Need more intelligence/AI
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of acces/UI. Its easy to type and create and the new AI prompts that helps you generate is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI prmpting has limited capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Space is great and the best note taking space out there.
Notion is a Breeze
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is easy to build documentation, formatting is a breeze, and Notion allows you to inserts tables and easily link to other documents. It is the most seamless documentation "hub" I have ever used.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had better versioning control or used AI to find articles that were similar to help cut down on duplicate or outdated documentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a fully remote company and therefore have a document heavy culture. Notion helps me easily create content, nestle in the right teamspace, and the newer AI capabilities make it easier for me to locate documentation internally.

Its so organized, easy to customize, very easy shortcuts to use to create plans.

Nothing much, maybe that its a bit separated from the cloud

Notion comes in handy when building member stories and especially in our planning meetings to generate ideas and attention grabbing names.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion AI because it makes it super easy to pull up important articles and information I need for my job in customer support. It’s quick, organized, and honestly saves me a lot of time. One of the best parts is how it can help me interpret what a customer means when I’m not fully understanding their wording. it’s like having a second brain to double-check my understanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I wish could be better is how it handles navigation in our system. Sometimes it just doesn’t seem to “get” the layout or flow as much as I’d like, which can slow me down if I’m looking for something specific. Other than that, I use it often and find it easy to work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion AI helps me quickly find and reference the right information so I can give customers accurate answers without wasting time searching. It also helps me better understand customer questions or wording when it’s not immediately clear, which means I can respond faster and more confidently. Overall, it keeps my workflow smooth and helps me focus more on actually solving issues instead of digging around for answers.
Great for Keeping Our Team Organized and Moving Faster
What do you like best about the product?
Notion has become our go-to hub for everything—notes, projects, wikis, you name it. The AI writing tools are surprisingly useful for getting past writer’s block or cleaning up rough drafts, and having all our team’s knowledge in one place makes a huge difference. The search function is also super fast and accurate, which saves a ton of time when you’re trying to track something down.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s definitely a learning curve, especially for new team members who aren’t used to this kind of tool. It can also get a little slow if you’re working with really large databases or complex pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps us keep all of our team’s information, documents, and processes in one place instead of scattered across different tools. It’s made it much easier to stay organized, onboard new team members, and make sure everyone is working from the same source of truth. The time we save not having to dig through emails or random files has been a huge benefit.

I like that i can write the text and just ask it to make it better.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion AI helps me a lot for searching something from all the resources in Notion and integrated tools like Slack, Linear etc.
Also she helps me with brainstorming ideas based on the content of the documents.
I can check on Notion in the first place as data bank instead of asking questions directly to the team.

Excellent Organisation and knowledge management tool
What do you like best about the product?
As a designer at a SaaS company, i love using notion to document projects. It is an excellent knowledge management tool, and I love the various widgets and toggles that allow me to organise information effectively. I use it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like the recently visited tabs panel on the main dashboard.

Sometimes it can be a bit overwhelming and difficult to navigate for someone who never uses Notion before
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is where our business stores information/process/tasks - sometimes some of them can be considered as a source of truth for many teams. For my marketing team, Notion is a great project management tool, allowing us to assign tasks, set deadlines, and track progress efficiently.
Notion AI search function allows me to find information within my business that helps me fact check info I provide to other colleagues or info I receive from others. Sometimes it saves me time from asking another person or my manager and waiting to hear back from them. I know Notion AI also connected with Slack and Google Drive which are the two main software/platform my business uses, so it's extremely helpful that Notion can access, read everything, even past conversations or files created years ago to bring me as much relevant information as possible.
Even though the AI Writing Assistant feature is helpful, it still has limited capability compared to other AI tools. However, if I just need a quick fix regarding word of choice, grammar, etc. I'm happy to use AI Writing Assistant instead.
