It helps me organize meeting minutes that I do frequently. Notion saves me hours of work time.
I use Notion mainly for work
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion mainly for work, and when I am in a rhythm of using it well I use it a lot (across laptop and mobile on the go). However I can easily find myself using other work flows and can then find myself not using notion for days at a time.
Search function helps me quickly locate what I'm looking for. AI helps a lot with writing - I need to do A lot of reporting and communicating in my role (Product management) and this helps me save time. I also really like how you can humanize and theme the content, helping things feel a bit more personlised and less sterile

What do you dislike about the product?
I've recently found myself using Chat gpt more for AI support recently and have been reflecting why. Sometimes I find the paragraph / blocks of writing difficult to navigate and manage in Notion - and I think I find the simplicity of one one single block to input text, rather than sub-sections within blocks.
I also find the index I've created totally unwieldy and out of control, so I really rely on search to locate things

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have to do so much writing for work: reporting to various different groups (often similar information), comms, proposals, memos, scripts etc. It is really time consuming so having the AI writing assistant helps me prepare 'good enough' updates quickly. I also really like how it can help me edit my writing to be more actionable, as I have a tendecny to write in the passive voice.
I also try to use it as a central source of truth for all my notes - currently in slack (a DM to myself), google docs or notes on my phone.

Great integration of AI
What do you like best about the product?
Creating and updating pages with additional material for my classes is very easy. The integration with AI, especially for text editing, is impressive and beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
The formatting options are somewhat limited, particularly concerning page layout. The highlighting feature doesn't offer sufficient visual emphasis as the colors are too muted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing long-term projects with a small team can be done easily enough. Updates and revisions can be performed without difficulty.
Switched from OneNote
What do you like best about the product?
Clean look, ability to organize pages and make things customized
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I liked about using OneNote was the ability to draw in the document using my touchscreen. Notion doesn't have that capability, so I can't do things like draw a diagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Needed a repository to organize notes, documents, links, etc. for my thesis project and Notion is able to do that. It also helps me write quick emails and other things with AI

The Swiss Army Knife for Nearly All of Life
What do you like best about the product?
At first the sparseness of the application can scare you, but it is this "build it how you want" capability that allows users to create and implement any number of uses for the application both professionally and on a personal level. Add to this the fact that the software can be nearly everywhere; phone, table, computer, or cloud and combine this near universality with its API integrational capabilities and you have the makings of a workhorse that most will find they use nearly every day if not every hour and minute to accomplish so very much. There's a lot more that could be said, from the potential use of Notion AI to the stellar community of support on multiple platforms. All-in-all a very powerful and versatile tool to say the least.
What do you dislike about the product?
About the only knock that I could give the company and not necsarily the application is a lack of a hard and fast roadmap. I get it, the process can be daunting and the flexibility of not having a published roadmap has its pros, but with a software so young and still ever evolving, knowing what might come next would be nice for the user base, enabling them to plan ahead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having everything tied together in a single, sourcable environment is the biggest benefit in mind. Managing projects linked with notes that are often curated by AI all compiling into a knowledge base is pretty stellar both in the present and, as recall is needed, in the future.
