Best Knowledge Management App Around
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility in what you can create and how you can link it is limitless. From mind maps, extensive notes, research papers and whatever other digital knowledge you have, Notion has a way to organize it. Also, it has a very robust template marketplace, with tons of free submissions and then more advanced ones you can buy, there is probably a template already there for what you are looking to do. I use it with my team daily and have easily integrated it with our company knowledge management system, making it our one stop shop for all knowledge items.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve and the AI Assistant is just not quite advanced to the point that you can depend on it to get data structures correct from the get go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our knowledge base was difficult to use, difficult to search and spread over many different systems within the company. With Notion, we have been able to import data from multiple different systems to act as a central repository. For data we can't directly import or systems we can't integrate directly, Notion can index and link to that information so it can still be found quickly in our library.
Versatile and AI-Powered, But Needs Better Structuring
What do you like best about the product?
I love the unstructured nature of Notion, which allows me to develop my own workspaces creatively. I find Notion's databases and AI capabilities particularly useful for synthesizing communications and automatically organizing project scopes. The AI automation in Notion stands out, making it a tool I’d buy again.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that Notion lacks guidance and can be quite unstructured, making it less suitable for those who are not technically savvy or curious about setting up their own workspaces. The software doesn't seem to offer much direction for new users. Additionally, I would appreciate better accessibility to templates and suggested use cases, as well as the ability for an admin to provide a structured workspace for each employee.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to synthesize communications from Slack, email, and calls, using Notion AI to answer questions and organize thoughts efficiently.

At the moment, none. It is providing me enough information that I need to figure out daily tasks

Solving problems using the notes that are already in place to provide detailed solutions for any given problems.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using notion to keep track of my deliverables, brain dumps, and any deadlines. I also love the AI features that make it easier to use. I use it daily and it was easy to download and integrate into my routine.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is more than just a typical tool for managing individual projects; it also excels at supporting collaboration. I appreciate how customizable and organized the project pages can be, as well as the wide range of integrations available with other platforms we use. Notion AI further enhances the experience by streamlining all kinds of information into a single, centralized location, which has truly improved our operational efficiency.

I would appreciate having more guidance or demonstrations that show how specific features are used.

We used to keep our team's documents in several different places, but Notion has made it possible to bring everything together in one centralized location. This has made it much easier for us to access information quickly, especially with the help of the Notion AI feature.

What I appreciate most about Notion is that it keeps everything organized in one place. I can take notes, create to-do lists, plan my projects, and even save links or ideas all on the same page. The experience feels very smooth and flexible, allowing me to design pages exactly how I want. I also enjoy how simple it is to link pages together, so I don’t need to switch between multiple apps for small tasks.

What I dislike about Notion is that sometimes it can be a bit slow, especially when pages get really big or have a lot of content. Also, it takes some time to learn all the features at first, and it can be confusing for new users. Other than that, it’s really helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving my problem of keeping all my work and personal stuff organized. Before I used many apps for notes, tasks, and reminders but it was messy and I always forget things. Now I just open Notion and everything is there. It helps me save time and keep focus because I don’t need to jump between apps. It also make my workflow more clear, I can track my progress and manage deadlines better.

I find the setup process for Notion pretty easy and smooth, making it convenient to start using the platform without hassle. 1I love the flexibility of Notion. It help with essays. Write out projects, brainstorm different ideas. Pretty much plan my whole entire life in one app. The ai writing assistant was a total game changer. Makes me feel less overwhelmed and im confident that I can ac/complish what is thrown at me

The only aspect I dislike about Notion is that there is a bit of a learning curve. Initially, I almost gave up, but I realized that you just have to keep learning each day.
