It's provides one space to creat and do all things, I like customization as well

What do you like best about the product?
I do like the user design and experience of using Notion! It looks very appealing to the eye - especially using the tables, creating lists, and organizing thoughts together. I feel like the flow of pages makes sense when getting your point across
The easy way of how it is seamless with making bullet points (it automatically makes sure the bullet points are consistent without too much work on our end).

What do you dislike about the product?
Understanding Notion does take time. It is a bit overwhelming if you use it for the first time or on an irregular basis. When I try to show Notion to new users, it definitely takes a bit of time to get used to knowing how to navigate + construct pages and tables -- it has people gravitate away from using it.
Sometimes I wish the connecting of tables on different pages would be easier to use or integrate, but it may be me that I need to practice more on utilizing this.
There are also some functions in the table I wish it could do, for example, more calculation abilities in the table would be amazing!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving the hardships people deal with note-taking and they take note-taking to a more simplified level, which is why I enjoy using it. It helps me keep my thoughts and ideas organized -- I like the color coding of it and how easy it is to include emojis and visuals. It is easy to share links with colleagues and friends and create limitations to certain pages and tables that should be kept private vs. public.
I benefit by organizing my notes, table trackers, and upcoming plans pages.
For work, I benefit from utilizing knowledge-based information on certain topics I am researching or need more insight on. It's nice to have any pages connected to each other that have similar topics -- it helps with finding what I am looking for and learning more along the way.

Notion AI is pretty good!
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about notion AI, is the fact that i can ask whatever question I want, and it will use infomation from my database to give me my answer. This is very useful when trying to save time, so i dont have to rummage through my hundreds of pages to find the infomation i require.
What do you dislike about the product?
it is a little expensive for what Notion AI is however. When other products like ChatGPT is out (for free), it seems a little primitive in terms of getting the infomation out of it as easily as possible. It's likely that Notion AI will continue to develop however, and at some point reach that level, but its not there yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving my notes proble. Being a medical student and balancing that with work, it is very useful as using my templates it keeps all my notes like a real-life file, without all the massive clutter. Making it easier, to find the infomation i need!
