Notion’s Integrations and AI Help Save Time Across Campaigns

  • April 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can connect multiple integrations, with different campaigns and lists for different people. I haven't been using it for UI / UX so I can't comment on the benefits of this. The AI / intelligence of the platform is also helpful to try and save me time. In terms of pricing / ROI, I haven't looked into this but we have a good buy in from the team so it's positive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't used enough of the features to define if there is anything to dislike about Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making my team able to increase their performance by giving us the same view across campaigns, making our actions lists clearer and ensuring we are all using the same platform for planning.

The AI doesn’t seem to connect to my calendar—at least in my experience—so I still have to create events manually.

A Gold Mine for Content Planners and Strategists

  • April 11, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for content planning, business management, content research, and competitor analysis. It's a gold mine for me as a web designer and business consultant, allowing me to structure my strategy, ideas, and rough notes. I love how I can link projects together, even linking a URL or web page, which is an underrated feature. I can manage multiple projects and align them without losing focus, using drag and drop to keep everything organized like a master document. The setup was straightforward for me; it was easy probably because I'm tech-driven.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had any problem with Notion for now. Well, I think they can just help in improving the AI assistance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for content planning, business management, research, and analyzing competitors. It's a gold mine for organizing and aligning projects, making it essential for content marketers and business strategists.

Custom Reports & Dashboard Marvel

  • April 10, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for my business to organize projects and client files. I appreciate the AI assistant, which does a great job of creating custom reports for me. I love that I can make public pages to share with clients, making it easier to share information between my coworkers and clients. It's really nice to see everything at a glance with a birds-eye view and then add notes to pages or client information. Although there's a bit of a learning curve, the AI assistance really helps set up what you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to see more templates with YouTube videos explaining how they work. I would even buy templates from Notion if I liked them enough. I think they have great instructional videos online but just wish they were more built into Notion when I was using it. There is a bit of a learning curve but the AI assistance really helps set up what you want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion lets me create custom reports and dashboards, making it easy to share information and have a bird's-eye view. The AI assistant is great for setting things up, and public pages are perfect for sharing with clients.

Effortless Task Management with Room for Improvement

  • April 10, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion is fast and snappy. I love the drop-down menus that I can nest inside other folders, creating a large network of conversations or pages that make sense how I want them to. It allows me to nest knowledge, information, or tasks, so I can handle chunks of information at a time or just close them up if I don't want to deal with them at the moment.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I have a synced block, I can't drag things out on mobile. That drives me crazy. Maybe the fact that if I pay for Notion AI through one account, like a personal account, I can't apply those credits to a work account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for device inventory management, task tracking, and deep project management with layered pages. Its AI helps me organize large data sets, extract data from Excel, and make large text threads actionable.

Customizable Yet Slightly Cluttered

  • April 10, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the customization of the interface in Notion. I love how you can really make it your own and apply it to whatever scenario you're trying to accomplish. There's so much customization available, like adding tables, AI note-taking, and bullet lists, and it links with my cloud. I also appreciate how very easy the initial setup was compared to other software, even though there's a bit of a learning curve with the UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me, it's really the left pane taskbar that has all the pages seems a little cluttered and disorganized. It seems like it's harder for me to figure out where I wanna go immediately. I can always get there, but it just seems a little cluttered right now. I will also say too, when I'm creating tables, the highlighting feature of the table to highlight what specific cells in the table I wanna edit can be a little clunky as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me stay organized during onboarding by tracking pages and organizing tasks. The AI note-taking feature is great for summarizing meetings and creating action item checklists.
