What do you like best about the product?
I love using Notion to organize my work and personal life all in one place. It helps me replace multiple tools with just one workspace, which is really convenient. It's impressive how it keeps everything structured without feeling cluttered and solves the problem of scattered notes and messy task tracking. I appreciate its flexibility; I can shape it to fit the way I think and work. Whether I'm dealing with simple notes or more complex project tracking, everything stays clean, connected, and easy to customize in Notion.

It feels slow sometimes with large pages, and there's a bit of a learning curve at first. Some features could be simpler and more intuitive. The database setup could be more intuitive. Things like relations, formulas, and advanced views aren't very friendly and take a lot of time to understand.

AI-Powered Notion Makes Project Management Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion as a project management tool and knowledge library for my building design projects, and it's also great for organizing my personal life. I love how Notion allows me to collate all project data and knowledge in one place with an easy-to-navigate and shareable database. The AI features make designing these databases straightforward and achievable with little learning curve. The AI takes the technical learning curve out of the process and enlightens me on how it works while using it. I find the AI meeting notes, transcription, and summary features amazing, as they help extract minutes and create tasks from meetings to ensure nothing gets missed due to poor documentation. The AI integration was a game changer for me, making setup tasks very straightforward and automatic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some stronger time management tools would be great if they were integrated. Having timers with notifications could expand the usefulness of the tool. I'd like to see basic timers set up within task lists, which could be great for recipes or workouts.

Effective and Powerful Centralization
What do you like best about the product?
Notion has become a true pillar in my daily organization. It is a clear, structured, and remarkably intuitive tool that transforms the chaos of ideas into a calm and controlled space. Each feature is designed with intelligence and attention to detail, making planning not only efficient but almost enjoyable. Notion brings clarity, centralization, and structure, allowing me to know exactly where I stand without wasting time or energy. It helps me stay in control, prioritize effectively, and lighten my mental load. It is a reliable, inspiring, and decidedly modern tool that I use alongside other software to centralize information, eliminate duplications, and facilitate tracking. Finally, the technical installation went smoothly, and once past the initial setup phase, using Notion became natural and very fluid.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features require a short adaptation period at the beginning. For new users, a more guided onboarding or ready-to-use examples could facilitate the experience and make the tool immediately more intuitive. Initially, the richness of Notion can be slightly overwhelming. For example, some functions like database customization, page relationships, or automation of tracking require a bit of exploration and trial before being fully mastered. A more guided onboarding journey, with concrete usage examples for different profiles, would help reduce this learning curve. Short integrated tutorials or even more "ready-to-use" templates would help users quickly take full advantage of the tool's potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion centralizes my information, tasks, and priorities, resolving disorganization. It makes planning clear and structured, alleviating mental load and increasing efficiency. It is an intuitive and adaptable tool that clearly improves my daily life.
