Like Wikipedia for your organization!
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is like a wiki for business. We use it for managing tasks, sharing notes, team HR databases,... I love it, it's so quick to get up and running, and much easier to link and find documents then google docs. I use it for OKRs, 1on1s, budget tracking, ...
What do you dislike about the product?
some things are quickly, like creating subpages via / vs @ command, and search is TERRIBLE (when pages are deeply buried or within a database/table.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our companies knowledge base, best place to share info/notes, etc. Slack and Google Drive just have too many drawbacks alone.
Note taking done right
What do you like best about the product?
Notion uses Markup for note taking. Once learned, you can take notes very fast and easilty cut/copy/paste between Notion, Jira, Mail etc. Best thing about Notion is that you can nest pages indefinitely, which makes organising your scribblings a breeze. Mix with databases you can extend the functionality and Notion is more a live application than it is a note taking app. Free tier has a lot of functionality already. Importing from Evernote actually works! Amazingly well!
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve for mastering every feature of the product is steep and a bit daunting. I sometimes feel I don't belong in the Notion sphere of users as I only use basic functionality... as if I should not be using Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The always-at-hand note taking app which actually invites me to document my work.
Notion helps me going in uniform motion!
What do you like best about the product?
- It's UI, hands down. The best I've seen. And, for someone like me who chooses a software not just based on features but also it's designs, Notion has done a great job!

What do you dislike about the product?
- Sometimes it gets resource heavy on my system, and I begin to think "this is just a note taking application! why's it eating up so much of my RAM?" but it's not too bad I guess.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- It's keeping my files synced, which my previous local note taking was missing. I don't worry about losing access to my documents now, which saves me a lot of stress.
- I don't have to rely on multiple applications anymore because I begin in my day with Notion and end my day with the same app (making plans for the next day), so it helps me save up on a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
Its very intuitive to use as a beginner who implemented this to several internal teams. . I love that it is customizable to meet the needs of my project team and also showing data in a way to adds value. I use notion m multiple times a day. I have been able to leverage the support section with any question i do have with the tool or need "how to's".
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if notion add better integration options for data. Like from a word document or excel
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helping our teams to manage projects effectively and also capture lessons learned. Having all teams knowledge available has help create forward approaches without solving for the same problems over and over again.

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility and constant improvements are important to me. I wish there were more highlight colors, but I love the simplicity, ease of use, and friendly support that keeps me coming back to the Notion platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using my Apple Card to pay for my account for the past three months, but my service still shows as not paid. I refuse to use any other application because I truly love Notion and appreciate all the work and creativity that has gone into making it an all-in-one platform.

Each day, I am assigned different groups and projects for various companies, and having a management platform for each project is a wonderful gift.

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility! I've used Notion for fiction writing, team collaboration, project management, household management, and more. It's where I drop all of my random ideas and where I get my actual writing done. The nested pages make it easy to organized/reorganized. I've used it professionally and it's been easy to implement and integrate into our existing processes. This is a tool I use several times a week, personally.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I had more control over the header section of pages, but that's about it. I supposed there is a learning curve, but it's pretty quick and their support team is quick to respond if you get stuck.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a technical product manager specializing in new product ideation and 0-to-1 development. Basically, I'm responsible for taking the large array of messy ideas, brainstorms, conversations, notes, etc and turning them into something actionable. Notion is helpful for that because you have a ton of disconnected pages and easily tie them together with links or by sticking them all in a "database" element. Notion enables both the chaos of early ideation and the organization needed to make implementation happen. I see that reflected in my personal usage, too.
Notion now is my 2nd brain!

The flexibility and creativity of creating and structuring content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too easy to create pages leading to too many pages out there. It's quite easy to be lost in pages.

You can use for study, to work, to organize your life in one place and the ia can integrate my life and be my personal assistent.

Is there any? you need to learn how to use it, like any other software you will spend some time in the app to learn the best way.

Notion is completely flexible. Anything that I want to create I can simply do it based on the database

I would say that there is some design limitations but I would blame myself for that more than because it takes time to design a given app -- if we can call it that -- properly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm an English language tutor so I can really streamline all of my sessions students starting from planning also tracking progress of students and also providing feedback. All of this is streamlined with Notion.

Using relations between the database is very easy and preset templates are very useful to save time and repeatitive works.
