Worth the time investment
What do you like best about the product?
how dynamic the tool is and can be personalized for anyone's references.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be intimidating at first and some people may quit early.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion helps me organize my thoughts and necessary documents seamlessly. The UI is much more user friendly than other tools I've used in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
It really was jus a bit of a steep learning curve for me at first. No fault of Notion's, but I needed to adjust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me easily search across my company's vast database and manage how I store my files seamlessly.

Sometimes it is hard to do specific things. I need to ask for help from AI tools to teach me how to use Notion

I am using it cto consolidate tasks, roadmaps and study plans in one place.
One-Stop Shop for Product
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can create my own personal space with links to the most important pages in my org. Better yet, I can create a kanban in that same space so that I can manage my tasks and not have a separate tab open. It's something I use every day and it helps me stay organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a high learning curve when it comes to some of the simple features. It's easy enough to take notes and such, but even creating a new column in a kanban board took some Googling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps unify workflows. I don't have to jump between Trello, Jira, and Google docs - Notion lets me keep it all in one place. I love the customizability that it affords me.
ADHD Brain - Finally Organized!
What do you like best about the product?
Notion has helped me organize my thoughts and projects in a way other digital notebooks failed to do. Between the emojis, connectivity with others apps and visuals that help my brain organize information in a way I see best, this tool has been invaluable to me as a full time employee and as an entrepreneur. I really love the template page where I can download tools and templates from other creators and save time and energy organizing my tasks. I feel that the temlantws and visuals help my adhd
What do you dislike about the product?
I think centralizing my calendar has been hard and linking different projects to one "single pane of truth" calendar as well as getting reminders has been hard. I also use Proton Mail so would love to see an integration there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helping me properly organize and optimize my time and tasks as someone with two full time jobs, a puppy and an active social life!
Highly useful and getting better with each release
What do you like best about the product?
It's a great hub for information across an individual, team, or organization. There is a lot of capability, flexibility, and customization. The biggest recent update has been their AI assistant - it's actually helpful most of the time. This is critical because information is often hard to find as an organization grows. The AI searches beyond Notion as well - including Slack. I use this feature several times a day

With great capability and flexibility comes a learning curve to get the most utility out of the tool. It takes time to learn how to best use.

Enablement - learning how to do my job properly.

Notion is a great documentation tool overall, search and AI integrations could use some improvements
What do you like best about the product?
Notion has been extremely easy to use. We create documentation, guides, runbooks, project plans, etc all within Notion. The Database structure is nice to create organized views of your data. Notion's customizability is also far superior than other documentation tools like Confluence. The AI integration has been helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion takes a lot of time to set up and organize, and information can quickly become stale if pages are not groomed. The Notion AI integrations need to be built out further.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is able to consolidate information across various sources. It's helping to consolidate information that is scattered across different forums. I find that sometimes Notion is not aware of the most up to date information, but it's better starting point for discovery than having to look for information yourself.
Enhances Collaboration Despite AI Limitations
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Notion categorizes document types, making them easy to search and find. The AI tools enhance my search experience significantly. I enjoy the shortcuts for taking notes and how easily I can share documents for collaboration. The seamless integration with Slack is invaluable, as tagging someone alerts them instantly, improving team communication and contribution.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am concerned about the need for keeping the price of Notion consistent or lowering it to make it a sustainable choice for ongoing use. Additionally, I find the current AI model in Notion lacking. It struggles with accuracy and understanding prompts accurately the first time, which requires me to constantly adjust my prompts to achieve the desired results. This aspect has been a point of frustration, highlighting the need for improvement in the AI's ability to decipher inputs more effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion categorizes documents easily, making them searchable and aiding collaboration with AI tools. Slack integration enhances team alerts and contributions, while user-friendly interface and document-sharing improve efficiency.
Notion AI is very helpful, and now I can’t work without it
What do you like best about the product?
These days when I attend a meeting always be with notion. Notion AI is very helpful to take minutes of the meeting, and summarize it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion AI doesn’t know well technical terms, and doesn’t recognize perfectly proper nouns especially if you talk in other than English.

By consolidating information, notion helps accumulate knowledge and improve search ability.
