What do you like best about the product?
A lot - databases are super convenient, AI is very helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
No tabs for iPad, no possibility to have multiple windows
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management and time blocking with the employees, brainstorming, working on the project, and one stop shop for basically all the work.
Notion AI Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Notion for many many years. Its basically been my companion since I graduated college and have been working in the professional scene. Once Notion AI was released it made my tool of choice way more leveled up. Being able to not only search but have deep contextual search of all of notes and info is a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mainly the speed. And other tools like Claude are not only faster but seem more interactive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion as my second brain. My current role requires that absorb and apply a lot of information in short amount of time. Having Notion and Notion AI at my disposal helps me stay ahead.

What do you like best about the product?
Like how many have said before - It's like having a second brain. Being a native digital user (meaning I've pretty much been using a computer since my whole life) - I'm able to have an archive pretty much every aspect of my life in notion. It's super easy for me to recall any note, project, graphic design or task list that I have. I use it everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes notion is not as condusive to the creative arts. I wish there was an infinite canvas mode or mood board. Sometimes I can get trapped in tinkering in my space and sometimes am "over-organizing" my tasks. At worst it can sometimes feel like a distraction. Additionally I think notion can sometimes feel like a closed system and it's not very easy to get information out of notion. Also I think the reminders for due dates is lacking - and there should be easier intergration into google calendars.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helping me organize and track work across different time horizons and priority levels. The various database views (Priority, Timeline, Week, Month) allow flexible task management. My dashboard shows integration of multiple databases (Tasks, Notes, Projects, Habits) in one place, eliminating the need for multiple apps and reducing context switching. Notion allows me to track interactions and maintain relationships systematically.

Searching for topics through a shortcut wherever I am in Notion helps me find my desired page very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Payment for AI, because it doesn't provide the strength of traditional CHATGPT4.

Storage of knowledge links and client information.

I used it to manage all my projects - the knowledge management is fantastic and easy to use & integrate, keeps me on task, assists when I get stuck *with the AI bot.
And mostly to handle my ADHD :) in my personal and business life.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion makes it easy to bridge the gap between departments, streamlining collaboration and keeping everything in one place. The ability to deploy new workflows quickly is a huge advantage, and the built-in charting provides instant insights without needing extra tools. Lately, I’ve been diving into the API and webhook functionality to maximize automation and integrations, which has opened up even more use cases. The wide range of available integrations also makes it easy to connect with other tools and keep everything running smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I dislike about notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving the challenge of department collaboration by providing a centralized space where teams can easily share and access information. I’ve built an AI-powered knowledge base that the entire company can use to strengthen product knowledge, making onboarding and training more efficient. It also streamlines large-scale project management while passively collecting data to build department KPIs, helping us track performance and make data-driven decisions without extra manual effort.

The Ai feature got better in the last update and it's super useful. I also like how the pages are easily found through searching.

The Notion calendar is feature super undercooked. If they put some time into it and updated with Ai features similar to motion. They can really upgrade their system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time saving on daily tasks, creating emails and mobile messages and improving language to get a goal out of it. Help generating sales promotion and being another brain to bounce from.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is a great tool that enables you to get organized and create workflows that make sense for what you're trying to do. If you have an idea of how you want to put together a project or organize your work, I can guarantee that Notion has a template to assist you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the choices are too overwhelming, and you can get into a little bit of worrying more about the template than the actual product or project that you're trying to use the template for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to organize the notes and research I'm collecting for multiple papers and a couple of book projects I am working on. I have found a few standard templates that I then evolved and tweaked that have allowed me to create streamlined workflows for the thought process and for organizing information that I need for those papers and books. The AI tool allows me then to find basically anything I've ever written in Notion quickly and efficiently.

As all flexible tool it can become messy
