What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can organize my academic college life on the platform. It is by far the best way to not only do school work but help me organize and format my life around it. I can create schedules with deadlines, take notes during class, plan out my career path etc. It is especially helpful to have integrated AI that helps to streamline my thought process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would love for Notion to have is a way to integrate into Apple Mail or iCal so that I can connect my notion to my calendar on my Mac.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helping to solve my organizational problems when it comes to school work as well as leading multiple efforts and initiatives extracurricularly!

It is really easy to find what you are looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
When the library is huge, it becomes hard to navigate all the layers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing the internal library of knowledge for the hole company.
Helps me organize my thoughts and tasks, almost like a second brain where I can combine docs & data
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can input any kind of data in Notion: meeting notes, databases (for tracking tasks), or code. These blocks can all live in one doc, and can be linked across the entire app for ease of access and reference
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were better export options for preserving data, and the version history could be more robust
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can find procedures and decisions that multiple teams made, either many years ago or yesterday. I don' t have to attend all the meetings to understand what's happening in my department or team

Notion AI for sure. It is far superior as a search function than the usual search bar. It has been a game changer since coming in

I would like even more intuitive templates for project management tools. There are some, but they can be rigid in their use

Our knowledge base has been built seamlessly in Notion. Easy to use, easy to customise and easy to distribute

The ability to collaborate across teams makes our team work with much higher efficiency.

Because it is so robust, sometimes it can be difficult to create exactly what you need.

We use it to keep track of different clients as well as standardize our processes for how we work with these clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Notion makes it far easier to find and curate content than any other system I've used in the past. Notion AI's ability to help contextualize information across multiple platforms has been a game-changer for me.

Ability to store notes in the cloud and work offline. Enjoy the notebook formatting

What do you like best about the product?
That I can create my own way of organizing. I really value the flexibility and the integrations with slack or tools like Jira.
I like also the simple UI, and the clear UX. Also I find very useful the release notes.
I do love the easy connection you can have with people from your team and also invite external people to have access to the same files.
I work with clients directly and they have access to certain files for certain time which makes our work much easier.
I am pushing for the whole company to migrate but due to the years stored in other platforms is hard to move old people.

What I would like to have is more graphics linked to data tables.
The AI is not really working for me, I would like to edit based on AI, but is not much accurate the times I used it, and to find the right file is not so great either.
I would need to integrate all the data base we have in sharepoint or one drive already to migrate everything, this is being a painpoint right now because we deal with different data bases.
Another thing I would need is the detailed that Jira support for the creation of development tickets and the to do list inside the tickets, so we can again migrate o only one platform, and use directly notion.
Would be also great to have metrics around releases and work done by teams directly in data bases. Othar than that, you doing amazing guys ! we love working with Notion, was game changer for the company.

Notion AI has been a game changer for ease of use and creating greater efficiencies
What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI has been extremely helpful in making it easier to source information. I also love databases and how they can house multiple sources within a single database for easier navigation.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of functionality that can be overwhelming if you are new to the platform, and it can also get quite clunky. Sometimes there is also functionality that I wish existed but doesn't, which can make organization a bit trickier.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion's ability to create different types of docs which has ensured that i don't need to use google docs for some purposes and sheets for another. It has helped me centralize my work and improved collaboration. It is definitely very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mastering Notion isn’t straightforward. Notion should guide users through progressive learning stages within the product to help them steadily unlock greater productivity.
