, and track my goals—without feeling scattered

Lots of great things to talk about notion. Its basically a knowledge management platform for your entire company and I love the fact that it is so easy to get started. So many new features that they push constantly, like the new calendar feature which is just amazing.

The AI features although neat and not really worth it IMO. Also I do not like the pushy notion notifications that pop-up to basically enable them organization wide and increase billing.
